Description
観察を支援するために標的治療領域(target treatment area)に光を送達する照明装置、
標的治療領域を観察するための顕微鏡(好ましくは双眼顕微鏡)、
治療の正確な標的化を支援するために照準ビーム(aiming beams)を標的治療領域に送達する光学系、および
治療レーザビーム(treatment laser beam)を標的治療領域に送達する光学系、である。
少なくとも第1の鏡によって標的治療領域までの治療経路の中に向けられる照準レーザビームを生成する1つまたは複数の照準レーザと、
第2の鏡によって治療経路の中に向けられる治療レーザビームを生成する治療レーザと、
治療経路と同軸の観察経路に沿って標的治療領域を観察する観察顕微鏡と、
照明源からの照明を治療経路と同軸の照明経路の中に向ける反射鏡と
を備える眼科治療装置にある。
標的治療領域を、反射鏡によって治療経路に沿って同軸に向けられた照明で照らすステップと、
照準レーザビームを治療経路に沿って標的治療領域の方へ向けるステップと、
標的治療領域を観察し、選択された治療ゾーンに照準が定められるように照準レーザビームを調整するステップと、
治療レーザを作動させて、治療ゾーンの中に向けられる治療レーザビームを生成するステップと
を含み、
反射鏡が、治療レーザ放射に先立って治療経路の外へ動かされ、次いで治療レーザ放射が終わった後で治療経路の中に戻る、方法に存在する。
Claims (15)
- 治療レーザビーム及び観察経路内の位置から前記治療レーザビーム及び観察経路外の位置まで軸線上で移動できる反射鏡を備える、眼科レーザ装置の反射同軸照明装置であって、
前記反射鏡が、照明を前記治療レーザビーム及び観察経路と同軸の照明経路の中に向ける、反射同軸照明装置。 - 前記反射鏡が、前記治療レーザビーム及び観察経路内の前記位置から前記治療レーザビーム及び観察経路外の前記位置まで移動するように前記軸線を中心に回動される、請求項1に記載の反射同軸照明装置。
- 前記反射鏡が、前記治療レーザビーム及び観察経路内の前記位置から前記治療レーザビーム及び観察経路外の前記位置まで移動するように軸線に沿って並進される、請求項1に記載の反射同軸照明装置。
- 前記反射鏡が、前記治療レーザビーム及び観察経路内の位置を保つように偏らされるが、前記治療レーザビーム及び観察経路外の位置までアクチュエータによって移動できる、請求項1に記載の反射同軸照明装置。
- 前記反射鏡がばねによって偏らされる、請求項4に記載の反射同軸照明装置。
- 前記アクチュエータが、モータまたはソレノイドまたは圧電装置である、請求項4に記載の反射同軸照明装置。
- 照明光源からの照明を治療レーザビーム及び観察経路と同軸の照明経路の中に向ける反射同軸照明装置を組み込んだ眼科レーザ装置であって、
前記反射同軸照明装置が、
前記治療レーザビーム及び観察経路内の位置から前記治療レーザビーム及び観察経路外の位置まで軸線上で移動できる反射鏡と、
前記反射鏡を動かすアクチュエータと
を備える、眼科レーザ装置。 - 前記反射鏡が、前記治療レーザビーム及び観察経路内の前記位置から前記治療レーザビーム及び観察経路外の前記位置まで移動するように軸線を中心に回動される、または、前記反射鏡が、前記治療レーザビーム及び観察経路内の前記位置から前記治療レーザビーム及び観察経路外の前記位置まで移動するように軸線に沿って並進される、請求項7に記載の眼科レーザ装置。
- 前記アクチュエータが、モータまたはソレノイドまたは圧電装置である、請求項7に記載の眼科レーザ装置。
- 前記反射鏡が、治療レーザビーム及び観察経路内の位置から前記治療レーザビーム及び観察経路外の位置まで移動され、使用者による観察をあまり中断させずに戻される、請求項7に記載の眼科レーザ装置。
- 少なくとも第1の鏡によって標的治療領域までの治療経路内に向けられる照準レーザビームを生成する1つまたは複数の照準レーザと、
第2の鏡によって前記治療経路内に向けられる治療レーザビームを生成する治療レーザと、
前記治療経路と同軸の観察経路に沿って前記標的治療領域を観察する観察顕微鏡と、
照明源からの照明を前記治療経路と同軸の照明経路内に向ける反射鏡と
を備える眼科治療装置であって、
前記反射鏡が、前記治療経路内の位置から前記治療経路外の位置まで軸線上で移動できる、眼科治療装置。 - 前記反射鏡が、治療レーザビーム経路内の位置から前記治療レーザビーム経路外の位置まで移動され、使用者による観察をあまり中断させずに戻される、請求項11に記載の眼科治療装置。
- 前記反射鏡が前記治療経路外にあるときを示す鏡位置センサをさらに備える、請求項12に記載の眼科治療装置。
- 前記反射鏡を前記治療経路外へ動かすこと、
前記反射鏡が前記治療経路外にあることを示す位置センサからの信号を検知すること、
前記治療レーザを放出すること、および
前記反射鏡を前記治療経路内へ動かすこと
のタイミングを制御するシステムタイミング制御回路をさらに備える、請求項11に記載の眼科治療装置。 - 1対の照準レーザビームがあり、前記反射鏡が、前記1対の照準レーザビームの間に配置されるようなサイズおよび形状である、請求項11に記載の眼科治療装置。
