Description

The present invention relates to a steady rest device that prevents a suspension device from swinging.

One type of equipment attached to a building is a hanging device that hangs from a structure such as a ceiling. For example, Patent Literature 1 discloses an air conditioning duct suspended from a ceiling. In order to prevent the suspension apparatus from shaking even when the building is shaken, for example, as shown in Patent Literature 2-4, various kinds of steady rest devices are attached. When attaching equipment, for example, as disclosed in Patent Document 5, the stability of the equipment can be enhanced by arranging bars or the like obliquely.

特開平9−210253号公報JP-A-9-210253 特開2008−232183号公報JP 2008-232183 A 特開2011−163544号公報JP 2011-163544 A 特開2002−174296号公報JP 2002-174296 A 特開平8−42785号公報JP-A-8-42785

When a bar material such as a bar screw, which is also popular as a general building material, is used as a steadying device for a hanging device, it is troublesome to transport a long object. In addition, a large number of bar members are required to prevent the suspension device from shaking, but it is troublesome to attach a large number of bar members during high-altitude work near the ceiling.

This invention is made | formed in view of such a problem, and makes it a subject to provide the steadying apparatus with easy attachment.

In order to solve the above problems, in the present invention, the other ends of the plurality of steadying members each having one end attached to the structure side for hanging the suspension device, and the plurality of one ends attached to the suspension device side, respectively. We decided to fasten the other ends of the steady rest members.

Specifically, the anti-sway device prevents the suspension of the suspension device suspended from the structure by a plurality of suspension members attached to the structure, and includes the structure and the plurality of suspension members. A first steadying member group having a plurality of steadying members each having one end attached to each attachment part; and a plurality of deflections each having one end attached to each attachment part of the suspension device and the plurality of suspension members. A second steadying member group having a retaining member; and a fastening member that fastens the other ends of the steadying members of the first steadying member group and the second steadying member group.

Here, the attachment part of the structure and the suspension member is not limited to each part on the structure side of the suspension member that suspends the suspension device from the structure. This is a concept that includes a part close to the part to which is attached.

In the case of the above-described steadying device, since the steadying member is divided into the first steadying member group and the second steadying member group, the rod such as a bar screw which is widely used as a general building material. Each member is shorter than a case where the material is used as a steady rest for the hanging device, and is easy to carry.

Further, in the case of the above-described steadying device, since the steadying members of the first steadying member group and the second steadying member group are fastened by the fastening members, a large number of steadying members are collected. It can be handled in a state and can be easily mounted in a high place.

In addition, the said fastening member is respectively independent of the other ends of each steadying member which the said 1st steadying member group and the said 2nd steadying member group have, each steadying member centering on the said fastening member, respectively. Then, it may be fastened in a freely movable state. If the above-mentioned steady rest device is constituted in this way, since each steady rest member which the 1st steady rest member group and the 2nd steady rest member group can be made into a bundled state, transportation and attachment are possible. Easy.

Further, the fastening members are provided on the members attached to the other ends of the respective steadying members, with the other ends of the respective steadying members included in the first steadying member group and the second steadying member group provided respectively. Each of the anti-rest members can be fastened independently and freely floating around the insertion member, by the insertion members inserted into the holes or the holes provided at the other ends of the anti-rest members, respectively. Good. If the above-described steadying device is configured as described above, each steadying member can be bundled with each other from the first steadying member group and the second steadying member group. And easy to install.

Further, each of the steadying members of the first steadying member group has one end attached to each part on the structure side of the plurality of hanging members, and each of the second steadying member group has One end of the steadying member may be attached to each part on the suspension device side among the plurality of suspension members. If the above-described steadying device is configured in this way, it is not necessary to provide a member for attaching the steadying member in advance to the structure or the hanging device, and therefore the attachment is easy.

If it is the said steadying apparatus, attachment will become easy.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described. Embodiment shown below is an example of embodiment of this invention, and does not limit the technical scope of this invention to the following aspects.

<Embodiment of steady rest device>
FIG. 1 is an example of a perspective view of a steady rest device 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in FIG. 1, each of the steady rests 1 includes eight rest bars (an example of a “stabilization member” in the present invention) 10-1 to 8 and rest bars 10-1 to 8. The fastening member 20 which fastens end parts and the attachment members 30-1-8 which attach the bracing rods 10-1-8 to the suspension member of suspension equipment are provided.

The bracing bars 10-1 to 8 are metal bar screws that are generally spread as building materials, and a thread is formed on the entire outer peripheral surface of the bar from one end to the other end in the longitudinal direction. . The brace bars 10-1 to 8 are all the same members, and have the same length and the same screw diameter.

FIG. 2 is an example of an enlarged view of the fastening member 20. The fastening member 20 includes metal fittings 21-1 to 21-8 connected to the end of the anti-vibration rod 10-1, fastening bolts (an example of the “insertion member” in the present invention) 24, and a fastening nut 25. Since the metal fittings 21-1 to 21-8 included in the fastening member 20 are the same members, the metal fitting 21-1 will be described in detail below.

FIG. 3 is an example of a diagram illustrating the structure of the fastening member 20. The metal fitting 21-1 has a hole 22-1 through which the end of the brace 10-1 is inserted and a hole 23-1 through which a fastening bolt 24 for fastening the metal fittings 21-1 to 8-8 is inserted. Have. The metal fitting 21-1 is a member in which both ends in the longitudinal direction of a long and thin plate-like metal material are bent in opposite directions to each other, the end portion having the hole 22-1 is bent substantially vertically, and the end having the hole 23-1 is formed. It is a member that is bent at an appropriate angle. The metal fittings 21-2 to 8 are the same as the metal fitting 21-1. The end portion of the rocking bar 10-1 inserted through the hole 22-1 is fixed to the metal fitting 21-1 by nuts 36-1 and 36-1 which are screwed with the rocking bar 10-1. The fastening bolts 24 inserted into the holes 23-1 are bolts for fastening the metal fittings 21-1 to 21-8 to each other. By fastening the fastening nuts 25 screwed to the fastening bolts 24, the metal fittings 21- The fastening state between 1 to 8 is maintained. The relative angle between the central axis of the hole 22-1 and the central axis of the hole 23-1 can be changed as appropriate according to the location where the steady rest device 1 is installed. Adjust by appropriately deforming. If the relative angle is about 45 degrees, it is considered that the steady rest device 1 can be attached to practically no trouble in most places.

Since the metal fittings 21-1 to 21-8 are fastened to each other by the fastening bolts 24, when the fastening bolts 24 and the fastening nuts 25 are loosened, the metal fittings 21-1 to 21-1 are centered on the fastening bolts 24. It is possible to freely rotate each 8 independently. That is, the fastening member 20 is the other end of each of the anti-vibration rods 10-1 to 8 (10-1 to 4 are the opposite side of the structure to which the hanging device is attached, and 10-5 to 8 are the devices to be steady. The opposite bars are fastened to each other in such a manner that each of the bracing bars 10-1 to 8 is independently movable around the fastening bolt 24.

FIG. 4 is an example of a diagram illustrating the steady rest device 1 in a state where the steady bars 10-1 to 10-8 are bundled. The brace bars 10-1 to 8-8 are each freely movable around the fastening member 20. For this reason, for example, as shown in FIG. 4, it is possible to bundle the bracing bars 10-1 to 10-4 and the bracing bars 10-5 to 8-8. As described above, the steady rest device 1 can be brought into a state in which the steady bars 10-1 to 10-4 and the steady bars 10-5 to 8 are bundled, and is easy to carry and attach. Moreover, if the fastening bolt 24 is removed completely, the steadying rods 10-1 to 10-8 can be bundled together, and the steadying device 1 can be further halved. The steady rest device 1 can more freely bundle the steady bars 10-1 to 8 as the diameters of the holes 23-1 to 23-8 with respect to the diameter of the fastening bolt 24 are larger. FIG. 4 shows a state in which the metal fittings 21-1 to 4 and the metal fittings 21-5 to 8 are rotated in the same direction as viewed from the state of being attached to the device. If the diameters of the holes 23-1 to 23-8 with respect to the diameter are sufficiently large, they can be bundled without being rotated.

FIG. 5 is an example of a diagram illustrating the structure of the attachment member 30-5. Here, although the attachment member 30-5 will be described, any of the attachment members 30-1 to 4 and 6 to 8 is the same. As shown in FIG. 5, the attachment member 30-5 has a metal fitting 31-5 and a metal fitting 32-5. The metal fitting 31-5 includes a hole 33-5 through which the other end of the brace 10-5 is inserted, and a bar screw (which is an example of a “suspending member” in the present invention) 2 that suspends a suspension device. -1 and a notch 34-5 having a size capable of being inserted. Moreover, the metal fitting 32-5 has a notch 35-5 having a size capable of inserting a rod-like suspension member that suspends the suspension device. The end portion of the rocking bar 10-5 inserted through the hole 33-5 can be fixed to the metal fitting 31-5 by nuts 37-5 and 37-5 screwed to the rocking bar 10-5. Further, the bar screw 2-1 inserted through the notch 34-5 has the metal fitting 32-5 attached to the metal fitting 31-5 so that the open portion of the notch 34-5 is covered with the notch 35-5 of the metal fitting 32-5. The metal fitting 31-5 can be fixed to the bar screw 2-1.

Hereinafter, application examples of the steady rest device 1 will be described. FIG. 6 is an example of a view of the steady rest device 1 applied to the suspension type air conditioner (which is an example of the “suspending device” in the present invention) 4 from obliquely above. Moreover, FIG. 7 is an example of the figure which looked at the steady rest apparatus 1 applied to the suspension type air conditioner 4 from diagonally downward. As shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, the steady rest device 1 is not limited to the application to the suspension type air conditioner 4, and includes, for example, an air conditioning duct, a lighting device, a display device, a signboard, and the like. Applicable to any hanging equipment. The steady rest 1 may change the length of the steady sticks 10-1 to 8 as appropriate according to the application location. Further, the steady rest device 1 is not limited to the one that stops the swing of the equipment suspended from the ceiling 3. But you can.

The steady rest device 1 is installed in order to prevent the air conditioner 4 suspended from the ceiling 3 from being suspended by the bar screws 2-1 to 4 attached to the ceiling 3. The steady rest device 1 has the rest bars 10-1 to 4 (an example of the “first steady rest member group” in the present invention) at each mounting portion between the ceiling 3 and the bar screws 2-1 to 4. One end is attached to each of the attachment parts of the air conditioner 4 and the rod screws 2-1 to 4 (an example of the “second anti-rest member group” in the present invention). One end of each is attached. Then, the other ends of the brace bars 10-1 to 10-8 are fastened to each other by the fastening member 20.

The anti-rest device 1 is attached obliquely with respect to the bar screws 2-1 to 4 even when the air-conditioner 4 is applied with such a force that the air-conditioner 4 shakes. The vibration of the air conditioner 4 can be prevented by the tension acting on the anti-vibration rods 10-1 to 8-8.

Further, in the above-described steadying device 1, the steadying rods 10-1 to 10-4 attached to the ceiling 3 side and the steadying rods 10-5 to 8 attached to the air conditioner 4 side are mutually connected by the fastening member 20. For example, both ends of one bar are attached to the ceiling 3 and the air conditioner 4, and the swing of the air conditioner 4 is more compared to the case where the intersection of the bars is not fixed. It can be firmly prevented, and can be sufficiently prevented from shaking even with respect to the force acting in the direction in which the bar screws 2-1 to 4 are twisted.

Moreover, since the said steadying apparatus 1 is attached to the inner side of the space surrounded by the bar screws 2-1 to 4 for suspending the air conditioner 4, for example, as in the conventional example shown in FIG. Compared to the case where the steady rests 100-1 to 100-4 are attached outside the space surrounded by 2-1 to 4, ducts, pipes, wiring, etc. installed in the surrounding area may be an obstacle, or the ceiling 3 There is no need to place an anchor, and the effective space above the air conditioner 4 is not wasted. In addition, when a long member such as an air conditioning duct is hung, it is hung at a plurality of locations. Therefore, if a steadying is performed at each hanging location, a sufficient steadying effect can be obtained even with a conventional steadying device. Since the steady rest device 1 can provide a sufficient steady rest effect, it is particularly effective in a device that is suspended in a small area such as an air conditioner.

Moreover, since the said steadying apparatus 1 can move each steadying rod 10-1-8 freely centering | focusing on the fastening member 20 by loosening the fastening volt | bolt 24, attachment work is easy. Moreover, since each end of each brace 10-1-8 is being fixed with the nut, compared with the case where both ends of one bar are each attached to a ceiling and a suspension apparatus, the length at the time of attachment Adjustments are easy, and it can be used for a wide range of equipment of various sizes just by adjusting the nut position. Moreover, even if the above-mentioned steady rest apparatus 1 is a case where the length of the rod screws 2-1 to 4 is extremely long, the steady rest apparatus 1 can be installed in multiple stages such as two stages or three stages. It is possible.

<First Modification>
Note that the steady rest device 1 according to the embodiment may be modified as follows, for example. FIG. 9 is an example of a diagram illustrating a structure of a fastening member 20 </ b> A of the steady rest device according to the first modification obtained by modifying the steady rest device 1 according to the embodiment. The steady rest device according to this modification is obtained by modifying the fastening member 20 of the steady rest device 1 according to the above embodiment. In other words, the fastening member 20A of the steady rest device according to this modification includes the holes 11A- provided with the other ends of the respective restraining rods 10A-1 to 8A at the other ends of the respective restraining rods 10A-1 to 8, respectively. The fastening rods 10A-1 to 10A-8 are fastened independently by the fastening bolts 24A inserted through 1 to 8 so as to be freely movable around the fastening bolts 24A.

Even with such a steady-state device, the shake of the air conditioner 4 can be prevented by the tension acting on the steady-state rods 10A-1 to 8A, similarly to the steady-state device 1 according to the embodiment.

<Second Modification>
Further, the steady rest device 1 and the first modification according to the above embodiment may be modified as follows, for example. FIG. 10 is an example of a perspective view of a steady rest apparatus 1B according to a second modification in which the steady rest apparatus 1 according to the embodiment is modified. In the steady rest device 1 according to the above embodiment, the steady bars 10-1 to 8 are attached to the bar screws 2-1 to -4. That is, in the steady rest device 1 according to the above-described embodiment, one end of each of the steady bars 10-1 to 10-4 is attached to each part on the ceiling 3 side of the bar screws 2-1 to 4. As for -5-8, one end was attached to each part by the side of air-conditioner 4 among bar screws 2-1-4. However, in the steady rest device 1B according to this modification, one end of the steady bars 10-1 to 4 is directly attached to the ceiling 3 via the attachment members 30B-1 to 4 and the steady bars 10-5 to 8-8. One end of each is directly attached to the air conditioner 4 via an attachment member. In this case, the anti-vibration rods 10-1 to 10-4 are attached, for example, by anchors or the like placed on the ceiling 3. Moreover, the bracing rods 10-5 to 8 are attached by, for example, bolts that engage with the casing of the air conditioner 4.

FIG. 11 is an example of a diagram illustrating an attachment state of the attachment member 30B-1 of the steady rest device 1B according to the second modification. The mounting member 30B-1 has a hole 41-1 through which the brace 10-1 is inserted and a hole 42-1 through which the anchor bolt 40-1 provided on the ceiling 3 is inserted. The end portion of the rocking bar 10-1 inserted through the hole 41-1 is fixed to the mounting member 30B-1 by nuts 37-1, 37-1 that are screwed with the rocking bar 10-1. The attachment member 30B-1 is fixed to the ceiling 3 by tightening a nut 39-1 that is screwed with the anchor bolt 40-1 inserted through the hole 42-1. The attachment members 30B-2 to 4 are the same as the attachment member 30B-1, and the attachment members for attaching the ends of the anti-vibration rods 10-5 to 8 to the air conditioner 4 are also the same as the attachment member 30B-1.

Even with such an anti-sway device 1B, the anti-skid rods 10-1 to 10-4 attached to the ceiling 3 and the anti-skid rod 10- attached to the air conditioner 4 as in the case of the anti-sway device 1 according to the embodiment. 5-8
The tension acting on the air conditioner 4 can prevent the air conditioner 4 from shaking.

<Other variations>
In addition, in the steady rest device according to the above-described embodiment and each modification, for example, the length of the steady bar arranged on the ceiling side and the length of the steady bar arranged on the air conditioner side may be alternated. The brace bar may be replaced by a member having another shape, and the brace bar may be fastened by various fastening members other than the fastening member 20.

In addition, the fitting of the fastening member and the fitting of the mounting member of the steady rest device according to the above-described embodiment and each modified example have a relative angle between the steady bar and the fastening bolt, or a relative angle between the bar screw and the steady bar. It may have an angle adjustment function realized by a bolt, a pin, a rivet or the like so that it can be changed.

Moreover, the steady rest apparatus which concerns on the said embodiment and each modification, for example, may be three or less or five or more steady bars arranged on the ceiling side and the air conditioner side.
