前記シート部材引出工程の後に、リング状の補強板を、そのリング状の補強板の孔に前記シート部材を差し込むことで、前記取付孔の周囲まで誘導し、前記表地の他方の面と前記シート部材との間かつ前記取付孔の外縁に沿って取り付ける補強板取付工程と、
前記補強板取付工程の後に、前記取付孔の周囲を縫合して、前記補強板を固定する補強板固定工程と、を含む、
