Description
Claims (5)
- 基材に保護コーティングを塗布し、
複数の開口部を含むパターンを有する予備成形されたセラミック層を前記保護コーティング上に配置し、
前記セラミック層を、該セラミック層および前記保護コーティング上に熱的に溶射される接着剤溶射コートによって、前記保護コーティングと機械的に連結する、ことを含む遮熱システムを構成要素に設ける方法。 - 前記セラミック層が、前記接着剤溶射コートを熱的に溶射する前に、前記保護コーティングに機械的に取り付けられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記セラミック層が、前記接着剤溶射コートを熱的に溶射する前に、前記保護コーティング上に保持されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記セラミック層を付加製造によって予備成形することをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記接着剤溶射コートで前記セラミック層を少なくとも部分的に充填することをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
