Claims (2)
- 磁束密度を検知する複数の磁気センサから構成する磁気センサ組と、
物体を通過させる通過部と、
該通過部を物体が通過することを検知する通過センサと、
閾値と、
前記磁気センサの出力を演算して検知値と磁性体の移動方向を出力する演算機能と、
該演算機能の検知値を前記閾値と比較する比較機能と、
前記通過センサと該比較機能の結果と磁性体の移動方向の論理積を求める論理積機能と、
該論理積機能の結果によって告知する告知機能を有する磁性体検知装置において、
前記磁気センサ組は、各組毎に2又は3の磁気センサを備え、通過部の外側の左右に複数箇所配置し、前記磁気センサの検出軸を相互に90±30°の角度で配置し、
前記演算機能には、更に複数の該磁気センサの出力信号を演算し、該演算機能の演算結果を比較機能で判定閾値と比較する機能を備え、
磁束密度のベクトルのスカラ量と角度の変化を演算機能によって演算し、その演算結果が設定した閾値より大きく、かつ、磁性体の物体がゲート状の通過部を入室方向に移動すると判定すると同時に、通過センサが物体を検知した時に、告知機能によって使用者に告知を行ない、磁性体の入室を阻止することを特徴とする磁性体検知機。 - 磁気センサに複数の磁束密度発生器を配置し、該磁束密度発生器が発生する磁束密度の強さを調整する複数の調整機能を備え、該磁気センサに与える磁束密度の強さを調整する請求項1記載の磁性体検知機。
