Description
The present invention relates to a solar cell panel laying structure capable of efficiently discharging heat from a space on the back side of a solar cell module to prevent a decrease in power generation efficiency of the solar cell.
In recent years, with the aim of mitigating global warming, among the greenhouse gases that are the cause, in order to build a society with low carbon dioxide (CO 2 ) emissions (low carbon society), conventional resources such as oil and coal There is a growing social momentum that spreads renewable energy using sunlight instead of energy that relies on energy. In addition, a mechanism has been established in which governments and local governments actively assist with the demand for introducing solar cell modules, and power companies purchase excess power.
In a solar cell module that efficiently uses sunlight, it is known that the power generation efficiency of a solar cell decreases when the back surface becomes high temperature.
Therefore, as shown in
However, in the structure described in
In addition, since exhaust is affected by the amount of inflow of air, when the wind speed is low or the amount of inflow is small (small), the amount of exhaust is reduced and sufficient exhaust cannot be performed. It stayed inside.
Furthermore, since “holes” are formed in all the
Then, this invention aims at providing the installation structure of the solar cell panel which can discharge | emit heat quantity efficiently from the space of the back surface side of a solar cell module, and can prevent the fall of the power generation efficiency of a solar cell. .
The present invention has been proposed in view of the above, the solar cell panel back side provided with a frame body having a side wall on the periphery of the solar cell module is opened, mounted on the draw bracket attached to the folded plate roof A laying structure in which a communication space communicating in the flow direction is formed between the folded plate roof and a substantially parallel shape, and the communication space and the back side space of the solar cell module are continuous. and, among the frame body of the solar cell panel, the upper frame and the lower frame in the flow direction, an opening is provided, the solar cell panel adjacent to the flow direction, the opening portion is laid at regular intervals And a standing structure projecting from the surface of the solar cell panel in a laid state on the underwater side of the open portion. The solar cell panel laying structure is provided.
In the solar cell panel laying structure according to the present invention, the opening is a partial or constant-width vacant portion formed in a lower portion of the side wall, or a plurality of holes formed in the side wall. We also propose a solar panel laying structure.
In the construction structure of the solar cell panel of the present invention, the air (heat amount) on the back surface side of the solar cell module can be discharged from the opening provided in the upper frame, and the air flowing on the surface of the solar cell panel at the standing portion. By forming the turbulent flow in the flow, the effect of sucking out the air on the back surface side can be achieved, so that the temperature rise of the solar cell can be suppressed and the decrease in power generation efficiency can be prevented.
In addition, the opening can be formed very easily when the opening is a partial or constant width void formed in the lower portion of the side wall or a plurality of holes formed in the side wall. In particular, in the former mode, the empty portion can be used as a space through which the cable of the solar cell module passes, and can be guided to the back side of the solar cell module without blocking rainwater, snow accumulation, or the like. Moreover, in the latter aspect, it can be used also as an attachment location of the fastening bolt for fixing with locking vertical pieces, such as a fixing member along the water upper side of an upper side frame.
The present invention is a laying structure in which a solar cell panel provided with a frame having a side wall on the periphery of a solar cell module is laid on a take-out fitting attached to a folded roof, and the frame of the solar cell panel In the body, the upper frame and the lower frame in the flow direction are provided with openings, and solar cell panels adjacent in the flow direction are laid at regular intervals to form an open portion. A standing part is provided on the underwater side .
The solar cell module used in the present invention may be a module obtained by laminating solar cells such as a crystal system on glass or the like, or may be a thin film such as an amorphous film. Further, it may be formed into a sheet shape (plate shape) or a board shape by being integrated with a metal plate or the like as a base material.
As the solar cell, a single-sided light receiving type is generally used, but a double-sided light receiving type may be used in order to increase the amount of power generation. In this case, if a reflective part is interposed below the solar battery module, Good.
Further, the frame body is composed of an upper frame, a lower frame, and left and right side frames arranged on the four sides of the solar cell module, and each frame body includes a holding unit that holds the periphery of the solar cell module; And a side wall depending downward.
And the said frame was provided in the periphery of the said solar cell module, and it was set as the solar cell panel.
The “opening” in the present invention may be a partial or constant width void formed in the lower part of the side wall, or a plurality of holes formed in the side wall, and can discharge air on the back side of the solar cell panel. If there is no particular limitation. In the former mode (empty portion) and the latter mode (hole), the forming method and the shape thereof are not limited, and processing such as cutting, punching, drilling, or the like may be performed from the lower end. The height may be previously shortened (compared to the side frame), or may be molded so that a void or a hole is formed in the side wall in advance.
In the former aspect, since this opening (empty part) is formed between the base and the base in the arrangement state, this empty part can be actively used as a space for passing the cable of the solar cell module. . Moreover, the opening part (empty part) of this aspect can be made to flow under water without blocking rainwater, snow accumulation, and the like, and can therefore be led to the back side of the solar cell module.
In general, in order to connect adjacent solar cell modules, a process such as cutting out a part of the frame body is performed in order to pass the cable. However, in this aspect, such a process is not required.
In the latter mode, the opening (hole) is also used as an attachment location of a fastening bolt for fixing to a locking vertical piece such as a fixing member or an attachment member that runs along the water side of the upper frame in the installed state. be able to.
In general, the water-side edge of the solar cell module is fixed by holding the upper end of the upper frame with a holding piece (part) provided on a fixing member or the like. However, in this configuration, there is a problem that dust or the like easily accumulates because the pressing portion protrudes.
In this aspect, an opening (hole) is provided in the side wall of the upper frame, and a fastening bolt can be attached to the opening (hole). Nor.
As described above, the object of the present invention is to efficiently discharge heat from the space on the back surface side of the solar cell module to prevent a decrease in power generation efficiency of the solar cell. What is necessary is just to be formed between a solar cell panel and a foundation | substrate, and height width may be formed partially large by the shape of foundation | substrates, such as an exterior structure which has a wavy or a raising part. In addition, the solar cell panel may be directly laid on the substantially flat base and may be a substantially uniform thin space surrounded by the solar cell module and the peripheral frame body. It may be formed between a substrate on which a supporting member such as a horizontal beam or a vertical beam is attached and the solar cell panel.
In any backside space, air (heat quantity) warmed in the space tends to move to a higher position, so that an opening is provided in the upper frame in the flow direction as described above. Thus, air (heat amount) warmed in the space can be released to the outside. In addition, the inflow of the air from the outside to this space is performed from any surrounding direction except the aspect which lays a solar cell panel directly with respect to the above-mentioned substantially flat base | substrate. In a mode in which the solar cell panel is directly laid on the substantially flat base, it is desirable to provide an opening in the lower frame to allow air to flow.
Moreover, such a back surface side space may be continuous or independent in the eaves-ridge direction, the carry-out direction, or both.
The above-mentioned configuration in which the solar cell panels adjacent in the flow direction are laid at a constant interval to form an open portion is different from the configuration in which the solar cell panels adjacent in the flow direction are spaced apart at a constant interval and opened. It means forming a part.
As shown in the illustrated embodiment which will be described later, an attachment member capable of regulating the position of the end portion of the solar cell panel and maintaining the distance between the open portions is fixed in advance to the base, and the solar cell panel is disposed on the attachment member. By doing so, you may make it form the open part of a fixed space | interval.
In addition, “provided with an upright part protruding from the surface of the solar panel in the laid state on the windward side of the open part” means that generally the roof slope, the flow direction of the roof surface from the ridge side to the eave side is completely On the contrary, it indicates that an upright part is provided on the windward side of the blown-up wind blown from the eave side to the ridge side, that is, on the water side in the open part.
The standing part provided in the open part may be provided in all open parts or may be provided partially. Further, the standing portion may be provided over the entire length or partially provided with respect to the side of the solar cell. Further, the standing portion may be substantially vertical with respect to the surface of the solar cell, or may be inclined inward and outward. Further, the standing portion may be a substantially flat standing piece, or an arcuate (curved surface) or stepped standing piece.
In addition, the upright portion may be molded integrally with the frame body itself, or may be attached as an external member, or may be integrated in advance with an attachment member or the like. , Fastening of bolts and nuts, etc., fitting, engagement, adhesion, or a combination of these may be used to indirectly attach to the base, or even a separate upright part may be tightened together with a mounting member, etc. Good.
And by providing this standing part in the adjacent space | interval (opening part) of a solar cell panel, the wind which hit the standing part raises a turbulent flow upward, and makes the upper end of a standing part into a pressure-reduced state, The air in the back space is sucked out from the opening to the front surface side, the flow of air in the back space is significantly accelerated, and the temperature at which the solar cells themselves are generated can be suppressed to prevent a decrease in power generation efficiency. .

The ground used in the present invention may be a known roof such as existing tile, slate, metal or the like, or a roof made of newly laid tile, slate, metal, etc. It is desirable to have it, and the specification is not questioned. Further, the existing or new roof made of metal or the like may be any of a horizontal shape, a vertical shape (a tiled rod shape, a smooth shape, etc.), a folded plate, and the like.
The solar cell panel may be directly attached to the members constituting these bases, or the solar cell panel may be attached via various mounting brackets, mounting brackets, carry-out brackets, horizontal rails, vertical rails, and other fixtures. It may be. That is, the base in the present invention includes the above-described base or the attachment material attached thereto.

As described above, in the laying structure of the
In the first embodiment, since the
Further, in the first embodiment, the
In the second embodiment shown in FIG. 3, the upper ends of the side frames 12 ′ and 13 ′ are pressed and held using a pressing member 5D having a simpler shape. Further, the standing piece (part) 2 ′ is formed in a substantially vertical shape. Other configurations such as the
The side frames 12 'and 13' in this second embodiment are shaped like the bottoms 121 'and 131' in a substantially L shape instead of a shallow saucer, and the pressing member 5D holds the fixing part to the base. A substantially Z-shaped piece metal fitting that does not require a base-like member (5B, 5C).
In the second embodiment, the same effects as in the first embodiment are achieved.
The construction structure of the
The
Further, in the first and second embodiments, the
In the
The
In this reference example 1 , as described above, the
As shown in FIG. 6, the mounting

In addition, an upright piece (part) 2 ″ was placed on the outer side of the attachment inclined

As shown in FIG. 5 (a), the fastening
This Reference Example 1 also has the same effect as the first embodiment, and in particular, since the
In Reference Example 1 , since the
In the fourth embodiment shown in FIG. 5 (c), a mounting
This fourth embodiment is only required when the
The construction of the
As shown in FIG. 8C, the
The
As shown in FIG. 7B, the mounting

And about the point which attaches the taking-out
In the fifth embodiment, the upper water end portion of the lower
In addition, when mounting the water upper end of the lower
Even in this fifth embodiment, the same effect as the reference example 1 was achieved, and the opening 110 '' was formed with a plurality of holes, so that there was no projecting portion and excellent design, without depositing dust, etc. Since the
