Claims (8)
- 心室内、又は、前記心室の周辺に配置された内因性生理活動の活性化信号を感知するように構成された複数のマッピング電極を含み、前記活性化信号は近距離場活性化信号成分及び遠距離場活性化信号成分を含むことと、
複数の前記マッピング電極と関連した信号処理システムを含み、前記信号処理システムは、
前記活性化信号内の遠距離場事象を分離し、
前記マッピング電極の各々によって感知された前記活性化信号を分割し、
前記マッピング電極の各々からの分割された前記活性化信号における分離された前記遠距離場事象を平均化することによって前記遠距離場活性化信号成分の代表である遠距離場活動テンプレートを生成し、
前記活性化信号内の前記近距離場活性化信号成分を識別するために前記活性化信号から前記遠距離場活動テンプレートをフィルタリングし、且つ、識別された前記近距離場活性化信号成分をマッピングするように構成されることと
を含むカテーテルシステム。 - 請求項1に記載のカテーテルシステムにおいて、前記信号処理システムは前記遠距離場事象のための基準タイミングを得て、前記活性化信号内のR波事象を分離するために得られた前記基準タイミングに従って前記遠距離場事象周辺で前記マッピング電極の各々によって感知された前記活性化信号を分割するようにさらに構成されるカテーテルシステム。
- 請求項1及び2の何れか一項に記載のカテーテルシステムにおいて、前記遠距離場事象が心室活性化信号に対応し、基準タイミングが電位図におけるQ波事象及びR波事象の少なくとも一方に対応するカテーテルシステム。
- 請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載のカテーテルシステムにおいて、前記信号処理システムは前記活性化信号から前記遠距離場活動テンプレートをフィルタリングするために分離された前記遠距離場事象における、又は、分離された前記遠距離場事象の周辺における前記活性化信号から前記遠距離場活動テンプレートを差し引くようにさらに構成されるカテーテルシステム。
- 請求項4に記載のカテーテルシステムにおいて、前記信号処理システムは分離された前記遠距離場事象における、又は、分離された前記遠距離場事象の周辺における前記活性化信号から前記遠距離場活動テンプレートを差し引く前に、前記活性化信号から前記遠距離場活動テンプレートをフィルタリングするように、分離された前記遠距離場事象の各々の振幅に対応するために前記遠距離場活動テンプレートの振幅を適合させるようにさらに構成されるカテーテルシステム。
- 請求項1〜5の何れか一項に記載のカテーテルシステムにおいて、前記信号処理システムは前記遠距離場活性化信号成分が存在する期間を識別し、且つ、前記活性化信号から前記遠距離場活動テンプレートをフィルタリングするように、前記期間のみ前記遠距離場活動テンプレートをフィルタリングするようにさらに構成されるカテーテルシステム。
- 請求項1〜6の何れか一項に記載のカテーテルシステムにおいて、前記信号処理システムは前記遠距離場活動テンプレートを更新するために所定の数の後続の前記遠距離場事象の間の前記遠距離場活性化信号成分で前記遠距離場活動テンプレートを平均化するようにさらに構成されるカテーテルシステム。
- 請求項1〜7の何れか一項に記載のカテーテルシステムにおいて、前記信号処理システムは生成された前記遠距離場活動テンプレートの振幅と感知された遠距離場の前記活性化信号の振幅との比較に基づいた配列内の前記マッピング電極をブランキングするようにさらに構成されるカテーテルシステム。
