Description
電極端子と
前記電極端子に配置される接触部材であって、前記電極端子が、中間の接触部材を介して、前記生物学的オブジェクトと電気的に接触させられる、接触部材と、
前記接触部材をカバーする保持メッシュであって、前記保持メッシュは複数の開口を有し、前記接触部材は前記複数の開口を通して前記生物学的オブジェクトと直接に接触するよう構成された、保持メッシュと、
を備えた、電極パッドに関する。
電極端子に接触部材を配置するステップと、
前記接触部材を前記オブジェクトに直接に接触させるための複数の開口を有する保持メッシュにより、前記接触部材をカバーするステップと、
を有する方法に関する。
−柔軟な箔(110)に銀のパッドを印刷して、電極端子120を生成する。加えて、導電性のインク(例えば銀、炭素)により該箔に配線パターンが印刷されても良い。必要である場合には、該導電性のインクは、柔軟な誘電体の塗料又は箔により絶縁される。更に、少なくとも1つのスリットが、箔に切り入れられても良い。
−該柔軟な箔に予め切断された発泡体を塗布し、裏打ち層130を生成する。
−銀のパッド上にヒドロゲル140を塗布する。
−該ヒドロゲル上にメッシュ150を塗布する。
−予め切断された皮膚にフレンドリな層160を塗布する。
−輸送のため装置全体をバッグ内に封止する。
1.あらゆる膝サイズ及び形状にフィットすること。
2.膝の動きに追従し順応することが可能であること。
3.快適であり、患者の可動性を制限しないこと。該問題は、電極パッドが何日にも亘る長い期間の間装着される必要がある場合には、特に重要である。それ故、該電極パッドは、不快さに導かないよう又はユーザが動作的となることを損なわないよう、柔軟で寛容である必要がある。
−経皮電気的神経刺激(TENS)、特に膝の痛み刺激、
−一般的な身体内感知及び作動、
−生体インピーダンスのモニタリング、
−電気インピーダンストモグラフィー(EIT)、
−機能的神経刺激(FNS)、
−機能的電気刺激(FES)。
Claims (14)
- 生物学的オブジェクトに電気的に接触するための生物医学的電極パッドであって、前記電極パッドは少なくとも1つの電極を有し、前記電極は、
電極端子と、
前記電極端子に配置される接触部材であって、前記電極端子が、中間の接触部材を介して、前記生物学的オブジェクトと電気的に接触させられる、接触部材と、
前記接触部材をカバーする保持メッシュであって、前記保持メッシュは複数の開口を有し、前記接触部材は前記複数の開口を通して前記生物学的オブジェクトと直接に接触するよう構成された、保持メッシュと、
を備えた、電極パッド。 - 前記接触部材は、ゲル、特にヒドロゲル、及び/又はポリエチレンオキシド、ポリビニルピロリドン又は多糖カラヤのような架橋高分子を持つゲルから成る群から選択された材料を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電極パッド。
- 前記電極端子は担体上に配置され、特に柔軟な箔上に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電極パッド。
- 前記接触部材が収容される開口を持つ裏打ち層が備えられることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電極パッド。
- 前記保持メッシュは、前記裏打ち層に装着されたことを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の電極パッド。
- 前記保持メッシュの前記複数の開口は、5mmと0.05mmとの間の範囲内の直径を持つことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電極パッド。
- 前記保持メッシュは、500μmと25μmとの間の範囲内の厚さを持つことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電極パッド。
- 前記保持メッシュは、ポリエチレン、ポリエステル及びポリプロピレンから成る群から選択された材料を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電極パッド。
- 前記電極端子は、金属、特に銀、炭素及び/又は高分子を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電極パッド。
- 前記保持メッシュは、前記接触部材のない領域において外側層によりカバーされることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電極パッド。
- 関連する接触部材を備えた複数の前記電極端子を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電極パッド。
- 幾つかの前記接触部材をカバーする保持メッシュを備えたことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電極パッド。
- 電極のアレイを備えた担体を有し、前記担体は、前記アレイの少なくとも2つの隣接する電極間に延在する少なくとも1つのスリットを持つ、請求項1に記載の電極パッド。
- 前記複数の開口間の間隔は、500μmと25μmとの間である、請求項1に記載の電極パッド。
