Description
The present invention relates to a hair repair method and a hair repair device.
Hair is damaged daily by brushing friction, the heat of the dryer, and ultraviolet rays. Recently, along with the trend of permanent hair and the spread of hair color, there are more opportunities for hair to be damaged by treatments such as permanent waving agents, bleaching agents, and hair coloring agents, and the need for hair repair is increasing.
Conventionally, a treatment or a conditioner (rinse) is generally used as a method for repairing such damaged hair. The treatment has the action of penetrating from the surface of the hair and adjusting the condition of the hair from the inside, and the conditioner has the action of creating a film on the surface of the hair and improving the slip. When a treatment or conditioner is used, these chemicals are applied to the hair after shampooing, and the liquid is soaked into the hair by applying a treatment such as squeezing the hair with a fingertip or tapping it lightly.
However, the above hair repair method has the following problems. That is, when a treatment or conditioner is used, if the waste is clogged between the cuticles on the surface of the hair, the waste becomes a “barrier” and blocks the intrusion of the chemical solution. For this reason, even if a large amount of the chemical solution is used, the amount supplied to the inside of the hair is small, and the action of the treatment and the conditioner is not fully utilized.
In beauty salons, etc., as a measure to open the cuticle at the time of treatment, the treatment and conditioner chemicals are applied to the hair, and the head is heated with a steam towel, but there is a narrow gap between the cuticles. It is difficult to sufficiently remove waste products (including growth inhibitors such as hair styling agents; the same shall apply hereinafter) clogged with water. In particular, when the surface tension of the chemical solution is large, the chemical solution is difficult to penetrate into the hair, and the action of the treatment and conditioner cannot be sufficiently obtained.
Therefore, the present invention has been made in view of such a current situation, and by efficiently penetrating a chemical solution (hair repair agent) such as a treatment or a conditioner from the surface of the hair to the inside, the gloss and tension of the hair can be improved. It is an object of the present invention to provide a hair repair method capable of being improved satisfactorily and a hair repair device used in the method.
By the way, as disclosed in
When the hair is observed microscopically, as shown in FIG. 1, the hair surface is formed of a cuticle (small skin) H1, and inside this cuticle H1, a hair pulp H2 that forms the core of the hair, and a fibril bundle H3 and interstitial material H4 are covered. Here, the fibril is fibrous keratin, and the fibril bundle H3 indicates a bundle of these. The interstitial material H4 is made of soft keratin protein and plays a role of filling the gaps between the hair pulp H2 and the fibril bundle H3. The current belief is that permanent wave agents, bleach agents, hair dyes, etc. act on the interstitial material H4.
According to the research by the inventors, when the hair is sucked in a vacuum state, the waste is removed from the gap between the overlapping cuticles H1. When the waste that has become a “barrier” in the gap of the cuticle H1 disappears, it is considered that the active ingredient of the hair repair agent penetrates from the surface of the hair to the inside, thereby improving the gloss and tension of the hair.
[First invention]
In view of the above findings, the hair repair method of the first invention for solving the above-mentioned problems adopts the following configuration.
That is, a step of inserting an arbitrary portion above the root of the hair of the patient into the treatment container;
With the hair inserted into the treatment container, sealing the insertion port of the treatment container and sealing the insertion portion of the hair;
Depressurizing the sealed chamber in the treatment container to a vacuum state, and sucking out waste products from the gap between the cuticles on the hair surface;
A step of supplying a hair repair agent into the treatment container after allowing the vacuum state of the sealed chamber to open, and allowing the hair repair agent to penetrate into the hair from the gap of the cuticle. .
According to the hair repair method which concerns on 1st invention, a waste product is sucked out from the clearance gap between cuticles by keeping the space around hair in a vacuum state. After that, by releasing the vacuum state and supplying the hair repair agent to the hair, the hair repair agent penetrates efficiently into the back of the hair by the capillary phenomenon from the gap between the cuticles.
Thereby, the impregnation effect of the hair restorative agent on the hair can be remarkably enhanced as compared with the conventional case, and the state of the hair such as gloss and tension can be improved satisfactorily.
[Second invention]
Moreover, the hair repair method of the 2nd invention for solving the said subject decided to employ | adopt the following structure.
That is, a step of inserting an arbitrary portion above the root of the hair of the patient into the treatment container;
With the hair inserted into the treatment container, sealing the insertion port of the treatment container and sealing the insertion portion of the hair;
Depressurizing the sealed chamber in the treatment container to a vacuum state, and sucking out waste products from the gap between the cuticles on the hair surface;
Supplying a hair repair agent to the sealed chamber in a vacuum state;
Releasing the vacuum state of the hermetic chamber and instantaneously increasing the internal pressure of the hermetic chamber so that the hair repair agent is sucked into the gap of the cuticle and the hair repair agent penetrates into the hair And.
In the hair repair method according to the second aspect of the invention, the waste around the hair is sucked out from the gap of the cuticle as in the first aspect of the invention by keeping the space around the hair in a vacuum state. Subsequently, the hair restoration agent is sucked into the gap between the cuticles after removing the waste by utilizing the action of vacuum impregnation.
That is, in the second invention, the hair repair agent is sucked into the gap between the cuticles using the action of vacuum impregnation, and the hair repair agent is soaked into the gap between the cuticles using the capillary phenomenon. Although different from the invention, the effect of impregnating the hair restorative agent into the hair can be enhanced in the same manner as or more than the first invention, and as a result, the state of hair gloss and tension can be improved satisfactorily.
The above situation will be described with reference to a schematic diagram. First, as shown in FIG. 2, hair clogged with waste products D is sealed in a treatment container. In FIG. 2, reference numeral H1 is a cuticle, reference numeral H2 is a hair pulp, reference numeral H3 is a fibril bundle, and reference numeral H4 is an interstitial material.
Next, as shown in FIG. 3, by exposing the hair to a vacuum, the air in the gap of the cuticle H1 is sucked out (in the direction of the arrow in FIG. 3) to bring the cuticle H1 into a closed state. At this time, the waste in the gap is sucked out together with the air, and as a result, the waste in the gap of the cuticle H1 is removed.
In this state, after supplying the hair repair agent to the space around the hair and then releasing this vacuum state, air flows into the gap of the cuticle H1 as shown in FIG. 4 (in the direction of the arrow in FIG. 4). At the same time, the hair restoration agent is sucked into the gap of the cuticle H1 together with the inflowing air.
Thereby, the impregnation effect of the hair restorative agent on the hair can be further enhanced as compared with the first invention, and as a result, the state of the hair such as gloss and tension can be improved satisfactorily.

[Inventions 1-7]
In the present invention, the “treatment container” only needs to be able to insert an arbitrary part (at least a part) above the root of the hair of the person to be treated, and the shape (tubular shape, box shape, bag shape) or material ( Resin, metal, elastomer) are not limited. There is no particular limitation on the length of hair (long hair / short hair) of the user.
The “sealing lid” includes a sealing structure such as a screw method, a clip method, and a wire method as means for preventing air leakage from the insertion port of the treatment container. The sealing lid is preferably formed of a soft material such as rubber or elastomer so as not to damage the hair surface.
The “hair restoration agent” is not particularly limited in its active ingredient, and various commercially available restoration agents can be used.
For example, protein systems include hydrolyzed keratin, hydrolyzed soybeans, hydrolyzed wheat, hydrolyzed collagen, hydrolyzed silk, PPT, etc., and lipid systems include CMC (cell membrane complex analog), ceramide, dilaurol glutamic acid Ricin Na (Perisea), nano repair, livijua, etc., natural oils and extracts such as nut oil, jojoba oil, salamou seed oil, etc., amino acids such as arginine, taurine, glutamic acid, etc., silicones such as dimethicone, cyclo Examples of polymer systems such as methicone and amodimethicone include polyquaternium and copolymers, and other repairing agents include chitosan derivatives and hematin.
Water such as mineral water, ionic water, deep water, etc. may be used as it is as a restoration agent.
As for the step of supplying the hair repair agent to the “sealed chamber”, it is desirable to spray the hair repair agent into the sealed chamber or supply it as droplets with a drip needle or the like.
The “vacuum pump” may be a device having a function of depressurizing the sealed chamber in the treatment container, and the operation principle is not particularly limited. Also included are vacuum generators called vacuum blowers and vacuum ejectors.
For example, as a mechanical vacuum pump, oil rotary vacuum pump (rotary pump), liquid ring vacuum pump, roots vacuum pump (mechanical booster pump), turbo molecular pump (TMP), dry vacuum pump, etc. A diffusion pump (mercury / oil), a steam ejector vacuum pump, a diffusion ejector pump, etc., and a reservoir-type vacuum pump may be a cryopump, a sputter ion pump, a sorption pump, a titanium getter pump, or the like. These vacuum pumps are desirably used in combination according to the required degree of vacuum.
The “vacuum state” is not particularly limited as long as the pressure is reduced to such an extent that the waste is sucked out from the gap of the cuticle.
The vacuum pressure varies depending on the individual difference of the person to be treated, but as an example, it can be considered to be in a medium vacuum or high vacuum state of 10 torr or less. When the pressure is reduced to this level, the hair repair agent can easily penetrate into the hair due to the relationship between the thickness of the hair and the flexibility of the hair, and an effect of shortening the penetration time is expected. In general, a high-vacuum pressure is set for a thick-haired person, and a medium-vacuum pressure is set for a thin-haired person. It is also possible to create a personal chart by checking the pressure state most suitable for each hair quality.
The “waste” removed from the gaps of the cuticle according to the present invention includes not only the waste of the hair itself but also growth inhibitors such as foreign substances and impurities adhering to or remaining on the hair (hairstyling agent, silicone, oxide, mousse). Shampoos, rinses, conditioners, dandruff, sebum, fungus, dust, dust, dust, etc.).
A high-speed vibrator may be incorporated in the “treatment container” in the present invention. As a method for incorporating, for example, a high-speed vibrator is fixed to the outer or inner wall surface of the treatment container.
According to such a configuration, the penetration rate of the hair repair agent can be improved by transmitting the high-speed vibration of the high-speed vibrator from the treatment container to the hair in the sealed chamber.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
[First Embodiment]
A hair repair device according to the first embodiment is shown in FIG. The first embodiment is an example in which a vacuum suction massage is performed on the scalp of a person to be treated, and a hair repair operation is performed at the same time. In FIG. 5, the hair cap C seals a part of the scalp and hair of the person to be treated. Various existing methods are employed for vacuum suction massage. Of course, it is also possible to apply a vacuum impregnation method for hair growth and hair growth to the scalp of the subject.

Next, a method for using the hair repair device according to the first embodiment will be described.
First, as shown in FIG. 9, a step of inserting a part of the hair of the person to be treated (at least a part on the tip side from the hair root) into the
Prior to the insertion of the hair into the
Next, in a state where the hair of the person to be treated is inserted into the
In this step, the sealing
Next, the sealed chamber in the
In this step, the vacuum pumps P1 and P2 are sequentially operated to exhaust the air in the sealed chamber R, and the sealed chamber R is brought into a vacuum state. The set value of the vacuum pressure varies depending on the individual hair quality of the person to be treated, but it is desirable to reduce it to 10 torr or less. Thus, while the sealed chamber R is maintained in a vacuum state, foreign matters (skin fat, shampoo, etc.) clogged in the gap of the cuticle H1 are also sucked out.
Regarding the usage of the vacuum pumps P1 and P2, for example, first, an auxiliary vacuum of about 760 to 60 torr is performed by the vacuum pump P1, and then the pressure is reduced to a target value of 10 torr or less by switching to the vacuum pump P2. Thereby, the target vacuum state can be realized relatively easily without applying an excessive load to the vacuum pumps P1 and P2.
In the case where the set value of the vacuum pressure is relatively high, such as about 10 torr, it is possible to maintain a sufficient vacuum state by operating only the vacuum pump P1. Therefore, you may make it use only the vacuum pump P1 according to the target value of a vacuum pressure, without using the vacuum pump P2.
Next, the process of releasing the vacuum state of the sealed chamber R is performed (step S14).
This step is performed by opening the
When the sealed chamber R returns to normal pressure, the
Thus, when the hair repair method by said step S11-S15 is performed, a waste material is efficiently removed from the clearance gap between the cuticles H1 by keeping hair in a vacuum state (refer FIG. 3). After that, after the vacuum state is released, the hair restoration agent is attached to the hair, so that the hair restoration agent penetrates efficiently into the gap of the cuticle where the waste “barrier” has disappeared by capillary action. As a result, the components of the hair repair agent penetrate into the hair, and the state of hair gloss and tension can be effectively improved.
Moreover, since the process of said step S11-S15 can be performed in a comparatively short time, the number of persons who can operate per apparatus will be comparatively large. Therefore, since the treatment time is shortened, the burden on the practitioner can be reduced even if the treatment is performed regularly, and the waiting time is also short for the practitioner so that the time can be used effectively.
[Second Embodiment]
Next, a hair repair device according to a second embodiment is shown in FIG. In the second embodiment, the
Other configurations are substantially the same as those in the first embodiment (FIG. 5).
The procedure of the hair repair method by 2nd Embodiment is shown in FIG.
In 2nd Embodiment, after inserting a to-be-treated person's hair in the
After performing Step 23, a step of supplying a hair repair agent to the vacuum sealed chamber R is performed (Step S24).
In this step, the
About the supply amount of a chemical | medical solution, although it changes with the kind of hair restoration agent, a density | concentration, the volume of the sealed chamber R, etc., it is set as the quantity which can fully fill the sealed chamber R with an active ingredient. For example, it is desirable to adjust the usage amount of the chemical solution per treatment so as to be about 5 to 20 ml. In addition, about the density | concentration of a chemical | medical solution, since there is little influence of surface tension, it can be used by the density | concentration higher than the time of use of a normal hair restoration agent.
Next, the vacuum state of the sealed chamber R is released, and the internal pressure of the sealed chamber R is instantaneously increased to perform a step of sucking the hair repair agent into the hair from the gap of the cuticle H1 on the hair surface (step S25). ).
In this step, first, the
Thereafter, as the internal pressure of the sealed chamber R returns to the atmospheric pressure, the gap of the cuticle H1 gradually recovers to the original state. Then, the hair repair agent that has entered the gap of the cuticle H1 penetrates into the hair. As a result, the effect of impregnating the hair restoration agent can be remarkably enhanced as compared with the conventional case, and the state such as gloss and tension of the hair can be effectively improved.
In addition, after removing hair from the
As described above, when the hair repairing method according to steps S21 to S25 is performed, the hair repairing agent is sucked into the gap of the cuticle H1, and the chemical solution can be supplied into the hair more reliably. Therefore, the action of the active ingredient of the hair restoration agent can be sufficiently extracted, and the hair restoration effect can be exhibited in a shorter period of time.
[Third Embodiment]
Next, a third embodiment of the hair repair device of the present invention is shown in FIG.
When the sealing
In order to avoid such a situation, the hair repair device according to the third embodiment is provided with a hair guiding mechanism in the sealing
As shown in FIG. 12, the hair repair apparatus of 3rd Embodiment is equipped with the

When using the hair repair apparatus of 3rd Embodiment, it can respond to any of the hair repair method (refer FIG. 9) of 1st Embodiment, or the hair repair method (refer FIG. 11) of 2nd Embodiment.
At this time, in the process of inserting the hair in step S11 or step S21, the practitioner operates the hair guiding mechanism by the sealing
The practitioner stops each roller when the amount of drawn hair reaches the amount for performing hair repair. If the amount of hair drawn is too much than the amount to be treated, the roller is driven reversely and fine adjustment is performed to obtain an appropriate amount.
As described above, according to the hair repair device and the hair repair method according to the third embodiment, the amount of hair sealed in the treatment container can be adjusted by the pull-in operation of the guide mechanism. Therefore, even a practitioner unfamiliar with hair repair can perform the hair insertion operation without taking time and effort.
In the third embodiment, if the amount of hair to be drawn is set by numerical input, and the guide mechanism is configured to automatically stop each roller when the set value is reached, the practitioner is freed from the hair insertion work. Thus, the hair repair method of the present invention can be further simplified.

As mentioned above, although the hair restoration method and hair restoration apparatus of 1st-3rd embodiment were demonstrated, embodiment of this invention may be accompanied by various deformation | transformation and a change, without being limited to these structures.
About a treatment container, it can replace with the structure of 1st-3rd embodiment, and can employ | adopt the following structure.

In 1st-3rd embodiment, you may comprise so that a chemical | medical solution may be supplied with a hanging type restoration | restoration agent supply device and a tube with a needle (not shown). In this case, the tube with needle is formed of silicone or the like, and drip needles are attached to both ends thereof.
Under such a configuration, it becomes easy to attach and replace the restoration agent feeder and the tube with the needle, so that the efficiency of the treatment operation can be improved. Further, the supply amount of the chemical solution can be adjusted very easily while maintaining the airtightness in the treatment container.
Furthermore, in the first to third embodiments, a high-speed vibrator may be incorporated in the treatment container. As a method for incorporating, for example, a high-speed vibrator is fixed to the outer or inner wall surface of the treatment container.
In such a configuration, the penetration rate of the hair repair agent can be improved by transmitting the high-speed vibration of the high-speed vibrator from the treatment container to the hair in the sealed chamber. That is, the vibration of the hair plays a role of promoting the penetration of the hair repair agent into the hair.
The high-speed vibrator is not particularly limited as long as it is in a range that increases the penetration rate of the hair repair agent. For example, a small motor of 3000 to 7000 rpm / min can be used. An ultrasonic transducer is also included.
Furthermore, as for the method of supplying the hair repair agent, in addition to spraying directly into the treatment container, a sponge, non-woven fabric, cotton cloth or the like that has been previously impregnated with the hair repair agent may be placed in the treatment container.
