Description
− 異なる時に亘って物体のAラインである超音波信号を提供するための超音波信号提供ユニットと、
− 異なる時での物体の周期的な動きの運動位相を示す位相信号を提供するための位相信号提供ユニットと、
− 提供される位相信号に基づきAラインを運動位相に割り当てるための割当ユニットと、
− 異なる運動位相のためにMモードイメージである幾つかの超音波イメージを生成するための超音波イメージ生成ユニット
− 生成される超音波イメージから超音波イメージを選択するための選択ユニットと、
− 選択される超音波イメージを表示するための表示ユニットとを含み、
運動位相のためのMモードイメージが夫々の運動位相に割り当てられるAラインに基づき生成される。
− 超音波信号提供ユニットによって異なる時に亘って物体のAラインである超音波信号を提供すること、
− 位相信号提供ユニットによって異なる時での物体の周期的な動きの運動位相を示す位相信号を提供すること、
− 割当ユニットによって前記提供される位相信号に基づき超音波信号を運動位相に割り当てること、
− 超音波イメージ生成ユニットによって異なる運動位相のためにMモードイメージである幾つかの超音波イメージを生成すること、
− 選択ユニットによって生成される超音波イメージから超音波イメージを選択すること、及び
− ディスプレイユニットによって選択される超音波イメージを表示することを含み、
運動位相のためのMモードイメージが夫々の運動位相に割り当てられるAラインに基づき生成される。
Claims (9)
- 組織壁を含む周期的に動く物体を画像化するためのイメージングシステムであって、
− 異なる時に亘って前記物体のAラインである超音波信号を提供するための超音波信号提供ユニットと、
− 前記異なる時での前記組織壁の周期的な動きの運動位相を示す位相信号を提供するための位相信号提供ユニットと、
− 前記提供される位相信号に基づき前記Aラインを前記運動位相に割り当てるための割当ユニットと、
− 前記異なる運動位相のためにMモードイメージである幾つかの超音波イメージを生成するための超音波イメージ生成ユニット
− 前記生成される超音波イメージから超音波イメージを選択するための選択ユニットと、
− 該選択される超音波イメージを表示するための表示ユニットとを含み、
運動位相のためのMモードイメージが、前記夫々の運動位相に割り当てられるAラインに基づき生成され、
前記選択ユニットは、前記生成される超音波イメージのための選択値を決定するように構成され、選択値は前記夫々の超音波イメージのイメージ値に基づき決定され、前記選択ユニットは、前記生成される超音波イメージから前記超音波イメージを選択するために前記選択値に選択ルールを適用するように構成され、
前記選択値は、
− 前記超音波信号を測定するために用いられる感知プローブと前記組織壁との間の距離を示す第1の距離値、
− 前記組織壁の厚さを示す壁厚値、
− 前記エネルギの適用によって影響を及ぼされる前記組織壁の部分を示す貫壁性値、
− 前記組織壁と前記組織壁の背後の素子との間の距離を示す第2の距離値、及び
− 前記組織壁内に形成されるガスの量を示すガス形成値
のうちの少なくとも1つである、
イメージングシステム。 - 前記選択ユニットは、前記超音波イメージを選択するように構成され、そのために、以下の値、即ち、最小の第1の距離値、平均的な第1の距離値、最小の壁厚値、最大の貫壁性値、最大の第2の距離値、最小の第2の距離値、及び最大のガス形成値のうちの少なくとも1つが決定される、請求項1に記載のイメージングシステム。
- 前記エネルギは、異なる段階を有するエネルギ適用手続きに従って前記組織壁に適用され、前記選択ユニットは、前記選択ルールが前記決定される選択値に依存して並びに前記エネルギ適用手続きの前記段階に依存して超音波イメージの前記選択を定めるように構成される、請求項1に記載のイメージングシステム。
- 前記選択ルールは、
− 前記物体にエネルギを適用する前の第1の段階において、第1に、平均的な第1の距離値がそのために決定される超音波信号が選択され、第2に、最小の壁厚値がそのために決定される超音波信号が選択され、
− 前記物体にエネルギを適用する間の第2の段階において、最大の貫壁性値がそのために決定される超音波信号及び最大のガス形成値がそのために決定される超音波信号のうちの少なくとも1つが選択され、
− 前記エネルギを前記物体に適用した後の第3の段階において、最大の貫壁性値がそのために決定される超音波信号が選択されることを定める、
請求項3に記載のイメージングシステム。 - 前記割当ユニットは、前の運動期間のために提供される前記位相信号に基づき、前記物体の運動期間の前記超音波信号を前記運動位相に割り当てるように構成される、請求項1に記載のイメージングシステム。
- 前記超音波信号提供ユニットは、前記Aラインに対してエンベロープ検出手続きを適用し、結果として得られるAラインエンベロープを前記超音波信号として提供するように構成される、請求項1に記載のイメージングシステム。
- 前記画像化される物体は、生物のある領域であり、前記位相信号提供ユニットは、心臓運動を示す心臓運動信号及び呼吸運動を示す呼吸運動信号のうちの少なくとも1つを前記位相信号として提供するように構成される、請求項1に記載のイメージングシステム。
- 前記位相信号提供ユニットは、前記超音波信号から前記位相信号を決定し、該決定される位相信号を提供するように構成される、請求項1に記載のイメージングシステム。
- 当該イメージングシステムは、感知プローブを更に含み、前記超音波信号提供ユニット及び前記物体にエネルギを適用するためのエネルギ適用ユニットは前記感知プローブ内に統合される、請求項1に記載のイメージングシステム。
