Description
The present invention relates to a dishwasher, and more particularly to a device that reduces noise generated during a washing process or a rinsing process of a dishwasher.
A conventional dishwasher having a washing function, a rinsing function, or a drying function usually has a washing tub accommodated inside a dishwasher casing. The cleaning tank is provided with an exhaust port for allowing the vaporized water inside the cleaning tank to pass through, and the exhaust port communicates with an external exhaust port via an exhaust duct. As a result, after washing and rinsing, the moisture remaining on the washing tub and tableware evaporates by flowing dry air and is discharged from the exhaust port through the exhaust duct to the external exhaust port. ing.
In the washing process, the washing water stored in the washing tank provided in the dishwasher (dissolved in water) is heated by a water heater (may not be heated). In addition, pressure is applied by a pressure pump, and sprayed from the nozzle toward the dishes in the washing tank. The sprayed wash water removes dishes. In the washing process, the above-described cycle is continuously performed, so that the dishes can be cleaned.
The rinsing process is different from the cleaning process in that water containing no detergent is used instead of the cleaning water. In other words, the water sent into the washing tank provided in the dishwasher is heated by a water heater or the like (may not be heated), and further pressurized by a pressure pump, Sprayed from the nozzle toward the dishes in the washing tank. The sprayed water drops the wash water that remains attached to the dishes. In the rinsing process, it is possible to rinse the dishes by continuously performing the above cycle.
In the drying process, for example, a fan is used to take dry air into the cleaning tank in order to remove moisture remaining in the cleaning tank and tableware during the cleaning process or the rinsing process. The taken-in dry air absorbs moisture from the dishes and the washing tank, and is released from the exhaust port as wet air. Thereby, tableware is dried.
In a conventional dishwasher, in order to discharge wet air during the drying process, the exhaust port provided in the cleaning tank and the external exhaust port communicate with each other via an exhaust duct, and are always open during operation. It has become. As a result, the cleaning water or water sprayed from the nozzle during the cleaning process or the rinsing process enters the inner surface of the exhaust duct from the inlet portion in the liquid state, and collides with the inner surface of the exhaust duct to generate a collision sound. I was letting.
In addition, the cleaning water or water sprayed from the nozzle during the cleaning process or the rinsing process collides with at least the dishes and the wall surface of the cleaning tank to generate a collision noise, and this collision sound is provided in the cleaning tank. It was leaked from the external exhaust port through the exhaust duct from the exhaust port. As a result, noise was generated from the dishwasher.
Therefore, as a means for reducing the above-mentioned collision noise, it has a main body exhaust port for discharging wet air to the outside of the main body, the inside of the door is made into an exhaust duct, and the wet air from the washing tank is provided at the lower part of the exhaust duct to the exhaust duct. It has been proposed that an exhaust port for feeding is provided, and the exhaust port is closed by a cleaning water or a rinsing water during a cleaning process or a rinsing process (see Patent Document 1).
The dishwasher described in
The exhaust port at the lower portion of the exhaust duct is provided at a position lower than the level of water supplied into the cleaning tank during the cleaning process or the rinsing process. As a result, at the time of the cleaning process or the rinsing process with the highest noise value, the exhaust port at the lower part of the exhaust duct communicating with the exhaust duct is blocked by water, and the noise generated in the cleaning tank is hardly leaked out of the main body.
However, in the conventional dishwasher, the exhaust port is blocked by water during the washing process or the rinsing process, so that noise generated in the washing tank is hardly leaked out of the main body, but is heated by a water heater or the like. When the water becomes steam and becomes humid air, and the pressure in the cleaning tank increases, the humid air cannot be discharged from the exhaust port. It will enter the dry air passage.
Electrical components such as a drying heater and drying fan are provided upstream in the drying air passage, and wet air reaches these electrical components, exposing them to a humid environment that causes condensation. There was a risk that the electrical components would be short-circuited or failed.
The present invention has been made to solve the above-described problems, and reduces noise leaking from the exhaust port to the outside of the main body during the washing process or the rinsing process of the dishwasher, while the drying heater and the drying machine are used. The aim is to improve noise performance and reliability by not exposing the blower to a humid environment.
A dishwasher according to the present invention that solves the problem is provided in a main body, a cleaning tank for storing tableware, a water supply valve for supplying water for cleaning or rinsing into the cleaning tank, and a lower part of the cleaning tank A heating element for heating the washing water or the rinsing water, a pressure pump for pressurizing the washing water or the rinsing water, an injection nozzle for injecting the washing water or the rinsing water into the dishes stored in the washing tank, A drying unit provided at the rear of the cleaning tank, which is composed of a drying fan that supplies air to the cleaning tank and a drying heater that heats the air, and is formed at the upper front of the cleaning tank to clean wet air in the cleaning tank A cleaning tank exhaust port that leads to the outside of the tank, an exhaust duct through which the humid air led from the cleaning tank exhaust port circulates, and communicates with the cleaning tank exhaust port via the exhaust duct to exhaust the humid air outside the main body. External exhaust and cleaning tank A muffler duct installed in the cleaning tank so as to cover the mouth, and the muffled air is provided between the inner surface and the muffler duct in a state of being close to or in close contact with the inner surface of the cleaning tank. The first inlet and the second inlet are formed so that the first inlet can be blocked by the cleaning water or the rinsing water stored in the cleaning tank during the cleaning process or the rinsing process. The second inflow port is formed at an upper position away from the first inflow port so as not to be blocked by the washing water or the rinsing water stored in the washing tank during the washing step or the rinsing step. is there.
According to the dishwasher according to the present invention, the first inlet of the exhaust duct is closed with the washing water or the rinsing water stored during the washing process or the rinsing process. Noise that sometimes leaks from the exhaust port to the outside of the main body can be reduced, and user discomfort can be suppressed.
In addition, wet air can be sent to the exhaust duct from the second inlet formed at an upper position away from the first inlet so as not to be blocked by the washing water or the rinse water. Since the blower is not exposed to a humid environment that causes dew condensation, it is possible to prevent the drying heater or the drying blower from being short-circuited or broken, and to improve the reliability of the dishwasher.

As shown in FIG. 1, the

In addition, in FIG. 1, the
As shown in FIG. 1, the
The pressurizing pump 13 is provided outside the

A cleaning tank exhaust port 3 c is formed in the upper part on the front side of the

The exhaust unit 41 includes a shutter 43 that is opened by wet air discharged from the
Finally, the condensed water travels along each surface of the

One end of a link mechanism (not shown) is attached to the
Thereby, when the
FIG. 4 is a perspective view of the muffler duct of the tableware washing machine according to
At the lower end of the
The
Therefore, at the time of a washing | cleaning process or a rinse process, the
Further, the side wall of the
Therefore, at the time of the washing process or the rinsing process, the second inlet 15b is not blocked by the washing water or the rinsing water, and the
Then, the
Further, the
In the first embodiment, the
For example, when the width of the
The
Since the surface of the
Further, as shown in FIG. 4, the members constituting the top surface of the
Here, the structure of the

When the cleaning process is started, first, the water supply valve 10 is opened to supply water into the
Next, the
The cleaning is performed while circulating the stored cleaning water. The cleaning water that has dropped to the bottom of the
Then, the water level 17b in the
Further, the water level 17b in the
The washing is performed while heating the washing water with the
When the cleaning process is started and a predetermined time has elapsed, the energization of the
When the cleaning process is completed, the rinsing process is started. The basic operation is almost the same as the cleaning process. First, the water supply valve 10 is opened to supply water into the
Next, the pressurizing pump 13 is operated, and the rinsing water is injected with pressure from the injection port 14 a provided in the
And when predetermined time passes, while stopping energization of pressurization pump 13, drainage pump 16 is operated, and rinse water stored in
Next, the heating and rinsing process is started. The basic operation is the same as that of the washing process or the rinsing process, except that the rinsing water by the
The temperature of the rinsing water is usually higher than the temperature of the rinsing water in order to improve the drying performance by increasing the temperature of the
When the washing and rinsing steps are completed, the drying step, which is the last step, is started. First, the drying fan 22 is energized, pressure is applied to the air, and the drying heater 23 is energized. The suction port of the drying fan is formed in the gap between the
The outside air that has entered through the suction port cools the outer wall of the
Subsequently, the warm air sent from the
Next, the effect of the silencer duct will be described in detail. As described above, the
As described above, the
Since the
The
The reason why noise leakage is suppressed not only by the
p(密度:kg/m3)×v(音速:m/s)=ρc(固有音響インピーダンス)
In particular, since air and water have different densities, resistance for transmitting sound, that is, specific acoustic impedance is different. The specific acoustic impedance is obtained by the following equation.
p (density: kg / m 3 ) × v (sound velocity: m / s) = ρc (intrinsic acoustic impedance)
It is known that the specific acoustic impedance varies depending on the substance, and in particular, the liquid (cleaning water or rinsing water in the first embodiment) is larger than the gas (humid air in the first embodiment).
50℃の水:0.988x1000(kg/m3)→空気の約1000倍である。
For example, the numerical values of the specific acoustic impedance of air and water at 50 ° C. are shown below.
(Example) Air at 50 ° C .: 1.093 (kg / m 3 )
Water at 50 ° C .: 0.988 × 1000 (kg / m 3 ) → about 1000 times that of air.
This indicates that the sound energy in the air is less likely to enter the water due to a difference of about 1000 times in the specific acoustic impedance at the interface between the gas and the liquid.
Therefore, most of the collision sound of the cleaning water generated in the cleaning chamber can be reduced in energy by the
The
By the way, when only the
The drying heater 23 and the drying blower 22 have few things that can withstand a humid environment that may cause a short circuit in the electrical current-carrying part and cause condensation, and environmental considerations that prevent the electrical current-carrying part from condensing are necessary. It is.
For this reason, it is necessary to discharge a certain amount of moist air through the cleaning tank exhaust port 3c so that the humid environment inside the
The second inflow port 15b is always open even in a state where cleaning water or rinsing water is stored, so noise does not leak at all. However, most of the noise leaking from the cleaning tank exhaust port 3c is washed. Since it is a collision sound of cleaning water or rinsing water sprayed from the injection port 14a provided in the
Further, as shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, the second inflow port 15b is provided on the side wall on the side where the washing water or the rinsing water injected from the injection port 14a provided in the
More specifically, at the time of the cleaning process or the rinsing process, the
However, as shown in FIG. 5, the
Therefore, since the collision sound that directly hits the vicinity of the second inlet 15b does not occur, there is no problem that the collision noise that leaks from the cleaning tank opening 3c is increased by providing the second inlet 15b.
Further, as shown in FIG. 5, the side wall of the
Then, the size of the second inflow port 15b only needs to be large enough to allow the drying heater 23 and the drying blower 22 to vent so as not to dew, and can be made smaller than the cleaning tank opening 3c. The noise composed of most of the collision sound can be suppressed by blocking the
As described above, according to the dishwasher according to the first embodiment of the present invention, the
Further, the size of the
Furthermore, since the
FIG. 7 is a perspective view of the
As shown in FIG. 7, a second inlet 15 b is provided on the side wall of the
A
Therefore, when the inside is seen from the outside of the second inflow port 15b, the second inflow port 15b is blocked by the
As shown in FIG. 8, the height L3 of the
As described above, according to the dishwasher of the second embodiment of the present invention, in addition to the same effects as those of the dishwasher of the first embodiment of the present invention, the noise in the
FIG. 9 is a perspective view of the
As shown in FIG. 9, a second inlet 15 b is provided on the side wall of the
Inside the
Further, like the
As described above, when the inner side is viewed from the outer side of the second inlet 15b, the second inlet 15b is blocked by the
As described above, according to the dishwasher according to the third embodiment of the present invention, in addition to the same effects as those of the dishwasher according to the first embodiment of the present invention, noise in the
