Description
このファンケースは、炭素繊維複合材料から成る円筒状のケース本体と、このケース本体の端部に位置して逆推進力伝達体との連結を行う複数の円弧状を成すリング構成体を具備している。
図1〜図6は本発明に係るファンケースの一実施例を示している。

Claims (2)
- 航空機用ジェットエンジンのファンブレードを覆うファンケースであって、
強化繊維に熱硬化性樹脂を含浸させた複合材料から成る円筒状のケース本体と、
前記ケース本体の前記航空機用ジェットエンジンの後部側に位置する後端部における周壁の外周側に嵌合固定されて、逆推進力伝達体と連結して逆推進荷重を受ける遠心方向に開口する環状溝を具備したAl製の連結用リングと、
前記ケース本体の前記後端部における周壁上に配置されて、前記逆推進力伝達体と連結して前記連結用リングで受ける逆推進荷重よりも大きな逆推進荷重を受け持つ遠心方向に開口する円弧状溝を具備したTi合金製のリング構成体を備え、
前記連結用リングに形成された前記航空機用ジェットエンジンの後方に向けて開口する切欠に前記リング構成体を嵌合して前記連結用リング及び前記リング構成体を一体化させると共に、前記連結用リングに形成された遠心方向に突出する外向き受壁に前記ケース本体の前記周壁上の前記リング構成体を当接させて固定することで、前記リング構成体の前記ケース本体に対する軸心方向及び径方向の各位置決めが成されて、前記連結用リングの前記環状溝及び前記リング構成体の前記円弧状溝が互いに連続するファンケース。 - 航空機用ジェットエンジンのファンブレードを覆うファンケースの製造方法であって、
強化繊維に熱硬化性樹脂を含浸させた複合材料から成る円筒状のケース本体の成形工程と、
前記円筒状のケース本体の前記航空機用ジェットエンジンの後方に位置する後端部における周壁の外周側に、逆推進力伝達体と連結して逆推進荷重を受ける遠心方向に開口する環状溝を具備したAl製の連結用リングを嵌合固定する工程と、
前記ケース本体の前記後端部における周壁上において、前記連結用リングに形成された前記航空機用ジェットエンジンの後方に向けて開口する切欠に、前記逆推進力伝達体と連結して前記連結用リングで受ける逆推進荷重よりも大きな逆推進荷重を受け持つ遠心方向に開口する円弧状溝を具備したTi合金製のリング構成体を嵌合して、前記連結用リングに該リング構成体を一体化させる工程と、
前記連結用リングに形成された遠心方向に突出する外向き受壁に、前記ケース本体の前記周壁上で且つ前記連結用リングの前記切欠に嵌合する前記リング構成体を当接させて固定することで、該リング構成体の前記ケース本体に対する軸心方向及び径方向の各位置決めを行う工程と、
前記リング構成体の前記ケース本体に対する軸心方向及び径方向の各位置決めを行うことで互いに連続する前記連結用リングの前記環状溝及び前記リング構成体の前記円弧状溝に対して、溝仕上げ加工を一連して施す工程と、を経るファンケースの製造方法。
