Description
The present invention relates to a heat pump device and a hot water supply device, and more particularly to a circuit technology of a power supply for a compressor of a heat pump device in a hot water supply device that generates hot water using the heat pump device.
In recent years, a hot water supply device provided with a heat pump device has been provided. As is well known, this type of hot water supply device is configured to generate hot water by heat exchange with a refrigerant (heat medium) heated at a high temperature by the heat pump device. A compressor (compressor) for increasing the temperature and a power supply circuit for operating the compressor (specifically, an electric motor for driving the compressor) are provided (for example, see Patent Document 1).
FIG. 4 shows an example of a circuit configuration of a power supply circuit provided in such a heat pump device. As shown in FIG. 4, the power supply circuit provided in the heat pump apparatus is configured to operate the
The power factor correction circuit unit 3 configured as described above includes a rectifier circuit (not shown) that rectifies the AC voltage of the
The power factor correction circuit shown in FIG. 5 boosts the output voltage by repeatedly turning on / off the IGBT 9 (switching the IGBT 9) so that the output voltage becomes a predetermined target output voltage. The control unit 5 performs feedback control. That is, the control unit 5 sets the ON period (the conduction period of the IGBT 9) of the PWM signal for switching the
FIG. 6 shows a control model of this feedback control. As shown in FIG. 6, the control unit 5 includes a target output voltage (280 V in the illustrated example) of the power factor correction circuit and a detection voltage of the
Then, the output voltage Vout of the power factor correction circuit is input to the
However, in the conventional configuration in which the output voltage of the power factor correction circuit is feedback-controlled in this way, for example, as shown in FIG. When the voltage drops to 50%, the output voltage of the power factor correction circuit unit 3 gradually decreases as shown in FIG. 7B, and the
That is, when the instantaneous voltage drop of the
Further, the operation stop of the
The present invention has been made in view of such conventional problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a heat pump device that can continue the operation of the compressor even when an instantaneous voltage drop of the AC power supply occurs. Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide a hot water supply device that can continue the boiling operation even if an instantaneous voltage drop occurs.
In order to achieve the above object, a heat pump device according to
In the heat pump device according to the first aspect, when the instantaneous voltage drop of the AC power supply occurs, the feedback control of the power factor correction circuit unit stops, and the conduction period of the switching element is fixed at the upper limit value of the control range or near the upper limit value. Therefore, the output voltage of the power factor correction circuit section immediately rises as shown in FIG. For this reason, according to the heat pump device of the first aspect, the output voltage of the inverter circuit unit is reduced to the stop voltage of the compressor (that is, the voltage necessary for maintaining the rotation of the compressor) due to the instantaneous voltage drop of the AC power supply. Therefore, the operation of the compressor can be continued.
The heat pump device according to
According to the heat pump device of the second aspect, when the feedback voltage control of the power factor correction circuit unit is stopped due to the instantaneous voltage drop of the AC power supply, if the instantaneous voltage drop of the AC power supply is eliminated, the control unit Is detected and the feedback control of the power factor correction circuit unit is automatically resumed, so that the heat pump device can be automatically returned to the normal operation after the instantaneous voltage drop of the AC power supply is resolved.
A hot water supply apparatus according to a third aspect of the present invention includes a heat exchanger that exchanges heat with the heat medium of the heat pump apparatus according to the first or second aspect.
According to the hot water supply device according to claim 3, since the heat medium can be compressed by the compressor even if the instantaneous voltage drop of the AC power supply occurs, the hot water is supplied even if the instantaneous voltage drop of the AC power supply occurs. Can be provided.
According to the present invention, when the control unit that feedback-controls the conduction period of the switching element of the power factor correction circuit unit detects an instantaneous voltage drop of the AC power supply, it stops the feedback control and controls the conduction period of the switching element. Since the upper limit value of the range or a fixed value near the upper limit value is controlled, it is avoided that the output voltage of the inverter circuit section falls below the stop voltage of the compressor (that is, the voltage necessary for maintaining the rotation of the compressor). The operation of the compressor can be continued.
Further, according to the hot water supply apparatus of the present invention, it is possible to provide a hot water supply apparatus that can generate hot water even when an instantaneous voltage drop of the AC power supply occurs. Therefore, in a hot water supply apparatus that does not include any hot water generating means other than the heat pump apparatus, the situation where hot water cannot be generated due to an instantaneous voltage drop of the AC power supply is solved.
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
The heat pump device according to the present invention is obtained by modifying the control configuration of the power supply circuit of the above-described conventional heat pump device, and the basic configuration of the power supply circuit is common to that of the above-described conventional heat pump device. Therefore, the same code | symbol shall be attached | subjected to the part which has a common structure.
That is, this heat pump device includes a power supply circuit that uses an
The power factor correction circuit unit 3 includes a rectifier circuit (not shown) and a boost type power factor correction circuit that boosts the rectified voltage rectified by the rectifier circuit. The power factor correction circuit is shown in FIG. As shown, the
The
The control unit 5 is a control device that controls the power factor correction circuit unit 3 and includes a microcomputer (not shown) as a control center. In connection with the control of the power factor correction circuit unit 3, a zero cross signal for detecting the zero cross of the
FIG. 1 shows a control model of the power factor improvement circuit unit 3 (specifically, a power factor improvement circuit provided in the power factor improvement circuit unit 3) by the control unit 5. As shown in FIG. 1, in this embodiment, the control unit 5 of the heat pump apparatus includes the above-described
The instantaneous voltage drop detection means 20 has a difference between the target output voltage of the power factor correction circuit (280 V in the illustrated example) and the output voltage Vout of the power factor correction circuit equal to or greater than a predetermined value X (for example, X = 30 V). Then, an SW signal for switching the contact of the
That is, when an instantaneous voltage drop occurs in the
The second
Here, the control range of the
Thus, in the heat pump apparatus configured as described above, when an instantaneous voltage drop occurs in the
In this way, the on-period of the PWM signal for controlling the
Therefore, in the heat pump apparatus shown in this embodiment, even if an instantaneous voltage drop occurs in the
When the control increases the output voltage Vout of the power factor correction circuit and the difference between the output voltage Vout of the power factor improvement circuit and the target output voltage of the power factor improvement circuit becomes less than the predetermined value X, an instantaneous voltage drop detection is performed. The means 20 stops the output of the SW signal, switches the contact of the
It should be noted that the return to the normal control can be performed immediately when the difference between the output voltage Vout of the power factor correction circuit and the target output voltage of the power factor correction circuit is less than the predetermined value X. In this embodiment, a hysteresis (for example, 10V hysteresis) is provided for this determination value by the instantaneous voltage drop detection means 20, and the difference between the output voltage Vout of the power factor correction circuit and the target output voltage of the power factor correction circuit is The normal control is resumed on condition that the second predetermined value Z (for example, 20 V) or less is smaller than the predetermined value X.
Next, a hot water supply apparatus using the heat pump apparatus according to the present invention will be described with reference to FIG.

On the other hand, with respect to the bath reheating function, a hot water retreating
Thus, although the hot
