Description
本発明の第1の実施形態について、図1乃至図4を参照にして説明する。図1は、エネルギー処置システム1を示す図である。図1に示すように、エネルギー処置システム1は、エネルギー処置具(ハンドピース)2を備える。エネルギー処置具2は、ケーブルコードを有さないコードレス処置具である。エネルギー処置具2は、術者によって保持可能な保持ユニット(ハウジング)3を備える。保持ユニット3は、長手軸Cを有する。ここで、エネルギー処置具2において、長手軸Cに沿う方向の一方側が先端側(図1の矢印C1側)であり、先端側とは反対側が基端側(図1の矢印C2側)である。また、エネルギー処置システム1は、電力源5と、電力源5に電気的に接続される送電ユニット(送電装置)6と、を備える。送電ユニット6は、磁力を放出可能な磁力放出面6Aを備える。本実施形態では、電力源5及び送電ユニット6は、エネルギー処置具2の周辺装置として設けられ、例えば、トロリーに設置されている。
なお、第1の実施形態では、受電コイル26が1つのみ設けられているが、これに限るものではない。例えば、第1の変形例として図5乃至図7に示すように、複数(本変形例では3つ)の受電コイル26A〜26Cが設けられてもよい。受電コイル26A〜26Cのそれぞれは、対応するコイル軸(T1〜T3の対応する1つ)を中心として巻回されている。受電コイル26A〜26Cのそれぞれでのコイル軸(T1〜T3の対応する1つ)の延設方向は、他の受電コイル(26A〜26Cの対応する2つ)におけるコイル軸(T1〜T3の対応する2つ)の延設方向とは異なる。例えば、受電コイル26Aのコイル軸T1の延設方向は、他の受電コイル26B,26Cのコイル軸T2,T3の延設方向とは、異なる。図7に示すように、本変形例では、3つの受電コイル26A〜26Cによって、バーアンテナ57が形成されている。なお、コイル軸T1〜T3のそれぞれは、対応する受電コイル(26A〜26Cの対応する1つ)が巻回されていない箇所でも延伸される仮想上の軸である。
Claims (12)
- 長手軸を有し、保持可能な保持ユニットと、
磁性材料を含む磁性部材と、
前記磁性部材から離れて位置するコイル軸を有する受電コイルと、コンデンサと、を備え、前記受電コイルのインダクタンスと前記コンデンサの静電容量は、送電コイルを備える送電側共振部と同一の共振周波数で共振する状態に設定され、前記共振周波数で共振することにより、前記送電コイルから前記受電コイルに電力が供給される受電側共振部と、
前記受電コイルに供給される前記電力に基づいて処置に用いられるエネルギーを生成するエネルギー生成部と、
を具備するエネルギー処置具。 - 前記長手軸に沿う方向の一方側及び他方側のそれぞれからの投影において、前記受電コイルの前記コイル軸は、前記磁性部材から離れた位置を通過する、請求項1のエネルギー処置具。
- 前記磁性部材は、前記保持ユニットの前記長手軸に沿って延設され、
前記長手軸に沿う前記方向の前記一方側及び前記他方側のそれぞれからの前記投影において、前記受電コイルの前記コイル軸は、前記磁性部材の外周面より前記長手軸から離れた位置を通過する、
請求項2のエネルギー処置具。 - 前記保持ユニットの幅方向の一方側及び他方側のそれぞれからの投影において、前記受電コイルの前記コイル軸は、前記磁性部材から離れた位置を通過する、請求項1のエネルギー処置具。
- 前記磁性部材は、前記保持ユニットの先端側に連結されるとともに、前記長手軸に沿って延設され、前記受電コイルの前記コイル軸から離れて位置するシースを備える、
請求項1のエネルギー処置具。 - 前記保持ユニットは、前記長手軸に沿って延設されるケース本体と、前記長手軸に対して交差する方向へ向かって前記ケース本体から延設される固定ハンドルと、前記固定ハンドルに対して開閉可能な可動ハンドルと、を備え、
前記磁性部材は、前記ケース本体の内部に前記長手軸に沿って延設されるとともに、前記可動ハンドルを前記固定ハンドルに対して閉じることにより収縮し、前記受電コイルの前記コイル軸から離れて位置する弾性部材を備える、
請求項1のエネルギー処置具。 - 前記磁性部材は、前記送電コイルから前記受電コイルに供給される前記電力を蓄電し、前記受電コイルの前記コイル軸から離れて位置する蓄電部を備える、請求項1のエネルギー処置具。
- 前記長手軸に沿って延設され、基端側から先端側へ前記処置に用いられる超音波振動を伝達する振動伝達部をさらに具備し、
前記磁性部材は、前記振動伝達部の基端部に連結されるとともに、前記エネルギー生成部から前記エネルギーが供給されることにより、前記振動伝達部に伝達される前記超音波振動が発生し、前記受電コイルの前記コイル軸から離れて位置する振動発生部を備える、
請求項1のエネルギー処置具。 - 前記受電側共振部は、複数の前記受電コイルを備え、
前記受電コイルのそれぞれでは、対応する前記コイル軸を中心として巻回され、
前記磁性部材は、いずれの前記受電コイルの前記コイル軸からも離れて位置する、
請求項1のエネルギー処置具。 - 前記受電コイルのそれぞれでの前記コイル軸の延設方向は、他の前記受電コイルの中の少なくとも1つにおける前記コイル軸の延設方向とは、異なる、請求項9のエネルギー処置具。
- 前記保持ユニットは、前記長手軸に沿って延設されるケース本体と、前記長手軸に対して交差する方向へ向かって前記ケース本体から延設されるとともに、前記受電コイルが配置される固定ハンドルと、を備える、請求項1のエネルギー処置具。
- 前記保持ユニットに設けられる操作スイッチと、
前記電力を充電可能なバッテリーと、
前記バッテリーと前記受電側共振部とを電気的に接続する第1の状態と、前記バッテリーと前記エネルギー生成部とを電気的に接続する第2の状態と、に切替え可能な切替えスイッチと、
をさらに具備し、
前記切替えスイッチは、前記操作スイッチが起動されると、前記第1の状態から前記第2の状態に切替えられる、
