Description

The present invention relates to an outer structure of an electric equipment storage box.

Electric equipment storage boxes used outdoors are widely used in order to prevent the entry of foreign objects from the outside and the invasion of rainwater, with a roof member with a hook protruding above the front opening. Yes.

Conventionally, as a means for attaching a roof member to a housing body, as shown in Patent Document 1, a back surface and both side surfaces are bent and formed on a housing body having a front opening surrounded by a ceiling plate, left and right side plates, and a bottom plate. Cover the ceiling plate of the housing body with the covered roof member, and then spot-weld the roof member to the left and right side panels and the back plate of the housing body, A method (for example, Patent Document 2) in which a member is mounted and screwed is known.

However, in the structure described in Patent Document 1, since spot welding is performed by superimposing two base materials, the bent portion of the roof member is the back plate when attached to the wall surface or when the housing body is closely attached to the left and right. In the structure described in Patent Document 1, the roof member is projected after spot welding to the housing body, and thus the coating is performed after the roof member is spot welded. There is a problem in that it is difficult to perform coating on the overlapping portion of the face plate and the roof member, uniform coating is difficult, and rust is likely to be generated from a location where the coating is insufficient.

Moreover, in the method of patent document 2, a box main-body part, a roof member, and a screw member are each assembled separately, and there are problems that the number of parts increases and the work process becomes complicated. there were.

According to a second aspect of the present invention, in the electric equipment storage box according to the first aspect, the ceiling portion and the back plate are integrally bent.

According to a third aspect of the present invention, in the electrical equipment storage box according to any one of the first and second aspects, a closing portion for closing the opening end portion is provided at the opening end portion generated at the left and right end portions of the flange portion. It is characterized by that.

According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, in the electric equipment storage box according to any one of the first to third aspects, the left and right draining portions are disposed on the front end side of the left and right side plates, and the sewage draining portion is disposed on the front end side of the bottom plate. Each is formed integrally, and the draining part is formed by an independent member.

In the present invention, apart from the ceiling portion of the housing body, and the ceiling board, since consisted overhanging portion forming a front end portion of the ceiling plate Te bending fold downward, and a roof member which is constructed from the housing body and the overhanging portion As a member, the electrical device storage box can be assembled by a simple operation with a small number of parts as compared with the case of assembly by screwing or the like.

Furthermore, in the structure of Claim 1, since the upper end part of the left and right side plates of the housing body is abutted and welded to the ceiling portion without any gap, when attaching to the wall surface or when attaching the housing body in close contact with the left and right To avoid the problem that the bent part of the roof member protrudes by the thickness of the back plate and the left and right side plates, making it difficult to install and uniform painting, and rusting is likely to occur from places where painting is insufficient Can do.

In addition, since the back plate is integrated with the rear end of the ceiling plate, only the ceiling and the upper end of the left and right side plates need to be brought into contact with each other , welding is reduced, and workability is improved. Can do.

According to the third aspect of the present invention, the closing portion, an opening formed between the upper end portions of the left and right side end of the door portion of the eaves portion of the front end portion is formed Te bending fold below the ceiling plate It is possible to prevent the intrusion of foreign matters by closing the cover, and to improve the strength by supporting the collar portion formed by a single plate.

According to the invention described in claim 4, since the draining portion is formed of an independent member, the number of folding man-hours from the collar portion is eliminated, and workability can be improved.

Preferred embodiments of the present invention are shown below. As shown in FIG. 1, the electric device storage box of the present embodiment includes a housing main body 1 in which an electric device is stored, and a door portion 2 that covers a front opening of the housing main body 1.

As shown in the exploded perspective view of FIG. 2, the casing main body 1 includes a ceiling portion 3, left and right side plates 6, a back plate 7, and a bottom plate 8. Ceiling 3 is provided with a overhanging portion 5 which is integrally formed Te bend folded front end portion of the ceiling plate 4 downward.

On the front end side of the left and right side plates 6, left and right draining portions 9 are integrally formed along the left and right sides of the front opening of the housing body 1.

As shown in FIGS. 2 and 6, the bottom plate 8 has a dish shape in which front and rear, left and right side end portions are folded, and the outer surface of the left and right folded portion 81 folded right and left is the inner surface of the left and right side plates 6. Spot welding is performed by overlapping and spot welding is performed with the outer surface of the rear bent portion 82 folded on the rear side overlapped with the inner surface of the back plate 7. In this way, rain water or the like has flowed from the ceiling portion 3 along the outer wall of the housing body 1 by making the outer surface of the bent portion 82 of the bottom portion 8 spot-welded inside the housing body 1. Even in this case, since it drops down as it travels along the outer wall, it is possible to avoid intrusion of rainwater into the housing body 1.

A sewage draining portion 10 is integrally formed on the front end side of the bottom plate 8 along the lower side of the front opening of the housing body 1.

The water draining portion 11 for avoiding water from the upper side of the front opening of the housing body 1 is composed of an upper water draining member 20 which is an independent member shown in FIG. 3, and as shown in FIG. A horizontal fixing portion 12 that abuts is formed at the lower end of a drooping surface 13 that is bent vertically downward. The horizontal fixing portion 12 is formed on the ceiling plate 4 on the inner side than the flange portion 5. As shown in FIG. 3, bent portions 14 are formed at the left and right end portions of the hanging surface 13. As shown in FIG. 2, the bent portion 14 is formed by bending the front end portion of the ceiling plate 4 downward, the left and right end portions of the flange portion 5, the upper end portion of the door portion 2, and the drooping surface 13 of the upper draining member 20. A function as a reinforcing member that supports the flange portion 5 formed of a single plate as well as a function as a blocking portion for blocking foreign matter intrusion prevention and rainwater intrusion prevention from the opening end portion 30 formed between Play. In this embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 4, the left and right draining portions 9 and the sewage draining portion 10 are formed integrally with the left and right side plates 6 and the bottom plate 8, respectively, and the upper draining member 20 is formed as an independent member. . The upper draining member 20 and the ceiling plate 4 are welded and joined by spot welding or full welding. In the present embodiment, by forming the upper draining portion 11 as an upper draining member 20 as an independent member, bending of the upper draining portion 11 from the flange portion 5 can be eliminated, and workability can be improved. .

In the present embodiment, the bent portion 14 is formed in the upper draining member 20, but the bent portion 14 may be integrally bent from the left and right end portions of the flange portion 5, or FIG. As shown in FIG. 4, a block-like independent protective member 17 made of a resin material, rubber, or metal member can be inserted into the closing portion.

In addition, the electrical equipment storage box of the present embodiment is manufactured by a method in which the casing body 1 is assembled and then immersed in an electrodeposition coating tank to coat the whole. In order to avoid the problem that air pockets are formed in the corner portions of the casing body 1 and the ceiling portion 3 when the electrodeposition coating tank is immersed, an unpainted portion is formed on the bottom surface 13 of the upper draining member 20. Air holes 15a are formed. In the housing body 1, air holes 15 b formed in the left and right draining sides 9 are formed. Since the air holes 15 become unnecessary after painting, the air holes 15 (15a, 15b) of the housing body 1 and the upper draining member 20 are overlapped with each other, as shown in FIG. Is closed by a closing member 16 having an elastic piece. As shown in FIG. 5, when a block-shaped independent protection member 17 made of a resin material, rubber, or metal member is inserted into the opening end 30 formed at the left and right end portions of the flange portion 5, the protection member 17 is inserted. Can also be used as a closing portion of the air hole 15.

In the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 6, each of the draining portions (the left and right draining portions 9, the sewage draining portion 10, and the upper draining portion 11) is welded and joined at each end to open the front surface of the housing body 1. This constitutes the draining part of the part.

The ceiling 3 of the casing body 1 is welded and joined to at least one of the left and right side plates 6 or the back plate 7 without any gap. Here, the structure in which the ceiling portion 3 and the left and right side plates 6 or the back plate 7 are arranged at an angle of 90 ° and the gaps at the end portions are all welded as a structure to be welded and joined. The structure of the weld joint will be described in detail in the following embodiment.

( Reference form 1 regarding the structure of the welded joint)
In the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 7, the upper end portion of the member in which the left and right side plates 6 and the back plate 7 are integrally formed in a U shape is used as the left and right end portions of the ceiling plate 4 of the ceiling portion 3 and the rear side. The end part is welded and joined with no gap. In addition, in the case of abutting and joining by welding, in addition to abutting the upper ends of the left and right side plates 6 and the back plate 7 to the back surface of the ceiling plate 4, the left and right ends or the rear end of the ceiling plate 4 are connected to the back plate 7 and the left and right side plates. It may be a method in which the upper end portion of the inner surface of the casing body 1 is butted and welded. According to this structure, the housing body without forming a step formed when spot welding is performed by overlapping the left and right side plates 6 or the back plate 7 and the ceiling plate 4 on the upper portion of the housing body 1 where the line of sight concentrates. 1 can be assembled, so it has excellent aesthetics, and when it is attached to the wall surface or when the casing body 1 is closely attached to the left and right, the bent portion of the roof member protrudes by the thickness of the back plate and left and right side plates. It is possible to avoid problems that make it difficult to install. In addition, it is difficult to perform uniform coating, and it is possible to avoid a problem in which rust is generated from a portion where the coating at the overlapped portion is insufficient.

( Reference form 2 regarding the structure of the welded joint)
The ceiling portion 3, the back plate 7 and the left and right side plates 6 of the first embodiment shown in FIG. 7 are brought into contact with each other and welded. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 8, a recess 24 is formed by recessing the back plate of the housing body 1 in a trapezoidal shape inside the housing, and a trapezoidal joint corresponding to the recess 24 is formed from the rear end surface of the ceiling plate 4. After the surface 23 is formed and aligned, spot welding is performed. After the alignment, the left and right end portions of the ceiling plate 4 and the left and right side plates 6 are welded and joined together. According to this structure, even if the joint surface 23 formed on the ceiling plate 4 and the concave portion 24 of the back plate 7 are overlapped with each other, they are formed horizontally and no step is formed, so that there is no problem that it is difficult to attach to the wall surface. Furthermore, since the ceiling part 3 where the line of sight concentrates and the upper end parts of the left and right side plates 6 are butted and welded together, a structure with excellent aesthetics can be obtained.

( Reference form 3 regarding the structure of the welded joint)
In the structure shown in the second embodiment, when the lateral width of the electrical equipment storage box is large, the back plate 7 and the left and right side plates 6 are formed as a single plate as in the first embodiment shown in FIG. There is a risk of strength reduction. Moreover, the original material from which the material is extracted requires a large material. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 9, a split casing 21 in which the back plate 7 and the left and right side plates 6 are divided into two parts is formed, and the center of the back plate 7 of the split casing 21 is bent toward the inside of the casing. It is preferable to weld the surfaces 22 together. According to the structure, in the case where the divided casing 21 in which the back plate 7 and the left and right side plates 6 are divided into two is formed, the joint surface 22 serves as a reinforcing portion of the back plate. Even when the lateral width is increased, the strength can be maintained. Also, the original material from which the material is extracted need not be large.
