Description
The present invention relates to, for example, a sealing label that is used by being attached to a product or its package, and in particular, when it is attempted to peel it off from the patch using a solvent, the trace is left and at the same time restored and reused. It relates to those having a configuration that is impossible.
In recent years, for items that are difficult to forge, such as relatively expensive products such as high-class liquor and consumables for electrical appliances, a label is attached to the product itself or a case that wraps it to determine its authenticity. Is being pasted.
However, when a fraudulent contractor, etc., handles a fraudulent product that has forged a legitimate product, a seal label similar to that attached to the legitimate product is affixed to the fraudulent product. This makes it difficult to distinguish between regular goods and illegal goods. It is also possible to peel off the label cleanly by immersing the label peeling solution or the like in the sealed label and use the sealed label again.
In view of this, there has been proposed a sealing label or the like that leaves a trace using ink or the like that dissolves in an organic solvent and disappears a printed pattern (for example, see Patent Document 1). In addition, a method for enhancing the forgery prevention effect by combining a hologram, fluorescent ink, and the like with oil-based ink that flows down with an organic solvent has been proposed (for example, see Patent Document 2).
However, in the above-mentioned sealed label, it is possible to restore the similar sealed label by printing the ink having a similar color after washing all the ink by immersing it in a large amount of organic solvent. Have a problem. Further, it is possible to forge a similar sealed label, and there is a problem that accuracy of authenticity determination is inferior.
The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and for the act of trying to peel off the sealing label from the patch using an organic solvent, at the same time leaving the trace, it can be restored and reused. The aim is to provide an impossible seal label.
The invention according to
It is characterized in that a sealing label is formed by including an OVD functional layer that is laminated and patterned on a part of the solvent reaction ink layer.
The invention according to
The invention according to
According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, in the sealed label according to any one of the first to third aspects, the solvent-reactive ink layer is printed in a pattern, and the OVD functional layer is patterned by aligning the position with the pattern. It is characterized by comprising.
According to the present invention, when trying to peel off the sealing label affixed to the product from the patch using an organic solvent, the solvent reaction ink dissolves and the pattern is deformed or disappeared, leaving the trace, Since the dye or pigment in the solvent-reactive ink layer below the OVD function layer does not flow and does not change, the difference can be recognized visually, and forgery can be clearly determined. In addition, the solvent-reactive ink layer is printed with a pattern, and the pattern-like OVD functional layer is provided so as to be laminated on a part of the solvent-reactive ink layer. Even if printing is performed in the same manner using inks with similar colors, it is difficult to restore to the original state because it requires a high degree of alignment accuracy, and thus it is possible to realize prevention of forgery.
Hereinafter, a sealed label according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 shows a sealed label A according to an embodiment of the present invention. A
A
A solvent-reactive ink layer 2 (21a, 21b, 22a, 22b) is provided in a pattern on the other surface of the
The solvent reaction ink layer 2 (21a, 21b, 22a, 22b) is preferably printed in a complicated pattern on the entire surface of the label. Further, the solvent-reactive ink layer 2 (21a, 21b, 22a, 22b) contains a dye or pigment and a binder resin that supports them so that a trace of peeling off the label using an organic solvent remains.
Since the non-polar organic solvent from the highly polar solvent is used for the fraudulent act, the dye is selected from materials that dissolve in various organic solvents. Similarly, since the binder resin needs to be dissolved and diffused and dissolved in an organic solvent, a material that can be dissolved in various organic solvents is selected.
And the material which melt | dissolves from a highly polar solvent to a nonpolar organic solvent is limited. For example, the solvent-
Examples of the resin used in the solvent
The
The OVD
In addition, any method that does not exhibit concealability can be used as appropriate. For example, as a method of causing a color change (color shift) depending on the viewing angle, a method of laminating ceramic thin films having different optical characteristics into a multilayer thin film structure may be used.
Further, the peeling
For this reason, the solvent-
On the other hand, when the organic solvent is used for the solvent
As described above, the OVD
The
In order to remove the label illegally, it is necessary to infiltrate the organic solvent from the outer periphery of the label. Further, it is conceivable that the label is peeled off by infiltrating an organic solvent with the aim of the label lower surface so that the label surface does not change. Since the sealed label of the present invention is a material having high solvent permeability as described above, the organic solvent penetrates the
Further, the
As the material of the
According to the said structure, when it tries to peel from a sticking body (not shown) using an organic solvent, the solvent
In addition, since the solvent-

<Comparative example>
(1) Printing of solvent reaction ink layer Two types of solvent reaction ink layers were printed in a pattern by flexographic printing on a label substrate (width 60 mm, length 39 mm) made of coated paper having a thickness of 50 μm.
(2) Application of adhesive material An acrylic adhesive having an adhesive force of 12000 mN / 25 mm was applied to the other main surface of the label base material, and the IC tag was laminated. Finally, polyethylene was laminated on one side of kraft paper, and a silicon-treated separator (thickness: 112 μm) was temporarily adhered thereon to produce a sealed label.
After being attached to the case made of polycarbonate on both the sealing label of the example and the sealing label of the comparative example, the label could be peeled off using ethanol and petroleum solvent, but the printing on the label flowed with an organic solvent. Disappeared.
At that time, in the sealed label of the example, the portion laminated on the OVD functional layer did not flow and partially disappeared as shown in FIG. Furthermore, even if it is attempted to restore the lost print portion by printing with a similar color ink, it is difficult to restore the original portion because the boundary portion of the OVD functional layer needs to be printed with high positional accuracy. .
On the other hand, since all of the sealed labels of the comparative examples are lost, there are cases where they are not noticed when viewed quickly. In addition, it was possible to print beautifully and restore it to its original state.
The present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and various modifications can be made without departing from the scope of the invention in the implementation stage. Furthermore, the above embodiments include inventions at various stages, and various inventions can be extracted by appropriately combining a plurality of disclosed constituent elements.
For example, even if some constituent elements are deleted from all the constituent elements shown in the embodiment, the problems described in the column of problems to be solved by the invention can be solved, and the effects described in the effects of the invention can be obtained. In some cases, a configuration from which this configuration requirement is deleted can be extracted as an invention.
According to the present invention, when an organic solvent is used to peel from the patch, the solvent-reactive ink dissolves and the pattern is deformed or disappears, leaving a trace, and the solvent under the OVD functional layer. Since the dye or pigment of the reactive ink layer does not flow, it does not change, the difference can be recognized visually, and the solvent reactive ink layer is printed with a pattern and aligned so that it is laminated on a part of it By providing a patterned OVD functional layer, a high degree of alignment accuracy is required even if printing is performed in the same manner using ink of similar color to the solvent-reactive ink layer that has lost its color due to the organic solvent. Since the restoration is difficult, it is possible to provide a sealed label that realizes promotion of forgery prevention.
