Description
The present invention relates to a heat exchange device for exchanging heat between a high-temperature fluid and a low-temperature fluid circulated inside a casing via a heat transfer plate.
Conventionally, for example, a plate heat exchanger disclosed in
By the way, the plate-type heat exchanger as described above forms a heat transfer plate by bending a single strip metal plate. Generally, the strip metal plate is coiled and supplied from a metal manufacturer. If an attempt is made to manufacture a heat exchanger that is larger than the width of the coil in order to increase the exchange capacity, it is necessary to request a custom band metal plate from the metal manufacturer, which increases the cost.
Moreover, the said heat exchanger plate is used in order to increase the efficiency of heat exchange between the first circulation space and the second circulation space, and a thin plate is used. Since there is only a heat transfer plate inside, there is a risk that the rigidity of the entire heat exchanger will be reduced.
In order to avoid this, it is conceivable to increase the heat exchange capacity by using a plurality of plate heat exchangers as described above.
However, in the plate heat exchanger as in
The present invention has been made in view of such points, and an object of the present invention is to use a plate heat exchanger in which a heat transfer plate is formed by bending a single band-like metal plate into a pleat shape. Another object of the present invention is to provide a heat exchange device that is compact, has a large heat exchange capacity, and is low in cost.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention is characterized in that a plurality of plate heat exchangers as disclosed in
That is, in the first invention, a heat transfer plate formed by bending a single band-shaped metal plate into a pleat shape is accommodated in a rectangular parallelepiped metal casing, and the casing is filled with high-temperature fluid. A high temperature fluid inlet and a high temperature for partitioning the first high temperature fluid space into the second distribution space where low temperature fluid flows and the casing side wall facing the heat transfer plate on the first flow space side allow the high temperature fluid to flow in and out. A low temperature fluid inlet and a low temperature fluid outlet for allowing the low temperature fluid to flow in and out are provided on both end sides in the width direction of the heat transfer plate on the casing side wall facing the heat transfer plate on the second circulation space side. A plurality of plate-type heat exchangers having the same shape that exchange heat between the high-temperature fluid that flows through the first circulation space and the low-temperature fluid that flows through the second circulation space via the
In a second invention, in the first invention, a through hole to which a pipe can be connected is formed at one end in the longitudinal direction of the first to fourth pipes, respectively, and the first and third pipes While the through holes of the first and third pipes are fixed to the casings in a posture facing one end side in the parallel direction of the heat exchanges, the second and fourth pipes are connected to the second and fourth pipes. Each through hole is fixed to each casing so as to face the other end side in the juxtaposition direction of each heat exchange .
In the first invention, by arranging a plurality of plate heat exchangers having a predetermined heat exchange capacity in parallel, the heat exchange capacity of the entire apparatus is increased. Therefore, a heat transfer plate is formed with a custom-made band metal plate. There is no need to increase the heat exchange capacity, and the manufacturing cost can be reduced. Moreover, since adjacent plate type heat exchangers are connected by the first to fourth pipes and sandwiched between the first to fourth pipes, the rigidity of the entire apparatus can be increased. Furthermore, since there are only four pipes, the first to fourth pipes, for a plurality of plate heat exchangers, the arrangement of the pipes for each plate heat exchanger does not become complicated, and the entire apparatus is compactly installed. Space can be used effectively. In addition, since the first to fourth pipes can be removed from the plate heat exchangers, assembly and disassembly can be performed regardless of location, and transportation costs can be reduced by disassembling and transporting. .
Moreover , the types of parts in the heat exchange device can be reduced, and the manufacturing cost can be further reduced.
