前記自転車専用通行帯に向けて設置されたカメラと、
前記カメラが撮像した画像をもとに前記自転車専用通行帯に自転車が存在するか否かを検知する画像処理部と、
前記車両通行帯を走行する車両の交通を制御する車両用信号灯器と、
前記自転車専用通行帯を走行する自転車の交通を制御する自転車用信号灯器と、
前記画像処理部が自転車が存在すると判断し、前記自転車が存在する前記自転車専用通行帯の走行を制御する前記自転車用信号灯器が赤信号の場合、前記自転車が存在する前記自転車専用通行帯の走行を制御する前記自転車用信号灯器の赤信号から青信号への切替えを、前記自転車が存在する前記自転車専用通行帯に並設され、前記自転車が存在する前記自転車専用通行帯と同じ方向に走行する前記車両通行帯の車両を制御する前記車両用信号灯器の赤信号から青信号への切替えより、早いタイミングでおこなう信号灯器制御部と
