Description
The present invention relates to a novel method for cleaning clothes and the like and a cleaning apparatus.
Cleaning methods are roughly divided into dry cleaning methods and wet cleaning methods. As for this cleaning method, an attempt has been made to shift the dry cleaning method to the wet cleaning method (Patent Document 1).
This is related to the use of organic solvents. In other words, the organic solvent used in dry cleaning has a large environmental load. Therefore, there are cases where legal restrictions are imposed on the use of the organic solvent itself or the amount of use thereof. For this reason, the cleaning by the dry cleaning method must be performed in consideration of the usage amount of the organic solvent and the like, and thus various restrictions are caused.
Due to these restrictions and increased awareness of environmental protection, the wet cleaning method is attracting attention. In addition, it has become a mainstream to use a cleaning device of a wet cleaning method to clean clothes such as shirts, mufflers, and ties (hereinafter, the object to be cleaned is simply referred to as “object to be cleaned”). ing.
Currently, drum-type cleaning devices and pulsator-type cleaning devices are used as cleaning devices that employ the wet cleaning method.
When these drum-type cleaning devices and pulsator-type cleaning devices are compared, they have common features.
In other words, the drum-type cleaning device employs a drum-type cleaning method that mainly uses tapping to make use of the height difference in the drum. On the other hand, the pulsator-type cleaning device adopts a pulsator-type cleaning method that mainly uses fir washing, which uses agitation by a rotating blade called a pulsator.
Thus, there is a difference in the cleaning method between the drum type cleaning device and the pulsator type cleaning device. However, all the cleaning methods have a common feature in that the object to be cleaned is rotated and cleaned and dehydrated (Patent Documents 2, 3, and 4).
Currently, the drum-type cleaning method and the pulsator-type cleaning method used as the wet cleaning method have a common feature that the object to be cleaned is rotated and cleaned and dehydrated. However, due to this common feature, there are several problems that cannot be avoided with the drum-type cleaning method and the pulsator-type cleaning method.
The first problem is that a considerable amount of damage to the fibers of the object to be cleaned occurs.
In rotary cleaning, the object to be cleaned moves violently while changing its shape, and the rotation itself also improves the cleaning effect.
However, when the object to be cleaned moves vigorously while changing its shape, the shape and arrangement of the fibers of the object to be cleaned changes when the object to be cleaned is viewed microscopically. Also, the object to be cleaned may get entangled with other objects to be cleaned, and the fibers of the object to be cleaned will be damaged or stretched. Thus, in the rotary cleaning, micro fiber changes accumulate in the object to be cleaned. As a result, the object to be cleaned may be deformed, wrinkled, rubbed or stretched.
In addition, once the object to be cleaned has been cleaned, it does not completely return to the state of the fibers before cleaning, and the microscopic changes in the fibers remain accumulated. Therefore, by cleaning the object to be cleaned again, micro changes caused by new cleaning are further accumulated. As a result, in the rotary cleaning, by repeatedly cleaning the object to be cleaned, the shape loss or the like will be unavoidable.
The second problem is that color transfer (transfer) is likely to occur.
In rotary cleaning, it is inevitable that different objects to be cleaned come into contact with each other in a wet state. This often results in color transfer between different objects to be cleaned.
The third problem is that there are objects to be cleaned that are difficult to clean and dehydrate.
In the case of rotary cleaning, cleaning is performed while allowing moisture to penetrate between the fibers of the object to be cleaned using the centrifugal force of rotation, and dehydration is performed using the centrifugal force. However, water-repellent and waterproof objects to be cleaned cannot be washed or dehydrated because moisture does not penetrate. In this case, the water droplet traces remaining on the surface of the object to be cleaned become stains, or the color is easily transferred due to the wet state.
The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a new cleaning method and a cleaning apparatus that can solve these problems.
As a result of earnest research, the inventor has conceived a new cleaning method that does not depend on the existing cleaning method, and has completed the present invention.
The inventor has conceived a method of performing cleaning and dehydration of an object to be cleaned at the same time on the premise of wet cleaning that does not use rotary cleaning. However, in order to perform dehydration at the same time as cleaning, a conflicting technique is required in which the cleaning liquid is brought into contact with the object to be cleaned and at the same time the cleaning liquid is recovered.
The inventor discovered a new problem when he fabricated a device that embodies this conflicting technology and applied it to an object to be cleaned. That is, if the suction means is used as a means for collecting the cleaning liquid, the object to be cleaned itself is sucked or the cleaning tool comes into contact with the object to be cleaned. As a result, the object to be cleaned is likely to be deformed or loosened, and the fibers of the object to be cleaned are damaged.
In order to overcome this new problem, the inventor has conceived a new fixing means for fixing an object to be cleaned. That is, with this fixing means, cleaning is performed with the wrinkles of the object to be cleaned extended, and the object to be cleaned and the cleaning device are not in direct contact with each other, or are suppressed as much as possible even if they come into contact. The inventors have found that the fiber pain due to friction is prevented, and have completed the present invention.

According to the present invention, it is possible to provide a new wet cleaning method and a cleaning apparatus that solve the problems of conventional rotary cleaning. That is, the cleaning method and the cleaning apparatus of the present invention have the following excellent effects and solve the problems of conventional rotary cleaning.
(1) The effect that the damage to the fiber of the object to be cleaned can be reduced compared with the rotary cleaning.
(2) Since multiple objects to be cleaned are not cleaned at the same time, color transfer between objects to be cleaned does not occur.
(3) Compared with rotary cleaning, the effect of being able to perform cleaning and dehydration even on objects to be cleaned that are water repellent or waterproof.
Furthermore, the cleaning method and the cleaning device of the present invention create a new value that wet cleaning can be performed on suits and high-quality clothing that have been conventionally cleaned by dry cleaning.
In the first place, since dry cleaning uses an organic solvent, it is inevitable that water-soluble stains on the object to be cleaned are difficult to remove. The cleaning method and the cleaning apparatus of the present invention can perform wet-type cleaning even on an object to be cleaned that has been conventionally only dry-cleaned. Therefore, it is possible to enhance the cleaning effect of the object to be cleaned that could only be dry cleaned.
The effects of the individual configurations of the present invention will be described. According to the first to third configurations of the present invention, a cleaning tool such as a nozzle is attached to an object to be cleaned fixed by fixing means such as a plate and a cover. Perform wet cleaning while applying from the cover side. The cleaning device removes dirt and oil adhering to the object to be cleaned while simultaneously supplying and collecting fluid. By changing the position to which the cleaning tool is applied, wet cleaning can be performed on an arbitrary portion or the whole of the object to be cleaned. Since the object to be cleaned is fixed by being sandwiched between the plate and the cover, it is less likely to lose its shape and expand and contract as compared with the conventional rotary cleaning. For this reason, it has become possible to perform wet cleaning on clothes such as suits, which conventionally have been recommended for dry cleaning. It can also handle pinpoint cleaning of shirt collars, which was not possible with conventional rotary cleaning. Furthermore, unlike the conventional rotary cleaning, a plurality of objects to be cleaned are not cleaned at the same time, but are basically cleaned independently, so that the problem of entanglement and transfer does not occur.
Further, according to the fourth configuration of the present invention, due to the elasticity of the net, even if there are irregularities such as buttons or chucks attached to the object to be cleaned, deformation following the surface shape is possible. The gap between the cover and the object to be cleaned can be minimized. As a result, the degree of adhesion between the object to be cleaned and the cover is increased, and it is possible to prevent the object to be cleaned from being deformed or displaced.
Further, according to the fifth configuration of the present invention, the fluid supplied to the nozzle is sucked and collected by the same nozzle after contacting the object to be cleaned, but depending on the material, structure, shape, etc. of the object to be cleaned, There may be a case where not all the fluid can be sucked from the front side cleaning device. In such a case, by sucking from the back side of the object to be cleaned, it is possible to recover the fluid with the aid of gravity applied to the fluid.
Although the cleaning method and the cleaning apparatus of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings, it goes without saying that the present invention should not be construed as being limited to the description given in the examples.

<< Cleaning method >>
<Washing object fixing means>
In the cleaning method of the present invention, an object to be cleaned is provided for fixing the object to be cleaned by covering the object to be cleaned from two directions, such as upward and downward, or left and right. Further, the cleaning object fixing means fixes the object to be cleaned by a fixing tool having a water passage hole.
The object to be cleaned may be fixed by fixing the object to be cleaned so that wrinkles or the like do not occur, and various configurations or methods can be employed. For example, as shown in FIG. 2, the object to be cleaned may be fixed by placing the object to be cleaned on the
Furthermore, in the object fixing means, at least one of the two directions covered and fixed needs to be fixed by a fixing tool having a water passage hole. As a result, fluid can be ejected and collected from a cleaning tool, which will be described later, on the object to be cleaned. In addition, since the cleaning tool can be prevented from coming into direct contact with the object to be cleaned, the fiber pain of the object to be cleaned due to friction can be suppressed. An example of such a fixing tool is a

<Washing means>
In the cleaning method of the present invention, a cleaning means for cleaning an object to be cleaned is provided, and this cleaning means is performed by a predetermined cleaning tool. That is, the cleaning tool can be moved close to and away from the object to be cleaned, and includes a fluid ejection mechanism and a recovery mechanism. With this cleaning device, the object to be cleaned is cleaned by spraying and collecting the fluid on the object to be cleaned through a fixture having a water passage hole.

As described above, the cleaning method of the present invention is characterized by including an object fixing means and a cleaning means. As will be described below, the cleaning device 1 is a cleaning device provided with both an object fixing means and a cleaning means, but the cleaning method of the present invention need not be limited to this. That is, the object fixing means and the cleaning means can be performed by separate instruments or devices. As described above, the cleaning method of the present invention can be performed by adopting various configurations depending on the type of the object to be cleaned and the place where the cleaning is performed.
<< Cleaning device >>
An example of the cleaning device is the cleaning device 1 of FIG. The cleaning apparatus 1 embodies the cleaning method or apparatus of the present invention and represents the best embodiment of the present invention.
First, the usage of the cleaning apparatus 1 will be described to explain the role of each part, and then each configuration of the cleaning apparatus 1 will be described.
<How to use the cleaning apparatus 1>
A user who uses the cleaning apparatus 1 (hereinafter simply referred to as “user”) first places an object to be cleaned such as clothes or a blanket on the
After fixing the object to be cleaned, the cleaning method differs depending on the specifications of the
First, the case where the
A user sprays a fluid (hereinafter referred to as a cleaning liquid) containing a cleaning component through a cover net 22 to a fixed object to be cleaned with a general-purpose sprayer or a spray machine (not shown). By spraying this cleaning liquid, dirt and fat adhering to the object to be cleaned are dissolved.
Thereafter, the user presses the tip of the
Next, the case where the
In this case, the user first selects the cleaning liquid as the fluid supplied to the
In addition, cleaning fluid and processing fluid have been mentioned as the fluid to be contacted with the object to be cleaned, but it is needless to say that the fluid need not be limited to these, and an appropriate fluid should be selected according to the type of object to be cleaned. Can do.

The user can clean fine parts such as sleeves and hems of the object to be cleaned using the plate
The user can more efficiently clean the object to be cleaned and operate the cleaning apparatus 1 by adjusting the suction route and the suction pressure of the
<Configuration of cleaning device 1>

The
The
The
The
In addition, the
The
