Description
Claims (14)
- 病変部位のアブレーション治療に超音波情報を使用する医療装置の作動方法であって、前記医療装置のプロセッサが、
アブレーションによって治療される病変部位と、病変部位に近接する1つ以上の血管との治療計画画像を入力するステップと、
超音波画像において、アブレーションによって治療される病変部位を特定するステップと、
前記超音波画像内の関心領域に面形状部を配置することによって、病変部位にごく近接する1つ以上の血管を特定するステップと、
前記1つ以上の血管の血流と前記面形状部との交差部分における超音波ドップラーデータを取得することによって、特定された血管の血流から3次元超音波ドップラーデータを取得するステップと、
前記超音波ドップラーデータを使用して、特定された血管内を流れる血液の量を計算するステップと、
特定された血管内を流れる血液の量の熱輸送特性を考慮するアブレーション治療計画を生成するステップと、
を実行することを含み、
前記面形状部の前記配置は、前記超音波画像と前記治療計画画像との位置合わせによって得られる血管の位置の知識を使用して、自動的に行われる、作動方法。 - 3次元超音波ドップラーデータを取得する前記ステップは、前記プロセッサが、特定された血管の血流から3次元超音波ドップラー速度データを取得するステップを更に含む、請求項1に記載の作動方法。
- 特定された血管内を流れる血液の量を計算する前記ステップは、前記プロセッサが、血管の血流を通る面を輪郭抽出し、前記面の面積全体に亘って流速データを積分するステップを更に含む、請求項2に記載の作動方法。
- 1つ以上の血管を特定する前記ステップは、前記プロセッサが、3次元超音波画像において1つ以上の血管を特定するステップを更に含む、請求項1に記載の作動方法。
- 1つ以上の血管を特定する前記ステップは、前記プロセッサが、2次元バイプレーン超音波画像において1つ以上の血管を特定するステップを更に含む、請求項1に記載の作動方法。
- 治療計画画像を入力する前記ステップは、前記プロセッサが、病変部位と病変部位に近接する1つ以上の血管の構造体とのCT画像を取得するステップを更に含み、
前記面形状部の前記配置は、前記プロセッサが、超音波基準画像を前記CT画像と自動的に位置合わせすることを更に含む、請求項1に記載の作動方法。 - 前記面形状部の前記配置は、1つ以上の血管を3次元形状と交差させることを更に含む、請求項1に記載の作動方法。
- 前記面形状部の前記配置は、1つ以上の血管を2次元形状と交差させることを更に含む、請求項1に記載の作動方法。
- アブレーション治療計画を生成する前記ステップは、前記プロセッサが、血管の体積血流量と、特定された病変部位までの血管の近接性とを考慮するアブレーション治療計画を生成するステップを更に含む、請求項1に記載の作動方法。
- 前記プロセッサが、治療部位のグラフィックディスプレイを修正するために、特定された血管内を流れる血液の量の前記熱輸送特性を使用するステップを更に含む、請求項1に記載の作動方法。
- 熱輸送特性を使用する前記ステップは、前記プロセッサが、アブレーションデバイスとの関連で、治療部位の前記グラフィックディスプレイを修正するために、特定された血管内を流れる血液の量の前記熱輸送特性を使用するステップを更に含む、請求項10に記載の作動方法。
- グラフィックディスプレイを修正する前記ステップは、前記プロセッサが、前記熱輸送特性との関連で、治療部位のサイズのグラフィックディスプレイを修正するステップを更に含む、請求項11に記載の作動方法。
- 前記プロセッサが、非超音波診断画像において、アブレーションによって治療される病変部位を特定するステップと、
前記プロセッサが、前記非超音波診断画像を前記超音波画像と解剖学的に位置合わせするステップと、
を更に含む、請求項10に記載の作動方法。 - アブレーション治療は、RFアブレーション治療、マイクロ波アブレーション治療、高密度焦点式超音波治療又は冷凍アブレーション治療を更に含む、請求項10に記載の作動方法。
