Description

This invention is relates to the manufacture how the easily openable package, the liquid in the flexible packaging bag, the powdery, bulk and other formed by filling packaging to be packaged in the package, tear the packaging bag, the cutting In addition, the present invention proposes a technique that allows a packaging bag to be easily and easily opened and a packaged article to be easily taken out without giving tears or the like and without generating tear pieces, cut pieces, or the like.

When taking out the package from a package formed by filling and packaging the package in a flexible packaging bag, for example, a joining portion that divides the filling space of the package as disclosed in Patent Document 1 -Tear the notch, V-notch or other tear-inducing rivet from the position of the packaging bag sandwiched by fingers until at least the filling space of the package is reached, or at the corner of the packaging bag Conventionally, it has been widely used to cut and remove the portion with scissors or the like.

Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 7-132944

However, when sandwiching and opening the joint portion of the packaging bag, in many cases, a considerable force is required in relation to the tear strength of the packaging bag, and the sandwiching force and tearing force on the joint portion are small. For children and the elderly, it is often difficult to open the packaging bag smoothly. On the other hand, when the packaging bag is opened by cutting and removing the corners of the packaging bag with scissors or the like, it is inevitable to use a cutting tool, and the removed excision is mixed with food. There was another problem that forced to take measures to prevent.

The present invention has an object to solve such problems of the prior art, and the object of the invention is to take out the package from the package, that is, to open the packaging bag. children without the use of cutting tool, regardless of whether that is the weak in the force of the elderly, etc., can be done easily, to propose a manufacturing how without generation of cut pieces flexible easy-open packaging body It is in.

The manufacturing method of the easy-open packaging body according to the present invention includes a palm-like back-bonded joint portion, a bottom joint portion, and a top joint portion, and a package-filling space enclosed by each joint portion. The fold-like mountain folds are filled and packaged in a liquid, powdery, lump, etc., and extend along the back-bonded joint at the opposite position opposite to the back-bonded joint. A folding joint portion having a form is provided, and a joining width in a protruding direction from at least one of the backpacking joint portion and the folding joint portion, and a bottom joint portion and a top joint portion in the protruding direction from the package-filling space is sufficient. A method of manufacturing an easy-open packaging body having a range of 1.2 to 10.0 mm, which can exhibit a bag breaking strength, but relatively easy to perform artificial peeling. Folded, both sides The cement layer in the joining width, to form the extending direction to continuously melt bonded to back lined joint of the laminated film, the folded portion of the back lined joint portion and countered by the required bonding width to form a folded joint to melt bonded, the bonding portion of each of these in a state of being laid down on the material to be packaged filling the space, a direction perpendicular the filling of material to be packaged, and each of the junctions of the By forming the bottom joint and the top joint extending to each other , the amount of heat supplied to the overlapping portion of the bottom joint and the top joint with the back-bonded joint and / or the folded joint is reduced. reducing the reduced allowed by fusion bonding strength, is the heavy Nari portion intended characterized that you allow easy peeling.

Preferably, the bottom joint and the top joint are used as a tension knob, and the width of the folding joint itself is made smaller than the width of the back pasting joint itself, and the back pasting joint and the folding joint The joining width is set to a range of 1.2 to 10.0 mm, which can exhibit sufficient bag breaking strength but facilitates artificial peeling.

In the easy-open packaging body manufactured according to the present invention, the joining width of the bottom joint portion or the top joint portion is 1. by sandwiching the back-bonded joint portion and the fold joint portion and pulling the joint portions. The separation width is caused to occur in the portion of 2 to 10.0 mm, or the bottom bonding portion or the top bonding portion is pulled, and the bonding width of each of the back bonding bonding portion and the folding bonding portion is 1.2 to 10.0 mm. Causing peeling of the portion, and reducing the amount of heat supplied to the overlapping portion of the bottom joint and the top joint with the back-bonded joint and / or the folded joint, and thus the degree of melting of the sealant layer. By reducing the fusion-bonding strength of the overlapped part, it is possible to easily and easily open the package, that is, the packaging bag, without using a tool such as scissors, even for persons with weak clamping force. Can, it is also possible to prevent the occurrence of ablation debris.

Here, the bonding width is in the range of 1.2 to 10.0 mm, more preferably in the range of 1.2 to 5.0 mm, when the width of the bonded portion by fusion of the sealant layer is less than 1.2 mm, Literature: Non-destructive inspection Vol. 49, No. 2 (2000), pages 116-120 “Reinforcing effect and effective length of heat seal part of liquid packaging bag” (Japan Nondestructive Inspection Association) There is a risk that unexpected bag breakage may occur at the joint due to impact input to the package, etc. On the other hand, if it exceeds 10.0 mm, a large force is required for artificial separation of the joint. This is because it is difficult for those who are weak to open the package.

In such easy-open packaging, each of the back-bonded joint and the folded joint is a tension knob having a sufficient clamping width, and the joint width of the bottom joint and the top joint is artificially peeled off. When the range is 1.2 to 10.0 mm, more preferably 1.2 to 5.0 mm, the back-bonded joint and the folded joint as the tension knob are separated from each other. By pulling in the direction, the package can be easily opened at the bottom joint and / or the top joint.

On the other hand, the bottom joint and the top joint are used as tension knobs, and the folding width of the folding joint itself is narrower than the width of the back pasting joint itself, and the back pasting joint and the folding When the joint width of the joint is in the range of 1.2 to 10.0 mm, more preferably in the range of 1.2 to 5.0 mm, which facilitates artificial peeling, the bottom joint as a tension knob By pulling the part and / or the top joint, the package can be easily opened by peeling off the back-bonded joint and the folded joint.

In addition, in this case, since the width of the folding joint is narrower than the width of the back-bonded joint, the packaging body is mutually connected as the pulling joint with the bottom joint and / or the top joint as described above. When pulled in the pulling direction, the folding joint and the back bonding joint are peeled off and opened by the width of the folding joint. Therefore, the opening size formed by opening the package is specified by the width of the folding joint, and by selecting the width of the folding joint as appropriate, the liquid packaged material and the granular packaged material are selected. Etc. can be poured out little by little from the small opening of the package.

And in the manufacturing method of the easy-open packaging body of this invention to manufacture any of the above-described easy-open packaging bodies, in a state in which the back-bonded joint portion and the folding joint portion formed in advance are in a required lying posture, By forming each of the bottom joint and the top joint, the fusion joint strength of the sealant layer at the overlapping portion of the bottom joint and the top joint with the back-bonded joint and / or the folded joint is obtained. It can be reduced to the extent that there is no risk of unforeseen bag breakage. Thus, the package can be opened more easily at the bottom joint and / or the top joint.

It is the perspective view which shows embodiment of the easy-open packaging body manufactured by this invention , a top view, and a top view which shows an opening start state. It is the perspective view which shows other embodiment of the easy-open packaging body manufactured by this invention , a top view, and a top view which shows an open state. It is a figure which shows the example of formation of a back bonding junction part and a folding junction part.

Preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described below based on the drawings.
The easy-open packaging body 1 shown in FIG. 1 has a sealant layer fused and joined in the form of a palm as shown by dots in the figure on both side portions of a laminated film 2 for packaging having a laminated structure of two or more layers. The laminated film 2 is provided with a back bonding joint 3 extending in the extending direction of the laminated film 2 in the vertical direction in the drawing, and protrudes to the opposite side of the package 1 against the back bonding joint 3 so as to face the back bonding joint. 3 is provided with a folding joint 4 that extends continuously along the line 3 and is also shown with a dot-shaped mountain fold in the figure. It can be configured by forming the joints 5 and 6 at the bottom and the top, which extend in a direction orthogonal to the joints 3 and 4 and are shown by hatching in the drawing.

And here, while making each width | variety of the back bonding junction part 3 itself and the folding junction part 4 itself into the width | variety which can fully pinch | interpose with fingers, both of these joint parts 3 and 4 of the sealant layer While the joining width by fusion joining is set to the full width of each joining part 3, 4, the joining widths of the bottom joining part 5 and the top joining part 6 are in the range of 1.2 to 10.0 mm. .

According to such a package 1, when a packaged object filled and packaged in a cylindrical space is taken out from the package 1, for example, as shown in FIG. 1 (b), the vicinity of the top joint 6. Then, each of the back-bonded joint portion 3 and the folded joint portion 4 is used as a tension knob, and as shown by the arrows, the joint portions 3 and 4 are pulled in the direction of separating from each other, so that FIG. As shown in the figure, the top joint portion 6 having a joining width in the range of 1.2 to 10.0 mm is easily peeled off with a small tensile force, so that even a person with a weak force can attach the package 1 to the package 1. The opening 7 necessary for extraction can be easily formed without using a tool such as scissors and without generating a cut piece or the like.

Thereafter, by further pulling the back-bonding joint 3 and the folding joint 4 to each other, the opening 7 formed as described above is expanded to a necessary size, etc. It is possible to easily perform extraction, picking, etc. according to the conditions.

In this case, the bottom joint portion 5 having a joint width of 1.2 to 10.0 mm may be peeled and opened by selecting a pulling position of the back-bonded joint portion 3 and the folding joint portion 4 as the tension knobs. Of course, both the bottom joint 5 and the top joint 6 can be opened.

By the way, when forming the packaging body 1 as shown in FIG. 1, each of the back-bonded joint portion 3 and the folding joint portion 4 formed in advance is laid down in a required direction, and in that state, the fusion-bonding width 1.2. When the bottom joint 5 and the top joint 6 are formed at ˜10.0 mm, the amount of heat supplied to the joints 5 and 6 is reduced in the overlapping area with the joint 3 and / or the joint 4. As a result, the melting temperature of the sealant layer at the bottom joint portion 5 and the top joint portion 6 is reduced, so that the peel strength of these joint portions 5 and 6 is ensured to have sufficient bag breaking strength. As a condition, it can be further reduced.

FIG. 2 which shows other embodiment of the package 1 shows the protrusion width | variety (joining width | variety) of the folding junction part 4 itself from a to- be-packaged filling space, and the back bonding part 3 itself from a to- be-packaged filling space . In addition to making it narrower than the projecting width (joining width), the joining widths of the back bonding joint 3 and the folding joint 4 are 1.2 to 10 regardless of the joining widths of the bottom joining part 5 and the top joining part 6. In this case, the bottom joint portion 5 and / or the top joint portion 6 is used as a tension knob, and a tensile input is applied as indicated by an arrow in FIG. 2 (b). Thus, the peel-opening as shown in FIG. 2C can be caused in each of the back-bonded joint portion 3 and the folding joint portion 4.

In addition, since the projecting width of the folding joint 4 is narrower than the projecting width of the back-bonding joint 3, the dimensions of the opening 7 formed by opening the packaging body 1 as described above are as follows. As shown in FIG.2 (c), since it specifies by the peeling expansion | extension dimension of the folding junction part 4, etc., the expansion of the dimension of this opening 7 can be prevented effectively.
And the formation position of the opening 7 here can also be made into the bottom part junction part 5 side based on selection of the action position of the tension input to the package 1, and both the junction parts 5 and 6 side of a bottom part and a top part, You can also

In the packaging body 1 as described above, each of the back-bonding joint portion 3 and the folding joint portion 4 is, for example, in a state where the laminated film 2 for packaging is formed in a cylindrical shape, as illustrated in FIG. A pair of heat-sealing blades 11 as shown in the figure or a continuous rotation that can be opened and closed with a required joining width while folding both side portions of the laminated film 2 into a palm shape with a required width. The laminated film 2 for packaging has a required width at a portion facing the joining portion 3 in the diametrical direction by being fused and joined by being sandwiched between a pair of heat seal rollers. And a pair of heat seal blades 12 as shown in the figure that can be opened and closed over a required joining width. It can be constructed by forming a junction portion 4 folded by melt bonded by a pair of heat sealing rollers and the like.

Thereafter, the cylindrical laminated film 2 constituted by the formation of the back-bonded joint portion 3 and the folding joint portion 4 is filled with a required amount of articles to be packaged, and each of the joint portions 5 and 6 at the bottom portion and the top portion. By performing formation, the package 1 as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 can be configured.

As described above, the back pasting and folding joints 3 and 4 extending in the length direction of the packaging laminated film 2, and the bottom and top extending in the direction orthogonal to the joints 3 and 4 are the joint 5, Although the description has been given of the case where the package filling space having a square shape as a whole is defined with each of the items 6, the shape, form, and the like of the package filling space can be appropriately changed as necessary.

The shown to easy-open packaging body 1 in FIG. 1, formed using a packaging laminate film having a two-layer structure, the top junction 5 and pulled to each other as viewed portion picked pulling joints 4 the back tension joints 3 and folding A test was conducted on the joining width of the top joint 5 and the ease of opening when the bag was opened. In addition, as the laminated film for packaging, PET (12 μm) / LLDPE (40 μm) and PET (12 μm) / PET sealant film (40 μm) were used.
The ease of opening the package was evaluated in four stages: ◎, ○, Δ, and ×. The results are shown in Table 1.
