Description

The present invention relates to a packaging bag and a packaging bag bundle in which packages such as vegetables and fruits are packaged using the packaging auxiliary device, and more specifically, even if packaging is performed using the packaging auxiliary device. The present invention relates to a packaging bag and a packaging bag bundle in which the state of a packaging bag in which an article to be packaged is packaged has an aesthetic appearance and can be packaged efficiently.

Vegetables and fruits are often packed in packaging bags and displayed in stores when sold at stores such as supermarkets, and harvested vegetables are packed in packaging bags and transported. There is also a case. Currently, this packaging is performed using a packaging auxiliary device as disclosed in Patent Document 1 below.

As shown in FIG. 8A, the auxiliary packaging device 30 disclosed in Patent Document 1 below supports a rotating body 33 on a support column 32 erected on a base material 31, and an L-shaped arm 34 on the rotating body 33. Are attached, and a holding frame 35 having an opening through which an article can be passed is attached to each arm 34. Then, the packaging bag 36 is attached to the holding frame 35 by rotating the holding frame 35 at the tip of the arm 34 together with the rotating body 33, and then the holding frame 35 is further rotated counterclockwise. Locking is performed at the position where it is placed, and the work of inserting the article to be packed into the packaging bag 36 is performed. That is, the packaging bag 36 is attached to the holding frame 35 when the holding frame 35 passes through the attaching means portion provided below the rotating body 33, and then the holding frame 35 is rotated to the upper right position. When moved, the holding frame 35 is locked. In this state, the article to be packaged is inserted into the packaging bag 36 attached to the holding frame 35.

At this time, as shown in FIG. 8B, the plurality of stacked packaging bags are placed on the packaging bag placement surface 37 and locked to the packaging auxiliary device by the bag locking pins 38, as shown in FIG. 8B. Is installed. And if it blows from the air blower 39 toward the opening part 40 of the packaging bag 36, since air will enter the inside of the packaging bag 36 from the opening part 40, the packaging bag 36 will open the opening part 40 and inflate large, The pin 38 is held in that position.

When the insertion of the article to be packaged into the packaging bag 36 is completed, the article to be packaged is detached from the holding frame 35 together with the packaging bag 36, and the holding frame 35 becomes empty. Therefore, when a counterclockwise force is applied to the holding frame 35, the holding frame 35 is rotated with the click mechanism released, and returns to the position of the attaching means. Then, after the packaging bag 36 is attached again by passing through the attaching means portion, the holding frame 35 rotates and moves to the upper right position, and insertion of the next article to be packaged is started. Thereafter, the holding frame 35 is rotated and moved, and the above steps are repeated, whereby the packaging bag 36 is attached to the holding frame 35 and inserted into the packaging bag 36.

With such a configuration, according to the packaging auxiliary device disclosed in Patent Document 1 below, the packaging bag 36 can be attached and the packaged material can be inserted continuously. It is said that the efficiency of will be greatly improved.

In addition, as a packaging bag used for the packaging auxiliary equipment or the like, there is a packaging bag disclosed in the following Patent Document 2 in addition to the one disclosed in the following Patent Document 1.

特許第2883843号公報Japanese Patent No. 2888433 特開平10−147350号公報JP 10-147350 A

Here, a typical packaging bag used in the packaging auxiliary device will be described with reference to FIG. The packaging bag 50 includes a front surface 51 formed of a plastic film and a back surface 52 having a lip portion 53 formed slightly larger than the front surface 51, and an opening portion 54 is formed on the side having the lip portion 53. It is formed in a bag shape with the other three sides closed. The lip portion 53 is provided with a pair of locking holes 55 and a seal portion 56. The locking hole 55 is a portion that is locked to the packaging auxiliary device 30 (see FIG. 8A) by the bag locking pin 38 (see FIG. 8A), and the sealing portion 56 includes a plurality of packaging bags 50. It is the part that is heat welded so that it does not fall apart when laminated.

Further, a perforation portion 57 is formed from the locking hole 55 to the upper end portion of the lip portion 53, and is composed of a portion that is cut when being scooped up by the holding frame 35 (see FIG. 8A) of the auxiliary packaging device 30. The perforation 57 is easily cut. Further, a punch hole 58 is formed in the lower part of the opening 54 near both ends of the packaging bag 50, and the front surface 51 and the back surface 52 are welded when being scooped up by the holding frame 35 of the auxiliary packaging device 30. The stress applied to the portion 59 that is weak against the stress is relaxed, and the breakage is suppressed.

However, when such a packaging bag is used for a packaging auxiliary device, the following problems occur. That is, when an object to be packaged such as vegetables is packaged in the packaging bag 50, the lip portion 53 remains, which causes a problem that the appearance is not good. In addition, when scooping up the packaging bag 50 with the holding frame 35 of the packaging auxiliary device 30, the punch hole 58 is provided to suppress breakage from the weak portion 59 of the welded portion of the packaging bag 50. This also has an unfavorable appearance, and further has a problem that a process for providing the punch hole 58 is required.

In addition, since a plurality of packaging bags 50 are stacked and attached to the auxiliary packaging device 30, it is necessary to form the seal portion 56 so as not to be scattered. However, the strength of the seal portion 56 can be adjusted. When the strength of the seal portion 56 is difficult, there is a risk of tearing the packaging bag 50 from the seal portion 56 when scooping up the holding frame 35. When the strength of the seal portion 56 is weak, the stacked packaging bags are scattered. There exists a problem that there exists a possibility that the attachment to the auxiliary apparatus 30 for packaging may become difficult.

Furthermore, it is necessary to form an appropriate perforation 57 to be cut when scooping up by the holding frame 35 in the locking hole 55 attached to the auxiliary packaging device 30 by the bag locking pin 38. There is a problem that the adjustment of the perforation portion 57 also requires very high accuracy.

The present invention has been made in order to solve such problems of the conventional technology, and when packaging is performed by the packaging auxiliary device, the bag portion and the lip portion of the packaging bag can be smoothly separated. With this structure, the packaging bag can be opened efficiently without being blocked by the lip portion remaining in the packaging auxiliary device, and the blowing of the blower is not blocked by the lip portion remaining in the packaging auxiliary device. And it aims at providing the bag bundle for packaging.

In order to solve the above problems, the packaging bag according to the first aspect of the present invention comprises:
A packaging bag that is used in a packaging auxiliary device provided with a blower, is attached to a holding frame provided in the packaging auxiliary device, and has a bag portion in which a packaged article is stored,
The bag portion has an opening portion that is opened by blowing air from the blower on one side, and is a surface that is moved in a direction that widens as the opening portion is opened, and a side that is placed on the auxiliary packaging device. Having a back surface,
On the back surface of the bag portion, a lip portion is provided that extends from the opening portion, and has a cutout portion that forms a ventilation path for blowing air from the blower at the center portion .
The lip portion is formed with at least one opening attached to the packaging auxiliary device,
The boundary between the bag portion and the lip, and the bag portion cut portion comprising a perforated line in the width direction of the both ends are formed and a cutting portion which is cut a predetermined length,
When the bag body is scooped up with the bag portion attached to the holding frame, the cut portion is cut.

The packaging bag bundle of the second aspect is a packaging bag bundle in which the packaging bags of the first aspect are laminated, and is welded and integrated at at least one location of the lip portion. It is characterized by.

Further, the packaging bag bundle of the third aspect is the same as the packaging bag bundle of the second aspect , wherein the packaging bags are heat-welded and integrated on the inner peripheral surface of the opening. It is characterized by being.

According to the packaging bag of the first aspect, since the cut-out portion is formed at the boundary between the bag portion where the packaged object such as vegetables and fruits is packaged and the lip portion attached to the auxiliary packaging device, the packaging When the packaging bag is scooped up by the assisting device, the cut portion cuts off and the lip portion remains on the packaging assisting device, so that the packaging bag looks better. Furthermore, since the lip portion does not remain in the packaging bag at the time of packaging, the appearance can be improved.

Moreover, according to the packaging bag of the first aspect , since the cutout portion is formed in the lip portion, the air from the blower can be passed through the opening portion of the bag portion without being blocked by the lip portion, The opening can be opened efficiently

In the packaging bag of the first embodiment, cutouts serving as passage of the air, the shape of the packaging bag can be formed in various shapes depending on the size and use aspects, the shape of the cut-out portion Can be formed in any shape such as a triangular shape, an inverted triangular shape, a trapezoidal shape, an inverted trapezoidal shape, a rectangular shape, a square shape, a circular shape or a partial shape of an elliptical shape, or a combination thereof. it can.

Moreover, according to the packaging bag of the first aspect , since the cut portion is perforated, the lip portion and the bag portion can be more easily separated.

Moreover, according to the packaging bag of the first aspect , since both ends of the cut-off portion are cut, the stress when the packaging bag is taken up by the auxiliary packaging device can be applied to the cut-out portion. It can cut efficiently and can suppress applying a load to other portions of the packaging bag.

Furthermore, according to the packaging bag bundle of the second aspect , since a plurality of packaging bags are stacked, when attached to the auxiliary packaging device, the packaging bag that exhibits the effect of the first aspect is obtained. Can be continuously packaged. In particular, when packaging bags are laminated, when the lip portion remains in the packaging auxiliary device, the ventilation from the blower is blocked. And can be used efficiently with auxiliary packaging equipment.

Further, according to the packaging bag bundle of the third aspect, the packaging bag bundle is integrated by thermally welding the inner peripheral surface of the opening formed in the lip portion. There is no need to form the part.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. However, the embodiment shown below exemplifies a packaging bag and a packaging bag bundle for embodying the technical idea of the present invention, and is not intended to specify the present invention. Rather, it is equally applicable to other embodiments within the scope of the claims.

[Embodiment 1]
With reference to FIG.1 and FIG.2, the packaging bag and packaging bag bundle of embodiment are demonstrated. In addition, since the packaging bag bundle of the embodiment is formed by stacking and integrating a plurality of packaging bags, first, a single packaging bag will be described.

The packaging bag 10 includes a bag portion 13 in which vegetables, fruits, and the like as packages are packaged, and a lip portion 15 extending from the bag portion 13. The bag portion 13 has a front surface 11 and a back surface 12 of a plastic material such as polypropylene, and is formed in a bag shape in which an opening portion 14 is formed on one side and the other portion is closed.

The bag portion 13 is provided with a front surface 11 and a back surface 12 by bending a long piece of plastic material in the manufacturing process of the packaging bag 10. At this time, the back surface 12 is bent so as to be slightly longer than the front surface 11, and a portion that protrudes longer than the front surface 11 of the back surface 12 is a lip portion 15. The bent side facing the opening 14 is the bottom 19, and the side of the bag 13 is closed by heat welding so that the welded portion is cut and formed into one bag. become. In addition, when this side surface side is heat-welded, you may make it cut | disconnect a side surface side simultaneously.

The opening 14 of the packaging bag 10 is opened by the blower W of the blower 39, and is a portion into which the holding frame 35 of the auxiliary packaging device 30 is inserted. In addition, the front surface 11 of the packaging bag 10 is moved in a direction that widens as the opening 14 is opened by air blowing, and the rear surface 12 is a side on which the auxiliary packaging device 30 is placed.

Further, on the back surface 12 side of the bag portion 13, a lip portion 15 extending from the opening portion 14 and formed longer than the front surface 11 is provided. The lip portion 15 is formed with two openings 16 through which a bag locking pin 38 (see FIG. 8) used when being attached to the auxiliary packaging device 30 is inserted.

Further, a cutout portion 17 is formed at the boundary between the bag portion 13 and the lip portion 15 over the width direction of the bag portion 13. In the first embodiment, the cutout portion 17 is formed with a perforation as shown in FIG. 1. However, the cutout portion 17 is not limited thereto, and may be formed with a shape that can be easily cut, for example, a broken line, a cut, or the like.

In addition, the cut part 17 of the packaging bag 10 of Embodiment 1 is formed with cut parts 18 cut at a predetermined length at both ends thereof. The cutting portion 18 has a function of suppressing stress applied to the weak portion 59 (see FIG. 9) of the bag portion 13 when the packaging bag 10 is scooped up by the holding frame 35 of the auxiliary packaging device 30. At the same time, this stress is surely guided to the perforation of the cut-out portion 17 so that the cut-out portion 17 can cut the stress reliably. The length of the cutting portion 18 may be arbitrary, for example, it may be formed so long that the bag portion 13 and the lip portion 15 are connected, and is slightly longer than the interval between the perforations, that is, each perforation. It is possible to connect two

By doing in this way, the packaging bag 10 of Embodiment 1 is divided at the time of packaging of the auxiliary packaging device 30 by the cutout portion 17 formed at the boundary between the bag portion 13 and the lip portion 15. The lip portion 15 is cut off and remains on the auxiliary packaging device 30 side, and does not adhere to the packaging bag 10, so that the packaging bag looks good when packaging an object such as vegetables. Further, since the cut portions 18 are formed at both ends of the cut portion 17, stress on the weak portion 59 (see FIG. 9) to which the packaging bag 10 is welded is applied to the cut portion 17. Breakage can be suppressed and cutting can be performed efficiently.

Next, the packaging bag bundle 21 in which the packaging bags 10 of Embodiment 1 are laminated will be described. The packaging bag bundle 21 is attached to the packaging auxiliary device 30 and used for continuous packaging. As shown in FIG. 2A, the packaging bag bundle 21 is formed by laminating a plurality of packaging bags 10, and a part of the lip portion 15 is heat-welded in order to integrate them. In the case of the packaging bag bundle 21 according to the first embodiment, the inner circumferences of the two openings 16 formed in the lip portion 15 are welded by heat welding. This heat welding is performed using a high-temperature metal member when the opening 16 is formed.

By doing in this way, it is not necessary to provide the seal part 56 (refer FIG. 9) conventionally, and heat welding can be performed simultaneously with the formation of the opening 16. Moreover, since it forms in the lip | rip part 15 which remains in the packaging auxiliary | assistant apparatus 30, it can weld more strongly compared with the past, and when attaching to the packaging auxiliary | assistant apparatus 30, it becomes difficult to become loose. Since the lip portion 15 remains in the packaging auxiliary device 30, there is no problem even if it is strongly welded, so that it is not necessary to perform precise adjustment of the welding, and the manufacture becomes easy.

Here, the packaging by the packaging auxiliary device of the packaging bag and the packaging bag bundle of Embodiment 1 will be described. In addition, since the auxiliary | assistant apparatus for packaging can use what was disclosed by the said patent document 1, it demonstrates with reference to FIG.

As shown in FIG. 8, the rotating body 33 of the packaging auxiliary device 30 is rotated to attach the packaging bag 10 to the holding frame 35 at the tip of the arm 34. At this time, the packaging bag bundle 21 is locked to the packaging bag placement surface 37 by the bag locking pins 38 in the state shown in FIG. 2A and is installed in the auxiliary packaging device 30 (see FIG. 8B). . And if it blows from the air blower 39 toward the opening part 14 of the packaging bag 10, air will enter the packaging bag 10 from the opening part 14 (see FIG. 2B), and the opening part 14 of the packaging bag 10 is opened. The holding frame 35 of the packaging auxiliary device 30 enters the bag portion 13 of the packaging bag 10 through the opening 14 and is scooped up and attached. The holding frame 35 is formed with an opening through which an object to be packaged can pass.

Further, when the packaging bag 10 is scooped up by the holding frame 35, as described above, the packaging bag 10 is cut by the cut portion 17 formed at the boundary between the lip portion 15 and the bag portion 13, and the lip portion 15 and the bag portion 13 are separated. It becomes divided (see FIG. 2C).

Next, the holding frame 35 is further locked at the position rotated counterclockwise, and the work for inserting the article to be packaged into the packaging bag 10 is performed. When the insertion of the article to be packaged into the packaging bag 10 is completed, the article to be packaged is detached from the holding frame 35 together with the packaging bag 10 and the holding frame 35 becomes empty. Thereafter, the holding frame 35 is rotated and the packaging process is repeated.

[Embodiment 2]
The packaging bag of the first embodiment has been described in which the lip portion is formed with the back surface extended as it is, but in the second embodiment, a cutout portion is formed in a part of the lip portion with reference to FIGS. 3 and 4. The packaging bag provided with a will be described. In addition, since the packaging bag of Embodiment 2 differs only in the shape of a lip part compared with the packaging bag of Embodiment 1, the same code | symbol is attached | subjected about a common structure and detailed description is abbreviate | omitted.

As shown in FIG. 3, the packaging bag 10 </ b> A according to the second embodiment has a rectangular cutout portion 20 </ b> A formed at a substantially central portion of the lip portion 15 of the packaging bag 10 described in the first embodiment. Other configurations are the same as those of the packaging bag 10 of the first embodiment. That is, the packaging bag 10A of the second embodiment has a bag-like bag portion 13 having a front surface 11 and a back surface 12 and an opening 14 formed on one side, and an opening 16 extending from the back surface 12. The lip portion 15A has a cut-out portion 20A. A cut portion 17 is formed at the boundary between the lip portion 15 </ b> A and the bag portion 13, and cut portions 18 are formed at both ends of the cut portion 17.

By forming the cutout portion 20A, the air blow W from the blower 39 can be easily guided to the opening portion 14, and the lip portion 15A and the cutout portion 17 of the bag portion 13 are shortened. Become.

In addition, the packaging bag 10A of Embodiment 2 has a better effect when a plurality of sheets are laminated to form a packaging bag bundle 21A. Hereinafter, the packaging bag bundle 21A in which the packaging bags 10A of the actual form 2 are integrated will be described.

The packaging bag bundle 21A in which the packaging bags 10A according to the second embodiment are stacked is attached to the packaging auxiliary device 30 in a continuous manner in the same manner as the packaging bag bundle 21 in which the packaging bags 10 according to the first embodiment are stacked. It is used when packaging. However, since the packaging bag bundle 21A of the second embodiment has a cutout portion 20A formed in the lip portion 15A of the packaging bag 10A, the lip portion is formed when a plurality of packaging bags 10A are stacked. The cutout portion 20 </ b> A of 15 </ b> A is like a passage that leads to the opening portion 14 of the bag portion 13.

This effect will be described with reference to FIGS. 4 and 8 for packaging by the packaging auxiliary device for the packaging bag and packaging bag bundle of the second embodiment. Since the packaging process by the packaging auxiliary device 30 is the same as that described in the first embodiment, a common description is omitted.

As shown in FIG. 8, when the packaging bag 10 </ b> A is attached to the holding frame 35 at the tip of the arm 34 by rotating the rotating body 33 of the packaging auxiliary device 30, the openings of the stacked packaging bags 10 </ b> A are opened. 14 from the blower 39. At this time, since the cutout portion 20A is formed in the lip portion 15A as described above in the packaging bag 10A of the second embodiment, the blower W passes through the cutout portion 20A without being blocked by the lip portion 15A. It is possible to enter the packaging bag 10A from the opening 14.

Thus, by forming the cutout portion 20 </ b> A in the lip portion 15 </ b> A, it becomes easier to guide the air blown by the blower 39 to the opening 14. That is, in the packaging bag bundle 21 of Embodiment 1 described above, there is not much problem as long as the packaging bags 10 are not stacked in many layers. The lip portion 15 also becomes higher, and the lip portion 15 blocks air from the blower 39 and makes it difficult to open the opening 14 of the packaging bag 10.

Therefore, as shown in FIG. 4, the cutout portion 20A is formed in the lip portion 15A of the packaging bag 10A of the second embodiment, and the packaging bag 10A is laminated to form a packaging bag bundle 21A. The passage of the blower W is formed by the cutout portion 20A of the lip portion 15A of the bag 10A, so that the blower from the blower 39 is not blocked and the opening 14 can be reliably opened. Other steps are the same as those in the first embodiment.

The opening 16 formed in the lip portion 15A is heat-welded inside the opening 16 in the same manner as the opening 16 in the first embodiment, so that the packaging bag bundle 21A is integrated and is not easily separated. Yes.

[Modification]
Although the cutout portion of the lip portion of the packaging bag of the second embodiment is formed in a rectangular shape, the shape is not limited to this, and may be another shape. Hereinafter, as a modification, another shape of the cutout portion will be exemplified and described. In addition, since it is common to the structure of Embodiment 1 and 2 except the shape of a cutout part, the same code | symbol is attached | subjected to a common structure and detailed description is abbreviate | omitted.

As a shape of the cutout portion of the lip portion, FIG. 5A shows a packaging bag 10B in which the cutout portion 20B is formed in a triangular shape. Further, FIG. 5B shows a packaging bag 10C in which the cutout portion 20C is formed in a trapezoidal shape. FIG. 5C shows a packaging bag 10D in which the cutout portion 20D is formed in an inverted triangle shape. FIG. 5D shows a packaging bag 10E in which the cutout portion 20E is formed in a semicircular shape.

As described above, even if the cutout portions 20B to 20E are formed in various shapes, the blower of the blower 39 can be sent into the bag portion through the cutout portions 20B to 20E of the lip portions 15B to 15E. Therefore, a lip portion having an appropriate shape can be formed in accordance with the size and shape of the packaging bag.

Further, the cutout portion of the lip portion is not only formed at the substantially central portion of the packaging bag, but the cutout portions may be formed at both end sides of the lip portion. FIG. 6A shows a packaging bag 10F in which trapezoidal cutout portions 20F are formed at both ends of the lip portion 15F. FIG. 6B shows a packaging bag 10G in which rectangular cutout portions 20G are formed at both ends of the lip portion 15G. FIG. 6C shows a packaging bag 10H in which cut-out portions 20H having an elliptical shape are formed at both ends of the lip portion 15H.

The case where the cutout portions are formed at both ends of the lip portion of the packaging bag will be described with reference to the triangular shape shown in FIG. 6A. As shown in FIG. In 21F, the blower W from the blower 39 enters into the bag part 13 from the opening 14 of the packaging bag 10F through the passage formed by the cutout parts 20F at both ends of the lip part 15F, and the bag part 13 is inflated. become.

As described above, the cutout portion formed in the lip portion can form a lip portion having an appropriate shape in accordance with the size and shape of the packaging bag. In addition, the shape of the cut-out portion is the shape shown in the second embodiment and the modified example or other shapes, for example, a triangular shape, an inverted triangular shape, a trapezoidal shape, an inverted trapezoidal shape, a rectangular shape, a rectangular shape, a circular shape and an elliptical shape. It can be formed in any shape such as one of some shapes or a combination of these.

In the first embodiment and the second embodiment, the case where the cut portion is formed in the cut portion at the boundary between the bag portion and the lip portion is described, but the present invention is not limited thereto, and the cut portion may not be formed. By doing in this way, the manufacturing process of a packaging bag can be reduced and the manufacturing cost of a packaging bag can be suppressed.
