本出願は、米国特許法第119条に基づき、2011年7月21日に出願された"HOSE CLAMP WITH RIPPLED SPRING LINER"と題する米国特許出願第13/188,103号に対する優先権を主張し、その全ての内容を参照により本願明細書に援用する。
Claims (20)
- 内面を有するホースクランプ用の環状スプリングライナーであって、
前記ライナーの縁部近傍にある円周肩部と、
前記肩部よりも小さい円周の、中央にある円筒形の波形接触部と
を備え、
(1)前記肩部は、前記内面に当接するようになされており、
(2)前記波形接触部は、鋸歯形状の波形を備える、
スプリングライナー。 - 前記ライナーの両縁部近傍に円周肩部をさらに備え、前記肩部は両方とも前記内面に当接する、請求項1に記載のスプリングライナー。
- 前記波形接触部は、クランプの緊張力がない状態では前記内面に当接しない、請求項2に記載のスプリングライナー。
- 前記波形接触部は、前記内面よりも狭い、請求項3に記載のスプリングライナー。
- 前記波形接触部の幅は、前記内面の幅の40%から70%の範囲である、請求項4に記載のスプリングライナー。
- 少なくとも一つの縁部に、径方向外側を向くフレア状フランジをさらに備える、請求項4に記載のスプリングライナー。
- それぞれの円周縁部に、前記内面の幅を超えて延在する径方向外側を向くフレア状フランジをさらに備える、請求項3に記載のスプリングライナー。
- 前記ライナーは、重なり合う端部を有する略円形である、請求項1に記載のスプリングライナー。
- 内面及び環状スプリングライナーを有するホースクランプであって、前記ライナーは、
前記ライナーの縁部近傍にある円周肩部と、
前記肩部よりも小さい円周の、中央にある円筒形の波形接触部と
を備え、
(1)前記肩部は、前記内面に当接するようになされており、
(2)前記波形接触部は、鋸歯形状の波形を備える、
ホースクランプ。 - 前記ライナーの両縁部近傍に円周肩部をさらに備え、前記肩部は両方とも前記内面に当接する、請求項9に記載のホースクランプ。
- 前記波形接触部は、クランプの緊張力がない状態では前記内面に当接せず、ギャップは、前記波形接触部と前記内面との間に画定される、請求項10に記載のホースクランプ。
- 前記波形接触部は、前記内面よりも狭い、請求項11に記載のホースクランプ。
- 前記波形接触部の幅は、前記内面の幅の40%から70%の範囲である、請求項12に記載のホースクランプ。
- 少なくとも一つの縁部に、径方向外側を向くフレア状フランジをさらに備える、請求項12に記載のホースクランプ。
- それぞれの円周縁部に、前記内面の幅を超えて延在する径方向外側を向くフレア状フランジをさらに備える、請求項11に記載のホースクランプ。
- 前記ライナーは、重なり合う端部を有する略円形である、請求項9に記載のホースクランプ。
- テンショナーをさらに備える、請求項11に記載のホースクランプ。
- 前記テンショナーは、ウォーム駆動を備える、請求項17に記載のホースクランプ。
- それぞれの波形は、第1の部分と、前記第1の部分に対して斜めに伸びている第2の部分と、を含み、
第1の角度は、前記第1の部分と垂直に伸びた仮想線との間で定義され、第2の角度は、前記第2の部分と垂直に伸びた仮想線との間で定義され、
それぞれの波形の前記第2の角度は、それぞれの波形の前記第1の角度よりも大きい、請求項1記載のスプリングライナー。 - それぞれの波形は、第1の部分と、前記第1の部分に対して斜めに伸びている第2の部分と、を含み、
第1の角度は、前記第1の部分と垂直に伸びた仮想線との間で定義され、第2の角度は、前記第2の部分と垂直に伸びた仮想線との間で定義され、
それぞれの波形の前記第2の角度は、それぞれの波形の前記第1の角度よりも大きい、請求項9記載のホースクランプ。
