Claims (12)
- 鋳造部品内に回路を形成するための溶解可能な固体コアである回路形成部と、
前記回路形成部の内部に形成された内部チャネルと、を備え、
前記内部チャネルは、前記回路形成部を貫通する溶出通路を画定し、
前記内部チャネルが入口と出口とを含み、前記溶出通路が前記入口と前記出口との間に延びる、鋳造用物品。 - 前記回路形成部が、前縁回路形成部と蛇行回路形成部と後縁回路形成部とのうちの1つである、請求項1に記載の鋳造用物品。
- 前記鋳造用物品が、シリカとアルミナと耐熱金属とのうちの少なくとも1つから作られた付加製造コアである、請求項1に記載の鋳造用物品。
- 複数の回路形成部と、前記複数の回路形成部のうちの少なくとも1つに連結されたスタビライザ部とを備える、請求項1に記載の鋳造用物品。
- 前記内部チャネルが、前記回路形成部を通して形成された高対流チャネルである、請求項1に記載の鋳造用物品。
- 前記回路形成部を通して形成された、複数の前記内部チャネルを備える、請求項5に記載の鋳造用物品。
- 前記内部チャネルが、外側シェル本体によって囲まれた最大表面積内部チャネルである、請求項1に記載の鋳造用物品。
- 前記回路形成部が、前記内部チャネルを含む第1の脚部と、前記内部チャネルとは異なるように形成された第2の内部チャネルを含む第2の脚部とを含む、請求項1に記載の鋳造用物品。
- 前記回路形成部が、鋳造プロセス中に意図的に破損するように構成された、少なくとも1つの設計破損特徴部を含む、請求項1に記載の鋳造用物品。
- ガスタービンエンジン部品を製造するための鋳造用物品の作成方法であって、
粉末状材料を付加製造システムに供給するステップであって、前記粉末状材料が、シリカ材料とアルミナ材料と耐熱金属材料とのうちの少なくとも1つを含む、供給するステップと、
鋳造用物品を層毎に製造するために前記付加製造システムを使用するステップであって、前記鋳造用物品が、ガスタービンエンジン部品内に回路を形成するための固体コアである回路形成部を複数含み、前記回路形成部のうちの少なくとも1つが、前記回路形成部を通る中空開口部を構築する内部チャネルを含む、使用するステップと、を含み、
溶出通路が、前記内部チャネルの入口と出口との間に延びる、方法。 - 前記付加製造システムを使用する前記ステップが、
前記鋳造用物品の第1の断面層を形成するために前記粉末状材料の第1の層を融解させることと、
前記粉末状材料の第2の層を前記第1の断面層の上に広げることと、
前記鋳造用物品の第2の断面層を形成するために前記第2の層を融解させることと、を含む、請求項10に記載の方法。 - 前記回路形成部のうちの前記少なくとも1つが、前記内部チャネルを含む第1の脚部と、前記内部チャネルとは異なるように形成された第2の内部チャネルを含む第2の脚部とを含む、請求項10に記載の方法。
