Description
The present invention relates to a drying facility for VOC emission used for drying foods and coated products, and in particular, VOC emission capable of reducing the cost required for generating dry gas and the cost required for deodorizing exhaust gas. It concerns the drying equipment corresponding to.
For example, the surface of a can of a canned beverage or the like is coated with a logo mark, product information, or the like by using a paint, and surface treatment is performed. It is used.

In the operation of the drying facility 1 ', a heat exchanger 6' is provided in the exhaust path of the deodorized gas G5 'discharged from the deodorizing device 4', and the deodorized gas G5 'is provided in the heat exchanger 6'. Attempts have been made to reduce the amount of fuel consumed by the deodorizing device 4 '(drying equipment 1') by taking the heat therein into the exhaust gas G3 '.
Incidentally, the drying equipment 1 'shown in FIG. 4 adopts a so-called one-pass flow form in which all exhaust gas G3' is exhausted to the outside, and the exhaust gas G3 'discharged from the dryer 2' The present invention is not limited to a coated product in which contact with an object to be dried is not preferable, but is used for drying processing of foods and the like.

In order to reduce the running cost of such a drying facility, the present applicant has devised a device configured to supply the outside air heated by the heat pump as a drying gas to the dryer, and has already filed a patent application. (See Patent Document 1).
However, the device described in
The present invention has been made in view of such a background, and it is possible to reduce the running cost of the entire drying equipment by reducing the cost required for the generation of the dry gas and the cost required for the deodorization of the exhaust gas. The technical challenge is to develop a drying facility that can handle new VOC emissions.

The above problems can be solved by using the configuration of the invention described in the above claims.
According to the invention 請 Motomeko 1 wherein, the temperature of the deodorization already gas in deodorization apparatus can be lowered as compared with the case of using the deodorizing apparatus of direct-fired, as a result, reduce the fuel consumption in the deodorizer can do. Further, since the temperature of the outside air is increased by a heat pump operated by electric energy, the running cost can be reduced as compared with the temperature increase of the outside air by the fuel and the temperature increase of the outside air by the electric heater.
Further, since direct fuel use is not required for the generation of dry gas, the fuel consumption in the entire drying facility can be reduced, and the running cost can be reduced.
The form of the drying equipment corresponding to the VOC emission of the present invention is as shown in the following example as an example, but it is also possible to appropriately change this example within the scope of the technical idea of the present invention.

Next, the

The

Exhaust gas G3: 150 ° C
High temperature exhaust gas G4: 350 ° C
Deodorized gas G5: 500 ° C
Low temperature deodorized gas G6: 300 ° C
In the operation of the
Note that the energy of the heat source water W is also used in the
On the other hand, in the
Thus, in the
Incidentally, in which even with an electric heater instead of the hot-air furnace 3 ', it becomes possible towards
In
On the other hand, in the conventional method of drying equipment 1 'shown in FIG. 4, and deodorized by direct-fired hot exhaust gas G4 of 450 ° C., since the fact that the 750 ° C. deodorizing already gas G5 is obtained, 450 ° C. The high temperature exhaust gas G4 ′ is heated to 750 ° C., that is, the temperature difference is increased by 300 ° C. That is, in the case of the
As described above, the
And Drying
また他の試算条件は、LPG(5000h/年、100円/kg、1.96kg/m3 、3.00t‐CO2 /t)、電気(14円/kWh、0.417kg‐CO2 /kWh(中部電力)、負荷率70%)とした。

As can be seen from the results in Table 1, the
In addition, the energy consumption when converted to crude oil was estimated using the provisional calculation table (heat / combined calculation) of the amount used, which is published on the website of the Energy Conservation Center, Japan.
As a result, the crude oil equivalent reduction rate was estimated to be 19% per year.
Furthermore, CO 2 emissions were estimated using the list of calculation methods and emission factors based on the calculation / report / publication system published on the Ministry of the Environment website, and are shown in Table 3.
As a result, a trial calculation result that the CO 2 emission reduction rate is 17% per year was obtained.

Then, when the state of the
Outside air G0: 20 ° C
High temperature outside air G1: 80 ° C
Drying gas G2: 200 ° C
Exhaust gas G3: 150 ° C
High temperature exhaust gas G4: 350 ° C
Deodorized gas G5: 500 ° C
Low temperature deodorized gas G6: 350 ° C
Low temperature deodorized gas G7: 230 ° C
In the operation of the drying
Here, the energy consumed by the heat pump
In addition, even when the temperature of the waste water of other equipment is lower than the temperature of the main heat source water W, the heat energy held by the low temperature deodorized gas G7 in the
On the other hand, the conventional method of drying
However, in the drying
Therefore, since the fuel consumption in the
The total running cost of the
Thus, the drying

Incidentally, the two-dot chain line shown in FIG. 1 or FIG. 3 is a pipe line for forming a circulation flow using the low-temperature deodorized gas G6 or G7 for drying the object to be dried. By adopting this circulation flow, the running cost can be further reduced.
