Description
Claims (10)
- タイヤトレッドを成形して加硫するためのモールドの成形要素であって、前記トレッドは、前記タイヤが走行しているときに路面に接触するようになったトレッド表面を有し、前記成形要素(1)は、生タイヤ(11)の前記タイヤトレッドの一部を成形するようになった成形面(3)と、前記生タイヤの前記トレッド中にサイプ又は溝を成形するようになった長さL及び高さHcのブレード(5)とを有し、前記ブレードは、前記ブレードの長さに沿って延長方向Xに延びる丸形端部(8)を有する、成形要素において、前記成形要素は、前記ブレードの各側で前記ブレードから或る特定の距離を置いたところに位置すると共に前記ブレードの前記長さLが延びる方向に沿って延びる2つの切断手段を有し、各切断手段は、一端に、前記延長方向Xに延びる山部(2)と谷部(4;4a;4b)とから成る交互配列体を有し、前記成形面(3)に対する前記山部の距離は、前記ブレードの前記高さHc以上であり、
前記生タイヤは、カバー層(13)で覆われており、前記2つの切断手段(7)の山部(2)は、前記カバー層を切断するようになっており、前記ブレード(5)は、前記生タイヤの前記トレッド中に溝を成形すると同時に前記切断手段により切断された前記カバー層の一部を前記溝内に押し込むようになっている、成形要素。 - 前記切断手段の前記山部(2)は、尖っている、請求項1記載の成形要素。
- 2つの隣り合う山部の各頂点の間の距離は、3〜4mmである、請求項1又は2記載の成形要素。
- 前記山部は、鋭利にされており、各山部は、前記延長方向Xに垂直な断面平面で見て鋭角αをなしている、請求項1〜3のうちいずれか一に記載の成形要素。
- 前記谷部(4a,4b)は、丸くされている、請求項1〜4のうちいずれか一に記載の成形要素。
- 前記谷部の少なくとも一部は、前記成形面に向けて延びる凹部を有する、請求項1〜5のうちいずれか一に記載の成形要素。
- 前記延長方向Xに垂直な断面平面で見て、前記ブレードは、前記成形面(3)に垂直な対称軸線(S)に関して対称性を示す長さLpの輪郭形状を有し、前記対称軸線は、2つの部分輪郭形状(A‐C,B‐C)を定めるよう前記ブレードの縁のところで前記ブレードの前記輪郭形状と交差し、各切断手段(7)に関し、前記切断手段の山部と前記輪郭形
状の前記対称軸線との間の距離(D)は、前記切断手段に隣接して位置する前記部分輪郭形状の長さ(1/2・Lp)以下である、請求項1〜6のうちいずれか一に記載の成形要素。 - 前記切断手段は、少なくとも2つの枝部を含み、各枝部は、山部(2)と谷部(4)とから成る交互配列体を有する、請求項1〜7のうちいずれか一に記載の成形要素。
- 前記切断手段は、リブの幅を有し、前記切断手段は、一端に、互いに離れて位置する山部と谷部とから成る少なくとも2つの交互配列体(27,29)を有する、請求項1〜8のうちいずれか一に記載の成形要素。
- タイヤトレッドを成形して加硫するためのモールドであって、前記モールドは、請求項1〜9のうちいずれか一に記載の成形要素を複数個有するモールド。
