Description
The present invention relates to a temperature detection device that comes into contact with the bottom of a cooking vessel placed on the virtues of a gas stove and detects the temperature of the cooking vessel.
There is widely known a temperature detection device that projects from the center of a stove burner and detects the temperature of a cooking container that is cooked by the stove burner. This temperature detection device includes a thermal head with a built-in temperature sensor, a holder attached to the upper end of the thermal head, a support pipe attached in such a manner that the holder can move in the vertical direction, and between the holder and the support pipe. And a coil spring that biases the holder upward. In the state where the cooking container is not placed on the virtues, the temperature detection device is in a state where the thermal head protrudes from the surface on which the cooking container is placed. For this reason, when the cooking container is placed on Gotoku, the temperature detecting device is pushed down at the bottom of the cooking container, and the thermal head comes into contact with the bottom of the cooking container. As a result, the temperature of the cooking container can be detected by the temperature sensor built in the thermal head.
Here, it is desired that the thermal head can quickly transmit the temperature of the cooking container in contact with the built-in temperature sensor (that is, the temperature responsiveness is good). It is also important that there is little variation in characteristics due to individual differences. Further, since the thermal head rubs against the bottom of the cooking container during cooking, it is also necessary to have sufficient durability against wear and scraping by the bottom of the cooking container. Of course, it is also strongly required that it can be manufactured at low cost by mass production.
Conventionally, the thermal head that is required to be used in various ways is combined with a metal-made thermal head made by machining or the like (Patent Document 1) and a pressed stainless steel sheet metal part. A thermal head (Patent Document 2) has been used.
However, any of the thermal heads that have been used conventionally has a problem that various requirements for the thermal head cannot be satisfied at a sufficient level at the same time. For example, a thermal head combined with stainless steel sheet metal parts can be manufactured in large quantities and at low cost by pressing, and since the thermal head can be formed of stainless steel, wear due to the bottom of the cooking vessel. Sufficient durability can be ensured against cutting and scraping. However, since stainless steel has poor thermal conductivity, the temperature response cannot be sufficiently satisfied, and in addition, due to the variation in manufacturing of sheet metal parts, gaps are generated between the sheet metal parts, and characteristics due to individual differences. There is a drawback that variations tend to occur.
On the other hand, a thermal head with an integrated structure, such as by machining, can be made of a metal with good thermal conductivity (such as brass) to ensure sufficient temperature responsiveness. Variations in characteristics due to differences are less likely to occur. However, a metal having good thermal conductivity is liable to be worn and scraped by the bottom of the cooking vessel, and further, it has a drawback that it is difficult to manufacture at a low cost by mass production. As described above, the conventional thermal head cannot satisfy the demands for durability and mass production when trying to satisfy the demands for temperature responsiveness and variation, and conversely, it satisfies the demands for durability and mass production. As a result, there has been a problem that the demand for temperature responsiveness and variation cannot be satisfied.
The present invention has been made in response to the above-mentioned problems of the prior art, and is applied to a thermal head with respect to temperature responsiveness, variation in characteristics due to individual differences, durability against wear and abrasion, and ease of mass production. It is an object of the present invention to provide a temperature detection device capable of satisfying all requests simultaneously at a sufficient level.

In order to solve the above-described problems, the temperature detection device of the present invention employs the following configuration. That is,
In the temperature detection device that is provided in the stove burner and detects the temperature of the cooking container placed on Gotoku,
A support pipe attached upward from the stove burner;
A holder attached to the support pipe in a manner movable in the vertical direction;
A thermal head attached to the upper end of the holder;
A coil spring for urging the holder upward,
The thermal head is
A bottomed cup made of metal mainly composed of at least one of copper or aluminum having a convex portion formed on the outer periphery of the bottom;
A temperature sensor housed together with a filler in the bottomed cup;
A cup pressing plate which is formed in a circular shape having an opening in the center, and holds the convex portion of the bottomed cup at the opening;
The cup has a larger outer diameter than the press plate, characterized by comprising the iron alloy heat collecting plate for caulking the cup push plate by the outer peripheral portion is bent.
In such a temperature detection device of the present invention, when the cooking container is placed on the virtues, the thermal head comes into contact with the cooking container while being biased by the coil spring. In this thermal head, a temperature sensor is housed together with a filler in a metal bottomed cup mainly composed of at least one of copper and aluminum, and the bottomed cup is pressed by a cup pressing plate. It is formed by crimping at the outer periphery of the alloy heat collecting plate.
In this way, the heat collecting plate that rubs against the bottom of the cooking vessel can be made of an iron alloy, so that sufficient durability can be secured against wear and scraping due to the bottom of the cooking vessel, and caulking by press Can be assembled at low cost by mass production. Although the detailed mechanism will be described later, the temperature sensor is housed in the bottomed cup, and further, the bottomed cup is formed of a metal material mainly composed of at least one of copper and aluminum. There is no variation in characteristics due to individual differences, and sufficient temperature responsiveness can be secured. As a result, it is possible to realize a temperature detection device that can satisfy various requirements for the thermal head at a sufficient level simultaneously.
Moreover, in the temperature detection apparatus of this invention mentioned above, it is good also as forming a circular flange part in the upper end of a holder, and crimping | stopping the flange part to a heat collecting board with a cup pressing plate.
If it carries out like this, when attaching a heat collecting board to the upper end of a holder, a cup pressing board and a bottomed cup can be attached simultaneously. In addition, since the caulking can be stopped over the entire circumference of the flange portion of the holder, there is no possibility that oil smoke or simmered juice enters the inside of the temperature detecting device from the caulking stopped portion and deteriorates the characteristics. .
Moreover, in the temperature detection apparatus of the present invention described above, the holder and the cup pressing plate may be formed of an iron alloy material in the same manner as the heat collecting plate.
In this way, when the holder and the cup pressing plate are swaged with the heat collecting plate, the holder and the cup pressing plate will not be stretched (so-called “sagging” will not occur). can do. As a result, oil smoke or boiled juice does not enter the inside of the temperature detection device from the location where the crimping is stopped, and it is possible to prevent the characteristics from deteriorating even when used for a long time.
Further, in the temperature detection device of the present invention described above, the portion where the cup pressing plate presses the convex portion of the bottomed cup is formed in a concave shape, and the side facing the heat collecting plate of the bottomed cup and the cup pressing plate is: It is good also as a state which made the bottomed cup protrude from the cup pressing plate to the heat collecting plate side.
If it carries out like this, a clearance gap will be made between a cup pressing plate and a heat collecting board by the part which the bottomed cup protruded from the cup pressing plate. Then, when the heat collecting plate is swaged in that state, the heat collecting plate is swaged in a state in which the gap formed between the cup and the cup pressing plate is narrowed. For this reason, since the heat collecting plate is pressed against the bottomed cup by the elasticity of the heat collecting plate, the heat collecting plate and the bottomed cup can be reliably brought into contact with each other. As a result, it is possible to prevent variations in characteristics due to the occurrence of a gap between the heat collecting plate and the bottomed cup.
FIG. 1 is a cross-sectional view showing the structure of a
The
When fuel gas is injected into the mixing
The
FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view showing the internal structure of the
The
A
FIG. 3 is an explanatory view illustrating a method of assembling the
When assembling the
FIG. 5 is an exploded view showing how the
As shown in the figure, the
The bottomed
Further, the outer diameter of the
And the
Since the
FIG. 6 is an explanatory view showing a method of assembling the thermal head to the
Thereafter, as shown in FIG. 6B, the
As described above, the conventional temperature detection device in which the thermal head is assembled to the
Alternatively, as shown in FIG. 7B, when the
Of course, actually, the
In addition, in actuality, the
In order to avoid the above problems, the
Further, even when the
On the other hand, in the
Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 10A, the
Further, the
Next, the temperature responsiveness of the
FIG. 11 is an explanatory diagram showing the results of actually measuring the temperature responsiveness of the
As shown in the actual measurement result of FIG. 11A, the
FIG. 12 is an explanatory diagram showing the reason why the
On the other hand, in the
In addition, the
