Description

The present invention relates to edgeless glasses configured by directly connecting lenses without a rim.

FIG. 8 is a specific example showing conventional general edgeless glasses. Both lenses (b) and (b) are screwed by a connecting member (b), and the outer parts of the lenses (b) and (b) are attached by screws. . The armor (c) is attached via a joint part so that the crane (d) can be folded, and further, on the inner side of the lens (b), a nose pad ( E) is provided.

By the way, both the lenses (A) and (A) are screwed by a connecting member (B), and the Yoroi (C) is also screwed to the outside of the lens, but it is connected to the lens (A) by one screw. When fixing, the structure must not rotate around the screw. Therefore, in the edgeless glasses, a contact piece (f) that abuts on the outer periphery of the lens is provided on the connecting member (b) and the armor (c), thereby preventing the lens from rotating and being free from rattling.

In this way, the two lenses (a) and (a) are screwed to the fastening pieces (g) and (g) extending from both sides of the connecting member (b), and the outer lens (c) and (c) ) Is fastened with screws, and in order to prevent lens rotation, a contact piece (f) is provided so as to contact the outer periphery of the lens. However, in frameless glasses, various connection structures are known instead of the corresponding piece (f) in order to prevent lens rotation.

For example, the “rimless eyeglasses” according to Utility Model Registration No. 3043006 has a simple structure, does not require specialized techniques and machines, can be assembled anywhere, without looseness, can be firmly fixed, and is inexpensive. It is a lens mounting structure for edgeless spectacles that is strong and durable. Therefore, a structure in which a notch portion is provided on one lens surface at the end of the spectacle lens, and a substantially U-shaped frame mounting member provided with a mounting portion that fits into the notch portion is sandwiched and attached from the front and back of the lens. It is said.
Here, in order to attach the frame mounting member, a notch is processed in the lens surface, but it is not easy to process the notch with high accuracy in various lenses having different thicknesses and curvatures.
Therefore, the frame mounting member cannot be accurately mounted on the lens, and a temple (temple) connected to the frame mounting member via a joint is displaced.

Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 11-326838 discloses a “correcting lens mounting structure for eyeglasses and its eyeglasses” using parts equivalent to sample eyeglasses, incorporating correction lenses instead of dummy lenses for display, and assembling correction eyeglasses. At this time, it is a correction lens mounting structure that can guarantee the same condition as the sample glasses without modifying the spectacle frame parts such as brackets and bridges.
Therefore, the bracket contact surface of the correction lens is tilted with respect to the lens surface to form the bottom surface of the groove portion into which the bracket is fitted, and the inner reference angle of the correction lens is set to the same angle as the inner reference angle θ of the display dummy lens. An angle is set.

In this case as well, the bracket is attached by processing the surface of the correcting lens, but it is not easy to process the groove portion into which the bracket is fitted.
“Ringless glasses” related to utility model registration No. 3043006 “Lens mounting structure for correcting glasses and its glasses” according to JP-A-11-326838

As described above, the conventional edgeless glasses having no rim on which the lens is fitted have the above-described problems. The problem to be solved by the present invention is this problem. Regardless of the shape of the lens, the armor attached to the outer periphery of the lens and the connecting member for connecting both lenses can be correctly and stably connected to the lens. To provide edgeless glasses that can be mounted without applying an excessive load on the lens.

The rimless eyeglasses according to the present invention are constructed by connecting both lenses with a connecting member, attaching an armor to the outside of the lens, and attaching the armor so that the crane can be folded via a joint. The structure is the same as the conventional one. By the way, in this invention, the notch part is provided in the lens outer periphery, the fitting part is formed in the both sides of a connection member, and the fitting part is provided also in the alloy.

By fitting the fitting portion into a notch portion provided in the lens, both lenses are connected and fixed to both sides of the connecting member, and an armor is attached to the outside of the lens. By the way, the notch is cut out from the outer periphery of the lens, and the upper and lower surfaces of the notch are inclined so that the lens surface side is narrow and the lens back side is wide.
For this purpose, the upper and lower surfaces of the fitting portion are also inclined at the same angle and fitted into the notch without rattling, and a surface portion that does not fit into the notch is integrated on the surface of the fitting. Is provided.

Therefore, the fitting portion fits into the notch portion, and the surface portion is located on the lens surface. Therefore, the fitting portion is fixed to the lens without detaching from the notch portion because the edge of the surface portion contacts the lens surface. An adhesive is applied to the inner surface of the cutout portion and the surface of the fitting portion, and the fitting portion is fixed to the cutout portion.
By the way, the notch cut from the outer periphery of the lens may be formed to penetrate the lens surface and the back surface, or may form the bottom on the back side without penetrating to the back surface side.

In the edgeless glasses of the present invention, both lenses are connected by a connecting member, and a lens is attached to the outside of the lens to constitute a front portion. This point is the same as conventional edgeless glasses, but has a mounting structure in which a fitting part is fitted into a notch part formed by cutting from the outer periphery of the lens. By providing a fitting part on both sides of the connecting member, and also providing a fitting part on the armor, the lens can be mounted stably without rattling on both sides of the connecting member, and the armor is rattling on the outside of the lens. It can be installed stably.

The fitting portion is fitted and fixed to the lens notch portion, and is therefore configured as a part of the lens, so that excessive stress does not act on the lens. Therefore, when the temple is opened and glasses are put on the face, the influence of the stress based on the bending moment generated on the armor and the connecting member on the lens is small, and the lens cracking is suppressed.

Then, the fitting part that fits into the notch provided on the outer periphery of the lens is formed as a part of the connecting member, so that the lens is attached to the connecting member by fitting the fitting part into the notch, and the outside of the lens is also the same. Is attached to the lens, and both lenses are positioned symmetrically with respect to the connecting member.
The upper and lower surfaces of the notch are inclined so that the width dimension on the lens surface side is reduced, and the fitting part is fitted into the notch and the surface part is in contact with the lens surface. It will not come off the notch.

FIG. 1 is an embodiment showing edgeless glasses according to the present invention, where (a) is a plan view and (b) is a front view. In the figure, reference numeral 1 denotes a lens, 2 denotes a connecting member, 3 denotes an armor, both lenses 1 and 1 are attached to both ends of the connecting member 2, and the arms 3 and 3 are attached to the outside of the lenses 1 and 1. . Further, the temples 4 and 4 are connected to the armatures 3 and 3 via the joints 5 and 5 so that they can be folded. Also, nose pads 6 and 6 are attached below the connecting member 2 and inside the lenses 1 and 1.

Although the basic form as the edgeless glasses is common to the conventional edgeless glasses shown in FIG. 8, in the present invention, the connection structure between the connection member 2 and the lenses 1 and 1, and the lens 1 and the armor 3 The connection structure is characterized.
By the way, in the conventional edgeless glasses, there are fastening pieces on both sides of the connecting member, and the fastening pieces are also provided on the armor, and the lens is screwed to each other through the fastening pieces. The lens is connected to the lens without using screws.

A notch portion is formed on the outer periphery of the lens, and fitting portions formed at both ends of the connecting member are fitted into the notch portion and fixed with an adhesive. Similarly, a fitting portion is integrally formed at the tip of the armor 3, and this fitting portion is fitted into the lens cutout portion. That is, it is attached to the lens notch portion via the fitting portion and constitutes a connection structure that does not use a screw.

FIG. 2A shows a specific example of the lens 1 alone, but notches 7 a and 7 b are formed on both sides of the lens 1. Here, the left notch portion 7a is a portion to be connected to the connecting member 2, and the right notch portion 7b is a portion to which the alloy 3 is connected. Then, as shown in FIG. 2 (b), which is an enlarged cross-sectional view taken along the line AA of the notched portion 7b, the notched portion 7b penetrates from the lens surface 8 to the back surface 9, and the upper surface 10 and the lower surface 11 are inclined. doing. That is, the distance (width dimension) between the upper surface 10 and the lower surface 11 is smaller on the front side and larger on the rear side.

As shown in FIG. 3 (a), the end portion of the alloy 3 has a fitting portion 12 and a surface portion 13 that are integrally formed. Here, in order for the fitting part 12 to fit into the notch part 7 formed in the lens 1, the upper surface 14 and the lower surface 15 are inclined at the same angle as the upper surface 10 and the lower surface 11 of the notch part 7b, and the Concave grooves 16 and 16 are provided in the upper surface 14 and the lower surface 15. The surface portion 13 has a height dimension (width dimension) larger than that of the fitting portion 12, the surface portion 13 protrudes from the fitting portion 12, and contact surfaces 17 and 17 are formed on the back side.

FIG. 4 shows a case where the armor 3 is attached to the notch 7. As shown in (a) of the figure, the end piece 3 has a fitting part 12 and a surface part 13 at the end part, and the fitting part 12 is notched as shown in (b) of the figure. 7 is fitted. In this case, the surface portion 13 is located on the lens surface side, and the contact surfaces 17 and 17 are in contact with the lens surface.
The surface of the fitting part 12 is fixed by applying an adhesive and fitting it into the notch part 7. The fitting part 7 once fitted into the notch part 7 is shown in FIG. 4 (a). The fitting portion 12 does not detach from the notch portion 7 unless pulled in the direction opposite to the arrow, but the adhesive does not come out even when pulled in the direction opposite to the arrow.

FIG. 5 shows a notch portion 7 formed in the lens 1 and a case where the fitting portion 12 is fitted in the notch portion 7. As shown in FIG. 5A, by inclining the upper surface 10 and the lower surface 11 of the notch 7, the height (width) of the notch 7 is not constant, and the lens surface side is made smaller. ing. The fitting portion 12 formed by tilting the upper surface 14 and the lower surface 15 is fitted into the notch portion 7 and the alloy 3 is attached as shown in FIG.

Here, by providing the concave grooves 16 and 16 on the upper surface 14 and the lower surface 15 of the fitting portion 12, gaps 18 and 18 are formed between the upper surface 10 and the lower surface 11 of the notch portion 7. 18 is applied to the upper surface 14 and the lower surface 15 of the fitting portion 12 and filled with excess adhesive. Therefore, even if the fitting portion 12 is pulled in the lens outer peripheral direction, it does not come out. Of course, the fitting part 12 fitted in the notch part 7 does not move in the front-rear direction of the notch part 7 (front-rear surface direction of the lens) because the surface part 13 hits the lens surface.

By the way, the notch 7 formed by cutting the outer periphery of the lens is not limited to the case where it penetrates from the lens surface to the lens back surface as described in the above embodiment, but only the lens surface side is notched as shown in FIG. Sometimes it forms. In other words, when the thickness of the lens 1 is large, it is sufficient to provide the notch 19 that is cut out only on the surface side without providing a notch penetrating from the front surface to the back surface.

If the armor 3 having the fitting portion 12 of the same size is attached, it is not necessary to penetrate to the back side. That is, FIG. 6 shows a notch portion 19 having a bottom 20, (a) shows a case where the fitting portion 12 is fitted into the notch portion 19 and the alloy 3 is attached, and (b) shows the attachment of the alloy 3. It is in the state. The fitting portion 12 is attached in the same manner as in the above embodiment, and the upper surface 14 and the lower surface 15 of the notch portion 19 are inclined so that the surface side height dimension (width dimension) is reduced.

7A shows a case where a notched portion 19 having a bottom 20 is provided on the lens 1 having a large thickness. FIG. 7B shows a case where the fitting portion 12 is fitted into the notched portion 19 and the armor 3 is attached. Each case is shown. A shallow seat 21 is formed on the surface of the notch portion 19, and when the fitting portion 12 fits into the notch portion 19, the contact surface side of the surface portion 13 fits into the seat 21. When the smooth curved lens surface is cut to form a flat seat 21 and the fitting portion 12 is fitted to the notch portion 19, the bottom surface of the fitting portion 12 contacts the bottom surface of the notch portion 19. At the same time, the abutment surface 17 of the surface portion 13 can come into contact with the bottom surface of the seat 21.
Of course, the seat 21 may not necessarily be provided on the lens surface, and the bottom surface of the fitting portion 12 may not be in contact with the bottom surface of the notch portion 19.
