Description
The present invention relates to a vehicular vibration noise reduction apparatus, and more particularly to a vehicular vibration noise reduction apparatus including a reduction gear that independently transmits driving force to left and right drive wheels.
Conventionally, a drive control device has been provided with an electric motor and a speed reducer for each of the left and right wheels, and independently controls the output torque or braking force of the electric motor corresponding to each of the left and right wheels when the vehicle is turning. (See, for example, Patent Document 1).
The electric motor and the speed reducer described in
The mount provided at the coupling portion between the subframe that supports the drive system as described above and the vehicle body transmits vibrations generated by the electric motor and reducer in
On the other hand, for driving wheels, it is known to improve turning performance by using left and right independent electric motors and reduction gears, or a differential gear (differential gear). However, if the left and right driving force difference is generated by the electric motor or the differential device, the mount is deformed by the force, and the reaction force generated by the deformation is transmitted to the vehicle body, thereby changing the traveling direction of the vehicle. Therefore, when the mount rigidity is low, the vehicle body is delayed in the turn of the mount by the time that the mount is deformed from the start of steering. From this point, it is necessary to increase the rigidity of the mount in order to improve the turning performance of the vehicle.
However, as described above, when the rigidity of the mount is increased, the vibration generated by the drive system (driving force transmission device) supported by the subframe and the effect of suppressing the input from the road surface to the vehicle body side are suppressed. Will be lost. Therefore, there is a problem that it is difficult to achieve both vibration suppression and noise transmission suppression and turning performance.
Solving such problems, it has the effect of suppressing the vibration generated by the driving force distribution device supported by the subframe and the transmission of input from the road surface to the vehicle body side, and improves turning performance Therefore, in the present invention, a drive source (7a, 7b) for applying a driving force to one axle (10a, 10b) of the front and rear wheels (Wf, Wr) of the vehicle, and the one left and right axles A driving force distribution device (9) for distributing the driving force from the driving source, and a driving force control device (11) for controlling the distribution of the driving force by the driving force distribution device, at least the driving force A subframe (21) that supports the distribution device; an elastic member (22) that is provided at a portion that supports the subframe by a vehicle body; and an elastic modulus change that changes an elastic modulus of the elastic member. Means (25, 27, 5 ) And has the elastic modulus changing unit was assumed that the driving force control device to increase the elastic modulus of the elastic member in the case of performing control to cause torque difference between the left and right wheels.
According to this, when the torque difference according to the distribution of the driving force to the left and right axles is large, the flexure of the mount of the subframe increases, but in this case, the elastic modulus (rigidity) of the mount is increased. Therefore, the rigidity (yaw rigidity) with respect to the change in the traveling direction of the vehicle body (yaw change) can be increased, and the response at the time of turning can be improved. In other cases, by setting the elastic modulus of the mount low, it is possible to suppress vibration and noise from the road surface from being transmitted to the vehicle body and generating noise in the passenger compartment with a soft mount. In addition, it is possible to achieve both suppression of vibration and noise transmission and turning performance.
In particular, the driving force control device includes turning information acquisition means (53, 54) for acquiring turning information when the vehicle turns, and generates a torque difference between the left and right axles based on the turning information. Preferably, the elastic modulus changing means increases the elastic modulus of the elastic member based on the turning information before the driving force control device performs control to generate the torque difference.
According to this, since the control for generating the torque difference between the left and right axles is performed and the elastic modulus of the elastic member is increased before the driving force is distributed to the left and right axles, a load is applied from the subframe to the vehicle body. When transmitted, since the elastic modulus of the elastic member is already high, the elastic member on the side to which a large load is applied due to the torque difference can be suppressed, and the turning response of the vehicle body can be reliably improved. it can.
The elastic member includes a magnetic viscoelastic body (25) whose elastic modulus changes according to the strength of the magnetic field, and the elastic modulus changing means includes a magnetic field applying means (27 for applying a magnetic field to the magnetic viscoelastic body. And a magnetic field control means (51) for controlling the magnetic field generated by the magnetic field applying means so as to change the elastic modulus of the magnetic viscoelastic body.
According to this, changing the elastic modulus of the mount is, for example, using a coil as the magnetic field applying means, and changing the elastic modulus of the elastic member by controlling the application of the magnetic field by increasing or decreasing the power supplied to the coil. Therefore, control can be easily performed.
In addition, it may have a strain detection means (52) for detecting the strain of the elastic member, and the driving force control device may correct the torque difference so as to decrease as the strain decreases.
According to this, it is possible to detect from the change in distortion of the elastic member that the traveling direction of the vehicle body has changed at the end of the turn, and based on this information, the difference (torque difference) between the driving forces input to the left and right wheels By making it small, the transition of the driving force from the turning state to the straight traveling state can be performed smoothly.
As described above, according to the present invention, by setting the elastic modulus of the mount of the subframe that supports the driving force distribution device to be low, vibration and noise from the road surface are transmitted to the vehicle body, and noise is generated in the vehicle interior. This can be suppressed by a soft mount, and at the time of turning, the elastic modulus of the mount can be increased to improve the turning performance. Therefore, it is possible to achieve both the suppression of vibration and noise transmission and the turning performance.
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a schematic block diagram showing a vehicle drive system to which the present invention is applied.

The coil 42 is electrically connected to the
The
The

A control procedure in the vehicle vibration reducing device configured as described above will be described below. Detection values such as vehicle speed, wheel speed difference between left and right wheels, steering rudder angle, yaw rate, lateral G, front / rear G, brake operation, accelerator operation, and the like are input to the
The torque difference signal ΔT is also input to the
Note that the elastic modulus of the
On the other hand, as described above, since the control for increasing the elastic modulus of the
Further, in the vehicle equipped with the
In the early stage of turning, when the
FIG. 4 is a time chart showing a control procedure showing an example of control for increasing the elastic modulus. The amount of deformation of the
Further, as indicated by a two-dot chain line in FIG. 3, it is preferable to embed a
Since the
Further, the
