Description
Claims (8)
- 基地局(BS)が、ハイブリッド自動再送要求(HARQ)を実行する方法であって、
第1のサービス提供セルを介して第2のサービス提供セルの第1のサブフレームに対するアップリンク許可を送信するステップと、
前記アップリンク許可に基づいて前記第1のサブフレームでアップリンクデータを受信するステップと、
前記第1のサービス提供セルのサブフレームiで物理HARQ指示子チャネル(PHICH)を介して、前記アップリンクデータに対する肯定応答/否定応答(ACK/NACK)を送信するステップと、
前記アップリンクデータに対する否定応答(NACK)が前記第1のサービス提供セルの前記サブフレームiでPHICHを介して送信されるとき、前記第2のサービス提供セルの第2のサブフレームで非適応的に再送信されたアップリンクデータを受信するステップと、を有し、
前記第1のサービス提供セル及び前記第2のサービス提供セルは、別個のアップリンク−ダウンリンク(UL−DL)設定を使用し、前記UL−DL設定はそれぞれ、TDDフレーム内の各サブフレームがアップリンクサブフレームに設定されるか、ダウンリンクサブフレームに設定されるか、又は特別サブフレームに設定されるかに関する情報であり、
前記アップリンクデータに対応するPHICHリソースが前記サブフレームiに無いとき、前記非適応的に再送信されたアップリンクデータは、前記第2のサービス提供セルの前記第2のサブフレームでは受信されない、方法。 - 前記アップリンクデータの再送信を示すアップリンク許可が前記サブフレームiで送信されたとき、ユーザ装置(UE)で適応的に再送信されたアップリンクデータは、前記第2のサービス提供セルの前記第2のサブフレームで受信される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記第1のサービス提供セル及び前記第2のサービス提供セルは、次の表に示すUL−DL設定0〜6のうち異なる二つを用いる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記サブフレームiは、前記第1のサブフレームと前記第2のサブフレームとの間に位置するサブフレームである、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 無線信号を送信及び受信する無線周波(RF)部と、
前記RF部と接続されるプロセッサと、を備え、
前記プロセッサは、第1のサービス提供セルを介して第2のサービス提供セルの第1のサブフレームに対するアップリンク許可を送信し、前記アップリンク許可に基づいて前記第1のサブフレームでアップリンクデータを受信し、前記アップリンクデータに対する肯定応答/否定応答(ACK/NACK)が、前記第1のサービス提供セルのサブフレームiで物理HARQ指示子チャネル(PHICH)を介して送信され、
前記第1のサービス提供セルの前記サブフレームiで前記PHICHを介して前記アッップリンクデータに対するNACKが送信されるときに、前記第2のサービス提供セルの第2のサブフレームで非適応的に再送信されたアップリンクデータを受信し、
前記第1のサービス提供セル及び前記第2のサービス提供セルは、別個のアップリンク−ダウンリンク(UL−DL)設定を使用し、前記UL−DL設定はそれぞれ、時分割2重通信(TDD)フレーム内の各サブフレームがアップリンクサブフレームに設定されるか、ダウンリンクサブフレームに設定されるか、又は特別サブフレームに設定されるかに関する情報であり、
前記アップリンクデータに対応するPHICHリソースが前記サブフレームiに無いとき、前記非適応的に再送信されたアップリンクデータは、前記第2のサービス提供セルの前記第2のサブフレームでは受信されない、基地局(BS)。 - 前記アップリンクデータの再送信を示すアップリンク許可が前記サブフレームiで送信されたとき、ユーザ装置(UE)で適応的に再送信されたアップリンクデータは、前記第2のサービス提供セルの前記第2のサブフレームで受信される、請求項5に記載の基地局。
- 前記第1のサービス提供セル及び前記第2のサービス提供セルは、次の表に示すUL−DL設定0〜6のうち異なる二つを用いる、請求項5に記載の基地局。
- 前記サブフレームiは、前記第1のサブフレームと前記第2のサブフレームとの間に位置するサブフレームである、請求項5に記載の基地局。
