Description

The present invention relates to a method for fastening an outdoor installation.

Various outdoor installations such as water heater storage tanks, air conditioner outdoor units, solar power system power conditioners, storage batteries, signboards, etc. are installed in the building site.
For example, in patent document 1, the humidifier as an outdoor installation thing is installed on the base concrete arrange | positioned near the outer wall of a building.

By the way, the outdoor installation thing of patent document 1 mentioned as an example is installed in the independent state. However, in such an installation state, for example, a natural phenomenon such as a relatively large earthquake or typhoon may cause the outdoor installation to shake, which is not preferable from the viewpoint of installation stability. Therefore, there has been a demand to fix the outdoor installation on the outer wall of the building in order to install it stably.
However, regardless of whether it is self-supporting or not, when fixing the outdoor installation to the outer wall of the building, it is not preferable from the viewpoint of fixing strength if it is simply fastened to the exterior finishing material provided on the outer wall surface. .

The present invention has been made in view of the above-described circumstances, and since the outdoor installation can be secured to the building frame, the outdoor installation can be reliably fixed to the outer wall of the building, and thus the installation of the outdoor installation is possible. Realize a method for fastening outdoor installations that can significantly improve stability.

The invention according to claim 1 is a building in which, for example, as shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, a separation region (for example, a ventilation layer 12) is formed at a predetermined interval between the building frame 10 and the exterior finishing material 11. In the fastening method of the outdoor installation 2 for fastening the outdoor installation 2 as various facilities installed outside the building 1 to the outer wall 3 of 1,
The exterior finish material 11 is cut out to form a vertically long opening 13,
A vertically long base material 6 formed with a size smaller than the vertically long opening 13 is inserted into the ventilation layer 12 from the opening 13.
The base material 6 is rotated so that the long side portion 6a thereof is horizontally disposed in the ventilation layer 12,
The base material 6 is fixed to the building housing 10 in the rotated state,
After the opening 13 is closed by a closing member (for example, the hollow exterior finishing material 31), the outdoor installation 2 is fastened in the region of the base material 6 in the outer wall 3.

According to the first aspect of the present invention, when the outdoor installation 2 is fastened to the outer wall 3 of the building 1, the exterior finishing material 11 is cut out to form the vertically long opening 13, and the vertically long opening 13 A vertically long base material 6 formed with a smaller dimension is inserted into the ventilation layer 12 from the opening 13, and the base material 6 is arranged horizontally in the ventilation layer 12 with the long side part 6 a thereof being horizontally disposed. In this state, the base material 6 is fixed to the building housing 10, and the opening 13 is closed by the hollowed exterior finishing material 31, and then the outdoor installation object 2 is retained in the region of the base material 6 in the outer wall portion 3. I tried to attach it. Thereby, since the outdoor installation object 2 is fastened to the building frame 10 via the base material 6, the outdoor installation object 2 can be reliably fixed to the outer wall 3 of the building 1, and thus the installation stability of the outdoor installation object 2 Can be significantly improved.

At this time, the base material 6 disposed in the ventilation layer 12 as a separation region formed at a predetermined interval between the building housing 10 and the exterior finishing material 11 is arranged such that the long side portion 6a is horizontally disposed. In other words, since it is arranged in a horizontally long state, it is possible to fix the installation position of the fastener 5 for fastening the outdoor installation 2 by shifting it in the horizontal direction with respect to the building housing 10. It is. That is, the fastening position of the outdoor installation object 2 can be changed (corrected) in the horizontal direction within the range of the base material 6. Moreover, it is effective for the horizontally long shape that is often found in the fastener 5 for fastening the outdoor installation 2. It is also possible to fix the base material 6 itself to the building housing 10 at any position in the vertical direction within the area of the opening 13. Therefore, if the base material 6 is fixed to the building housing 10 so as to be in the vicinity of the upper end side of the opening portion 13, the outdoor installation object 2 is fastened to the base material 6 via the fasteners 5. The part 13 can be hidden from the outside, and the aesthetic appearance is not impaired.
In addition, since the opening 13 formed in the outer wall portion 3 has a vertically long shape, the horizontal size (length) of the opening 13 corresponding to the fastener 5 is smaller than that of the horizontally long opening. ) Can be made small (short), and when the outdoor installation object 2 is fastened, it can be made difficult to see through the gap between the outdoor installation object 2 and the outer wall 3, so that the appearance is good.
Furthermore, since it can be easily applied to the outer wall 3 of the building 1 after construction, it is also suitable at the time of renovation (that is, when the outdoor installation 2 is newly introduced into an existing building).

The invention according to claim 2 is the fastening method of the outdoor installation 2 according to claim 1,
In the part of the outer wall 3 where the opening 13 is formed, members constituting the building frame 10 are disposed,
When the base material 6 is fixed to the building housing 10, the base material 6 is fixed to a member constituting the building housing 10.

According to the second aspect of the present invention, a member (for example, a core member of a building wall panel, a pillar, or the like) constituting the building housing 10 is disposed in a portion of the outer wall 3 where the opening 13 is formed. Since the base material 6 can be fixed to this member, the outdoor installation object 2 that is fastened in the region of the base material 6 in the outer wall 3 is transferred to the building housing 10 via the base material 6. Can be fixed securely.

The invention according to claim 3 is the fastening method of the outdoor installation 2 according to claim 2,
The outer wall 3 is a frame formed by assembling vertical and horizontal core members,
A wall material for construction having a face material attached to the front and back surfaces of the frame,
The member which comprises the said building frame 10 is a core material which forms the said frame in the said wall panel for construction.

According to invention of Claim 3, the outer wall part 3 is equipped with the building wall panel which attaches a face material to the front and back of the frame formed by putting the vertical and horizontal core materials together, and the outer wall part 3 is provided with a core material that forms a frame body in the building wall panel, the base material 6 can be fixed to the core material, and the outer wall The outdoor installation 2 that is fastened in the region of the base material 6 in the part 3 can be more reliably fixed to the building frame 10 via the base material 6.

Invention of Claim 4 is the fastening method of the outdoor installation 2 as described in any one of Claims 1-3,
When the opening 13 is closed by the closing member, the closing member is made of the hollowed exterior finishing material 31, and the sealing material 32 is filled in the gap 15 between the hollowed exterior finishing material 31 and the opening 13. It is characterized by doing.

According to the invention described in claim 4, when the opening 13 is closed with the hollowed exterior finishing material 31, the sealing material 32 is filled in the gap 15 between the hollowed exterior finishing material 31 and the opening 13. Thus, the gap 15 can be sealed, and waterproofness can be ensured.
In addition, by using the hollowed exterior finishing material 31 as a closing member that closes the opening 13, the hollowed exterior finishing material 31 can be reused, so that it is not necessary to use a separate member for closing. Therefore, an increase in parts cost can be avoided in advance.

Invention of Claim 5 is the fastening method of the outdoor installation 2 as described in any one of Claims 1-4,
The said opening part 13 is formed in the position lower than the outdoor installation thing 2 as various facilities installed in the outdoors of the said building 1. It is characterized by the above-mentioned.

According to invention of Claim 5, since the opening part 13 is formed in the position lower than the outdoor installation object 2 as various facilities installed in the outdoors of the building 1, it is the outdoor installation object 2 after installation. Since the opening 13 is concealed and can be made difficult to see through the gap between the outdoor installation object 2 and the outer wall 3, the appearance can be improved and the appearance can be improved.

According to the present invention, since the outdoor installation object is fastened to the building frame via the base material, the outdoor installation object can be securely fixed to the outer wall portion of the building, and thus the installation stability of the outdoor installation object is greatly improved. Can be improved.

Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
As shown in FIG. 1, in the present embodiment, in a site of a building 1 such as a house, a hot water storage tank (hereinafter simply referred to as an outdoor installation 2) as various equipment installed outdoors of the building 1. Is installed on a base plate 4 made of concrete or the like disposed near the outer wall 3 of the building 1. Moreover, the outdoor installation object 2 is fastened to the area | region of the base material 6 in the outer wall part 3 using the fastener 5. FIG.

Here, the case where a water heater storage tank is applied as the outdoor installation 2 will be described. However, this is an example, and the present invention is not limited to this. The main point is that it is installed outside the building 1 and can be fastened to the outer wall 3 of the building 1. As long as the equipment is appropriate. As such an outdoor installation, various facilities such as an outdoor unit of an air conditioner, a power conditioner of a solar power generation system, a storage battery, a signboard, and the like can be applied.

<About the building>
The building 1 of the present embodiment is constructed by a wooden frame construction method (conventional construction method) in which a plurality of columns and a plurality of horizontal members (beams, girders, trunk differences, etc.) are assembled to construct a building frame. . In such a conventional construction method, a roof and an outer wall portion are constructed after the construction of the frame, and thereafter, construction materials such as a ceiling, a floor, a shelf, a staircase, a partition, a sill, and a door frame are assembled inside the building. In addition, when building the interior of the building, wiring work is carried out along with construction materials.

In the building 1, the outer wall 3 is formed by attaching an exterior finishing material 11 to the building housing 10 via a trunk edge (crosspiece) (not shown), whereby the building housing 10 and the exterior finishing material are formed. A separation region (for example, a ventilation layer 12) is formed between the first and second members 11 at a predetermined interval.
In the case of this embodiment, the outer wall portion 3 is formed in a rectangular shape with a size smaller than the opening portion 13 through a vertically long opening portion 13 formed by hollowing out the exterior finishing material 11 into a rectangular shape. The base material 6 is inserted into the ventilation layer 12 and fixed to the building frame 10. The opening 13 is closed by a closing member. In addition, by using the hollow exterior finishing material 31 as the closing member, the hollow exterior finishing material 31 can be reused, so that it is not necessary to use a separate member for closing. There is also an advantage that an increase can be avoided in advance.

Here, the case where the base material 6 has a vertically long shape with a smaller dimension than the vertically long opening 13 formed by hollowing out the exterior finish material 11 into a rectangular shape will be described. However, the present invention is not limited to this. For example, an arc shape with four corners may be used. In this case, even if the trunk edge is disposed in the vicinity of the portion where the base material 6 is disposed, there is an advantage that the base material 6 can be easily rotated because there are no corners at the four corners of the base material 6.
Similarly, the opening 13 is not limited to a rectangular shape, and is exposed from the gap between the outdoor installation 2 after installation and the outer wall 3 by fastening the outdoor installation 2 to be installed. Any shape that does not have to be used.

In the part of the outer wall 3 where the opening 13 is formed, members constituting the building frame 10 are arranged. In this case, since the base material 6 can be fixed to this member, the outdoor installation object 2 that is fastened to the region of the base material 6 in the outer wall 3 can be securely attached to the building housing 10 via the base material 6. Can be fixed.

Further, in the outer wall portion 3, a waterproof material such as a waterproof sheet that prevents intrusion of rainwater or the like on the outer side of the building housing 10 located on the inner side (indoor side) of the exterior finishing material 11 arranged facing the outdoors ( (Not shown) is provided. As this waterproof sheet, for example, Tyvek (trade name of DuPont) can be adopted. According to such a waterproof sheet, moisture from the indoor side of the waterproof sheet can be diffused to the outdoor side to prevent dew condensation on the inner side of the outer wall portion 3, and intrusion of rainwater and the like from the outside can be prevented. This has the advantage that the part 3 can be protected.

In the building 1 of such a conventional construction method, a pillar is disposed as a member constituting the building frame 10 at a site where the opening 13 in the outer wall 3 is formed. In this case, the base material 6 can be fixed to the pillar, and the outdoor installation object 2 that is fastened to the region of the base material 6 in the outer wall 2 is further moved to the building housing 10 via the base material 6. It has the advantage that it can be fixed securely.

And it is preferable that the opening part 13 is formed in the position lower than the outdoor installation thing 2 as various facilities installed in the outdoors of the building 1. FIG. Thereby, the opening part 13 is hidden by the outdoor installation object 2 after installation, and the opening part 13 can be made difficult to see from the gap between the outdoor installation object 2 and the outer wall part 3. There is an effect that the appearance can be achieved.

The building 1 is not limited to being constructed by a conventional construction method. For example, it may be constructed by a panel method in which building components such as walls, floors, and roofs are panelized in advance in a factory, and these building panels are assembled and constructed at a construction site. In addition, a unit type that builds a united building unit by attaching the interior and exterior to a rectangular box shaped frame consisting of pillars and beams in advance at the factory, and constructs it by combining multiple such building units at the construction site It may be a building. In short, if the building 1 is provided with the outer wall portion 3 in which a separation region (for example, a ventilation layer 12) is formed at a predetermined interval between the building housing 10 and the exterior finishing material 11, the other Various buildings such as wooden, steel-framed, reinforced concrete, etc. can be applied widely.

For example, when the building 1 is constructed by a panel method, although not shown here, the outer wall 3 is composed of a frame formed by assembling vertical and horizontal cores, and a surface material attached to both front and back surfaces of the frame. And an architectural wall panel.
Here, the building wall panel is a frame in which the vertical and horizontal cores (frames) are assembled in a rectangular shape, and auxiliary bars are assembled in the rectangular frame in the vertical and horizontal directions. Face materials are pasted on both the front and back surfaces or one surface, and it has a hollow structure inside. The hollow interior is usually filled with a heat insulating material such as glass wool or rock wool.

Moreover, in the building wall panel, a waterproof material (not shown) such as a waterproof sheet as described above is affixed to the outer surface of the face material arranged facing the outdoors. Therefore, in the same manner as described above, it is possible to prevent moisture from the indoor side of the waterproof sheet from being diffused to the outdoor side and prevent dew condensation from occurring inside the wall structure, while preventing intrusion of rainwater and the like from the outside. The advantage that can be protected.

Furthermore, when the outer wall part 3 consists of a building wall panel, the member which comprises the building housing 10 arrange | positioned in the site | part which forms the opening part 13 in the outer wall part 3 is a core which forms a frame among the building wall panels. A material is preferred. At this time, the base material 6 can be fixed to the core material, and the outdoor installation object 2 that is fastened in the region of the base material 6 in the outer wall portion 3 is connected to the building housing 10 via the base material 6. It is possible to provide an advantage that it can be fixed more reliably.

In addition, for example, when the building 1 has a steel structure, the member constituting the building housing 10 disposed in the portion of the outer wall 3 where the opening 13 is formed is preferably a column made of a steel material. In the building 1 having such a steel structure, the base material 6 can be directly fixed to the pillar made of the steel material, so that the outdoor installation 2 to be fastened to the outer wall portion 3 is passed through the base material 6. Thus, it is possible to provide an advantage that it can be firmly fixed to the building housing 10. Therefore, it can be applied to a unit type building.

<About the method for securing outdoor installations>
Hereinafter, the specific procedure regarding the fastening method of the outdoor installation 2 in this embodiment is demonstrated using FIG. That is, as shown in FIGS. 2 (a) to 2 (d), in order to fasten the outdoor installation 2 installed outside the building 1 to the outer wall 3 of the building 1, first, exterior finishing is performed. The material 11 is cut out in a rectangular shape to form a vertically long opening 13 (see FIG. 2A).

Next, the vertically long base material 6 formed in a rectangular shape with a size smaller than that of the vertically long opening 13 is inserted into the ventilation layer 12 as the separation region from the opening 13 (see FIG. 2B). ).
Next, the base material 6 is rotated so that the long side portion 6a thereof is horizontally disposed in the ventilation layer 12 (in other words, the base material 6 is disposed in a horizontally long state). It fixes to the building frame 10 with the fastening members V, such as a nail and a screw (refer FIG.2 (c)).

And the opening part 13 is obstruct | occluded with the said hollow exterior finishing material 31 which is an obstruction | occlusion member (refer FIG.2 (d)). At this time, if the sealing material 32 is filled in the gap 15 between the hollowed exterior finishing material 31 and the opening 13, the gap 15 can be sealed and the waterproof property can be secured.

Thereafter, as shown in FIG. 1, the outdoor installation object 2 is fastened to the region of the base material 6 in the outer wall portion 3 of the building 1 through the fastener 5.

In addition, the opening part 13 is attached to the inside of the ventilation layer 12 (that is, a separation region formed at a predetermined interval between the building case 10 and the exterior finishing material 11) in order to attach the base material 6 to the building case 10. Any size that can be inserted is acceptable. For example, even if the length of the base material 6 is longer than the length of the opening 13 in the vertical direction (vertical direction), the length of the base material 6 is shorter than that of the opening 13 in the horizontal direction. If the base material 6 can be inserted through the opening 13 so as to be slid into the ventilation layer 12 from one end in the vertical direction, the long side portion 6a becomes horizontal in the ventilation layer 12. In addition, since the base material 6 can be rotated (direction change), the size of the opening 13 is not limited to the size of the above-described embodiment.
At this time, if the length in the vertical direction of the base material 6 is set to be long, the area of the base material 6 can be set long in the horizontal direction when the direction is changed in the horizontal direction. There can be provided an advantage that the fastening position of the tool 5 can be set widely.

As described above, in the outdoor installation object fastening method in the present embodiment, when the outdoor installation object 2 is fastened to the outer wall part 3 of the building 1, the exterior finishing material 11 is cut out to form the vertically long opening 13. The vertically long base material 6 formed and having a size smaller than the vertically long opening 13 is inserted into the ventilation layer 12 from the opening 13, and the base material 6 is inserted into the ventilation layer 12 by the length thereof. After rotating so that the side part 6a is horizontally arranged, the base material 6 is fixed to the building housing 10 in this state, and the opening part 13 is closed by the hollow exterior finishing material 31, and then the base material 6 in the outer wall part 3 The outdoor installation 2 was kept in the area.

Moreover, it is also possible to fix the base material 6 itself to an arbitrary position in the vertical direction within a range that can be attached to the building housing 10 from the opening 13.

In addition, when the opening 13 is closed with the hollowed exterior finishing material 31, the gap 15 can be sealed by filling the gap 15 between the hollowed exterior finishing material 31 and the opening 13 with the sealing material 32. Waterproofness can be ensured.
In addition, by using the hollowed exterior finishing material 31 as a closing member that closes the opening 13, the hollowed exterior finishing material 31 can be reused, so that it is not necessary to use a separate member for closing. Therefore, an increase in parts cost can be avoided in advance.

In addition, if the opening 13 is formed at a position lower than the outdoor installation 2 as various facilities installed outside the building 1, the opening 13 can be hidden by the outdoor installation 2 after installation. Therefore, the opening 13 can be hardly seen from the gap between the outdoor installation object 2 and the outer wall 3. Therefore, it has a good appearance and can have an excellent appearance.

The present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and various improvements and design changes can be made as appropriate without departing from the spirit of the present invention.

For example, in the above-described embodiment, the water heater storage tank is installed on the base plate 4 disposed in the vicinity of the outer wall 3 of the building 1 as an installation form of the outdoor installation 2 installed outside the building 1. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and the installation form of the outdoor installation 2 is not installed on the ground in the vicinity of the outer wall 3 of the building 1, but in the space with respect to the outer wall 3. The installation form may be fixed in a floating state.

Specifically, for example, as shown in FIG. 3 in which the same reference numerals are given to corresponding parts to FIG. In this case, as shown also in FIG. 4, the outdoor installation object 2 has an attachment stay 21 as a fastener 5 on which the attachment cover 21 provided on the back surface is attached to the region of the base material 6 in the outer wall portion 3 of the building 1. By being engaged with the outer wall portion 3, the outer wall portion 3 is fastened. At this time, on the outer wall 3, the above-described opening 13 is formed at two locations on the upper and lower sides corresponding to the vertical direction of the outdoor installation object 2 to be installed, and the base material 6 is attached to the building frame 10 with nails, screws, A region of the base material 6 fixed by the fastening member V is provided, and the fastener 5 is attached to the two locations using fixing members 51, 51 such as nails and screws, respectively. Therefore, since the outdoor installation object 2 is fastened to the outer wall part 3 by engaging these two fasteners 5 and 5 with respect to the mounting cover 21 on the back surface, the outdoor installation object 2 is suspended in the air with respect to the outer wall part 3. It is fixed securely in a floating state.

Even if a plurality of areas of the base material 6 are provided in the outer wall portion 3 such as two places above and below, the area of the base material 6 is set at a position lower than the size or the installation position of the outdoor installation object to be installed. If formed, the opening 13 is hidden by the outdoor installation 2 after installation, and it can be made difficult to see through the gap between the outdoor installation 2 and the outer wall 3, so that the appearance is good and the appearance is excellent. be able to.

Further, for example, as shown in FIG. 5 in which the main part (the periphery of the opening 13) in FIG. It can be installed in the vicinity of the upper end side of the opening 13 in such a range. In this way, when the base material 6 is fixed to the building housing 10 using the fixing members 51 and 51 so as to be in the vicinity of the upper end side of the opening 13, the base material 6 is attached to the base material 6 through the fastener 5 outdoors. By fastening the installation object 2, the opening 13 can be hidden from the outside, and the aesthetic appearance is not impaired.

Further, as shown in FIG. 6 in which the same reference numerals are assigned to the corresponding parts to FIG. 5, the base material 6 is horizontally long rotated with respect to the opening 13 so that the long side part 6a is horizontally arranged. Therefore, the installation position of the fastener 5 for retaining the outdoor installation 2 can be shifted and fixed in the horizontal direction with respect to the building housing 10. Therefore, the fastening position of the outdoor installation object 2 can be changed (corrected) in the horizontal direction within the range of the base material 6.

Further, as shown in FIG. 7 in which the same reference numerals are assigned to the corresponding parts as in FIG. 4, the outer wall 3 is formed on the front and back surfaces of the frame formed by assembling the vertical and horizontal core members 71 and 72. In the case where the building wall panel 7 having the attached face members 73 and 73 is provided, the members constituting the building frame 10 arranged in the portion forming the opening 13 in the outer wall portion 3 are the building walls. It is preferable that they are the core materials 71 and 71 which form a frame among panels. In this case, by fixing the base material 6 to the core materials 71 and 71 with the fastening member V, the fastener 5 is fixed to the region of the base material 6 in the outer wall portion 3 using the fixing members 51 and 51. The outdoor installation object 2 that is fastened to the building can be more reliably fixed to the building housing 10 via the base material 6.
