Claims (15)
- 少なくとも1つのリード電極を担持する医療リードとの併用のための能動的埋込可能医療デバイス(AIMD)であって、
前記医療リードを通じて医療機能を実施するように構成された内部電子回路と、
前記内部電子回路を収容する導電性ケースと、
前記電子回路を前記少なくとも1つのリード電極のそれぞれに電気的に結合するように構成された少なくとも1つの電気端子と、
前記少なくとも1つの電気端子と前記ケースとの間で直列に結合され、該少なくとも1つの電気端子から該ケースへの、前記医療リード上に入射する電磁干渉(EMI)によって誘導された電流の短絡を妨げるように構成された誘導性素子と、
複数のDC遮断コンデンサーであって、前記少なくとも1つの電気端子の各々と前記内部電子回路との間で前記DC遮断コンデンサーの1つが直列に結合され、前記ケースと前記内部電子回路との間で前記DC遮断コンデンサーの1つが直列に結合された、前記複数のDC遮断コンデンサーと、
前記少なくとも1つの電気端子の各々と共通端子との間で直列に電気結合された少なくとも1つの容量性素子と、
前記ケースと前記共通端子との間で直列に電気結合された別の容量性素子と、
を含むことを特徴とするAIMD。 - 前記誘導性素子は、前記内部電子回路と前記少なくとも1つの電気端子及び前記ケースのうちの一方との間で直列に電気結合され、該内部電子回路は、誘導電流の周波数よりも低い作動周波数で作動するように構成され、それによって該少なくとも1つの電気端子と該内部電子回路との間で電流が伝達されることを可能にすることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のAIMD。
- 前記少なくとも1つの電気端子及び前記ケースのうちの前記一方は、該少なくとも1つの電気端子であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のAIMD。
- 前記誘導性素子は、少なくとも0.5μHに等しいインダクタンス値を有することを特徴とする請求項3に記載のAIMD。
- 前記誘導性素子は、少なくとも1.0μHに等しいインダクタンス値を有することを特徴とする請求項3に記載のAIMD。
- 前記誘導性素子は、少なくとも3.0μHに等しいインダクタンス値を有することを特徴とする請求項3に記載のAIMD。
- 前記少なくとも1つの電気端子及び前記ケースのうちの前記一方は、該ケースであることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のAIMD。
- 前記誘導性素子は、50nHから200nHの範囲のインダクタンス値を有することを特徴とする請求項7に記載のAIMD。
- 前記内部電子回路の作動周波数は、100kHzよりも低く、前記誘導電流の周波数は、1MHzよりも高いことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のAIMD。
- 前記内部電子回路の作動周波数は、1kHzよりも低く、前記誘導電流の周波数は、少なくとも64MHzであることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のAIMD。
- 前記少なくとも1つの容量性素子と前記別の容量性素子は、該少なくとも1つの電気端子及びケースを前記作動周波数で互いから電気的に絶縁することを特徴とする請求項2に記載のAIMD。
- 前記誘導性素子は、前記少なくとも1つの電気端子から前記ケースへの誘導電流の前記短絡を阻止するように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のAIMD。
- 前記内部電子回路は、前記少なくとも1つの電気端子と前記ケースとの間で電気刺激エネルギを伝達するように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のAIMD。
- 前記内部電子回路は、前記少なくとも1つの電気端子と前記ケースとの間で生理学的パラメータを感知するように構成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のAIMD。
- 前記リードを前記少なくとも1つの電気端子に取外可能に接続するように構成されたコネクタを更に含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のAIMD。
