Description
Claims (19)
- 泌尿器科医療デバイスであって、
基材と、
前記基材の上又はその中に且つ放出可能に配置されたヒアルロン酸と、
ヒアルロン酸を含む表面リザーバと、を含み、
被験者の泌尿器路に埋込まれると、微生物感染を低下させるのに有効な量で前記ヒアルロン酸を放出する、泌尿器科医療デバイス。 - 微生物感染の低下は、少なくとも2週間にわたって持続する、請求項1に記載の泌尿器科医療デバイス。
- 高分子量ヒアルロン酸を含む組成物を含む、請求項1に記載の泌尿器科医療デバイス。
- ヒアルロン酸を含む組成物を含み、この組成物は、高ピーク分子量に対応する第1のピーク分子量と、低ピーク分子量又は中間ピーク分子量に対応する第2のピーク分子量とを示すマルチモード分子量分布を有する、請求項1に記載の泌尿器科医療デバイス。
- ヒアルロン酸を含む組成物を含み、この組成物は、ヒアルロン酸の10〜30重量%が低分子量を有し、ヒアルロン酸の40〜70重量%が中間分子量を有し、ヒアルロン酸の20〜50重量%が高分子量を有する分子量分布を有する、請求項1に記載の泌尿器科医療デバイス。
- 低分子量又は中間分子量のヒアルロン酸を含む第1の組成物と、高分子量のヒアルロン酸を含む第2の組成物と、を含む請求項1に記載の泌尿器科医療デバイス。
- 低分子量のヒアルロン酸を含む第1の組成物と、高分子量のヒアルロン酸を含む第2の組成物と、中間分子量のヒアルロン酸を含む第3の組成物とを含む、請求項1に記載の泌尿器科医療デバイス。
- ヒアルロン酸を含むコーティングを含む、請求項1に記載の泌尿器科医療デバイス。
- 高分子量のヒアルロン酸を含む単一のコーティング層を含む、請求項8に記載の泌尿器科医療デバイス。
- ヒアルロン酸を含む単一のコーティング層を含み、単一のコーティング層は、ヒアルロン酸の10〜30重量%が低分子量を有し、ヒアルロン酸の40〜70重量%が中間分子量を有し、ヒアルロン酸の20〜50重量%が高分子量を有する分子量分布を有する、請求項8に記載の泌尿器科医療デバイス。
- 低分子量又は中間分子量のヒアルロン酸を含む第1のコーティング層を含み、第1のコーティング層は、高分子量のヒアルロン酸を含む第2のコーティング層の上に配置される、請求項8に記載の泌尿器科医療デバイス。
- 低分子量ヒアルロン酸を含む第1のコーティング層を含み、第1のコーティング層は、中間分子量のヒアルロン酸を含む第2のコーティング層の上に配置され、第2のコーティング層は、高分子量のヒアルロン酸を含む第3のコーティング層の上に配置される、請求項8に記載の泌尿器科医療デバイス。
- ヒアルロン酸と水を含むゲルの形態の組成物を含む、請求項1に記載の泌尿器科医療デバイス。
- 前記表面リザーバは、孔及び溝から選択される、請求項1に記載の泌尿器科医療デバイス。
- ヒアルロン酸を含む内部リザーバを含む、請求項1に記載の泌尿器科医療デバイス。
- 前記内部リザーバは、内部管腔の形態をなし、1つ又は2つ以上の開口を介して泌尿器科医療デバイスの外部へのアクセスを有する、請求項15に記載の泌尿器科医療デバイス。
- 尿管ステントである、請求項1に記載の泌尿器科医療デバイス。
- 前記尿管ステントは、ヒアルロン酸を含む固体組成物で充填された内部リザーバを含む、請求項17に記載の泌尿器科医療デバイス。
- ヒアルロン酸は、ゲルの形態をなして泌尿器科医療デバイスの表面に設けられる、請求項17に記載の泌尿器科医療デバイス。
