Description

The present invention relates to a container capable of transferring contents in a filling space to another container, and in particular, a container in which the transfer destination container is a dispenser composed of a syringe (pipette) and a rod. About.

When dispensing cosmetics, hair styling agents, various drugs, etc., particularly when it is necessary to pour out a small amount and an accurate amount, it is preferable to use a dispenser composed of a syringe and a rod. . Here, when transferring the contents to such a dispenser, the tip of a syringe (for example, an injection needle) is inserted into a container (ampule) filled with the contents, and the rod previously inserted into the syringe is pulled out. In general, the contents in the ampoule are generally sucked into the syringe (see, for example, Patent Document 1).

Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 62-172446

By the way, such an ampoule is usually a single-use type container filled with the contents of one dose corresponding to the capacity of the dispenser, and therefore, for an dispenser having a different capacity, the capacity is accordingly set. There was a hassle that ampoules had to be prepared. On the other hand, by using a container filled with the contents of a plurality of times, it was also considered to apply the same container regardless of the capacity of the dispenser. It is normal to change depending on the capacity of the container, and once the use is started, there is a concern that the contents in the container may come into contact with the outside air and the like to cause deterioration. The structure of tended to be complicated. Some dispensers allow the contents to be dispensed directly from the through-hole provided at the tip of the syringe without using an injection needle or the like. In such an dispenser, the outer shape of the syringe to be transferred is used. Since the transfer is performed with the syringe inserted into the inner stopper of the container formed together, if the capacity of the dispenser changes, the inner stopper needs to be changed accordingly. The current situation is that the contents are transferred using different containers equipped with inner plugs corresponding to the outer shape.

An object of the present invention relates to a container that can transfer the contents in a filling space to an extractor, and the same container can be applied to an extractor having a different shape, The present invention proposes a new container that can eliminate the possibility of the contents coming into contact with the outside air as much as possible and can suppress the complexity of the structure of the container.

The container has a mouth portion having an opening at the top, and a container body that connects the mouth portion to a barrel portion that rises from the bottom portion to form the filling space inside thereof, and an inner peripheral surface of the barrel portion and a sliding surface. A middle pan that is movable and liquid-tightly contacting and forms the bottom of the filling space; and a middle plug that has a through-opening connected to the filling space and is attached to the mouth,
The inner plug has an inner plug body portion that is suspended and held inside the mouth portion,
The inner plug body includes a stepped peripheral wall that gradually decreases in diameter from the mouth of the container body toward the bottom,
The filling space is closed by leaving the through-opening at the bottom side edge of the stepped peripheral wall, and a plurality of recessed spaces having different diameters are serially formed inside thereof by cooperation with the stepped peripheral wall. The container is provided with a bottom wall to be disposed, and in each recessed space, a syringe corresponding to each diameter can be held in an inverted posture.

The plurality of recessed spaces are composed of two, a small diameter recessed space located on the bottom side of the container body, and a large diameter recessed space located on the mouth side,
In the small-diameter recess space, a stopper provided to be slidable along the axis of the container body is disposed,
The plug body is provided with a ceiling wall that becomes the bottom of the large-diameter recess space at the end of sliding toward the mouth side and becomes the bottom of the small-diameter recess space at the end of sliding toward the bottom side,
It is preferable to provide a through hole in the top wall that allows the filling space and each recessed space to communicate with each other through the through opening.

The end of sliding of the plug body toward the mouth side locks the convex portion provided on either the side wall of the plug body or the stepped peripheral wall to the mouth side end portion of the concave portion provided on the other side. It is preferable.

It is preferable to provide an elastic body for urging the stopper body from the bottom of the container body toward the mouth in the small-diameter recessed space.

It is preferable that a partition wall that rises from the bottom wall and accommodates the elastic body is provided between the small-diameter recessed space and the stepped peripheral wall.

It is preferable that the end of the slide toward the bottom side of the plug body is one in which the mouth side end of the partition wall is brought into contact with the plug body.

It is preferable that the elastic body is integrally connected to the plug body.

A container according to the present invention includes a container main body having a content filling space, an inner tray that slides inside the container main body, and an inner plug that is attached to the mouth of the container main body. The inside plug body has a stepped peripheral wall that gradually decreases in diameter from the mouth of the container body toward the bottom, and is on the bottom side of the stepped peripheral wall. At the end edge, the filling space is closed leaving a through-opening, and a bottom wall in which a plurality of recessed spaces having different diameters are arranged in series is provided inside by cooperating with the stepped peripheral wall. . Thereby, it becomes possible to hold the syringe according to each diameter in an inverted posture in each recessed space, and if the rod of the dispenser is pulled up in this state, the contents can be transferred into the dispenser. it can. Further, as the contents in the container decrease, the inner pan rises and the pressure in the filling space is kept constant, so that the possibility of air entering the filling space can be eliminated as much as possible.

When holding the dispenser in the container having the above-described configuration, the space between the bottom wall of the inner plug body and the dispenser is excluded except for the dispenser held in the concave space on the most bottom side of the container body. Has at least one recess space, and after transferring the contents, a small amount of contents remain in the recess space. Here, the plurality of recess spaces are composed of two, a small-diameter recess space located on the bottom side of the container body, and a large-diameter recess space located on the mouth side. A plug body that can be slid along is provided, and the plug body becomes the bottom of the large-diameter recess space at the end of sliding toward the mouth side, and the bottom of the small-diameter recess space at the end of sliding toward the bottom side. In the case of providing a ceiling wall and a through-hole in the ceiling wall, even when using a pouring device for a large-diameter recessed space, it can be transferred without leaving the contents in the inner plug. Moreover, since this stopper slides, even when using an extractor for a small-diameter recessed space, it does not interfere with the installation.

The convex end provided on either the side wall or the stepped peripheral wall of the end of sliding to the mouth side of the plug body is locked to the mouth side end of the concave portion provided on the other side. In this case, a useless space is not generated in the structure of the container, and the structure is simplified.

When providing an elastic body for biasing the plug body from the bottom of the container main body toward the mouth in the small-diameter concave space, the position of the plug body is inserted by inserting a dispenser into each of the concave space dispensers. It is possible to automatically switch to a position corresponding to.

When providing a partition wall that stands up from the bottom wall and accommodates an elastic body between the stepped peripheral wall in the small-diameter recessed space, the partition wall functions as a guide for the elastic body. Can be slid. Further, since the contact between the contents and the elastic body can be suppressed to the minimum, it is possible to eliminate as much as possible the risk of the contents being altered due to the contact.

When the end of the slide toward the bottom side of the plug body is to be brought into contact with the end of the partition wall at the mouth side, the partition wall can be provided without newly providing the configuration as the end of the slide. This contributes to simplification of the container structure.

When the elastic body is integrally connected to the plug body, the number of parts can be reduced, so that the part cost and assembly cost can be reduced.

And the dispenser mentioned later can be held in an inverted posture in each concave space. In addition, although the case where two recessed spaces are provided is shown in the illustrated example, a step portion may be further provided to provide three or more recessed spaces.

In the illustrated example, convex portions 23d and 23e that are annular are provided on each of the large-diameter annular wall 23b and the small-diameter annular wall 23c. Furthermore, an inclined wall 23f that increases in diameter from the bottom side toward the mouth side is provided on the mouth side of the large-diameter annular wall 23b.

Reference numeral 30 denotes an overcap. In the illustrated example, the overcap 30 is provided by integrally connecting an outer peripheral wall 32 surrounding the mouth portion 11 to the outer peripheral side edge of the disc-shaped top wall 31, and on the inner peripheral surface of the outer peripheral wall 32, An engaged portion 32a (screw in the illustrated example) corresponding to the engaging portion 11a is provided. Moreover, the packing 33 is hold | maintained at the bottom part side of the top wall 31, and the large diameter recessed space 25 and the small diameter recessed space 26 can be sealed by fastening the overcap 30. FIG. The engaging portion 11a and the engaged portion 32a may be provided with an undercut instead of a screw.

2 (a) and 2 (b) are diagrams showing an example of a dispenser serving as a transfer destination of a container according to the present invention. FIG. 2 (a) is an extractor 40A for the small-diameter recessed space 26. FIG. 2B shows an extractor 40B for the large-diameter recessed space 25 that has a larger capacity than the extractor 40A. The pouring device 40A for the small-diameter concave space 26 and the pouring device 40B for the large-diameter concave space 25 are respectively a bottomed cylindrical syringe 41a, 41b and a rod 42a provided inside the syringe 41a, 41b. , 42b. Each of the syringes 41a and 41b is provided with flanges 43a and 43b extending radially outward from an edge on the rear end side, and tip openings 44a and 44b penetrating the front and back of the bottom plate on the tip side. Further, flanges 45a and 45b extending radially outward are provided at the rear end portions of the rods 42a and 42b, respectively, and enlarged views of FIGS. 2A and 2B are provided at the front end portions of the outer peripheral surfaces thereof. As shown in FIG. 4, seal portions 46a and 46b that are in liquid-tight contact with the inner peripheral surfaces of the syringes 41a and 41b are provided.

When transferring the contents from the container 1A configured as described above to the dispenser 40A for the small-diameter recessed space 26, as shown in FIG. The pouring device 40 </ b> A in the posture is inserted into the small-diameter recessed space 26 of the inner stopper 20 </ b> A until the tip of the syringe 41 a comes into contact with the bottom wall 24. Since the inner peripheral surface of the small diameter annular wall 23c is substantially the same as the outer peripheral surface of the syringe 41a, the dispenser 40A is held in an inverted posture. In this state, when the rod 42a (not shown) is pulled out in FIG. 3A, the inside of the syringe 41a becomes negative pressure, and the contents in the filling space M are passed through the through opening 24a and the tip opening of the syringe 41a. It can be transferred into the syringe 41a via 44a (not shown in FIG. 3A). Since the contents in the filling space M are reduced, the inner tray 15A shown in FIG. 1 is raised and the pressure in the filling space M is kept constant (even if the contents are reduced, the filling space M Even if the dispenser 40A is removed, the entry of outside air into the filling space M can be suppressed. Further, as shown in FIG. 1, the inner plate 15A is provided with a recess 15a, and as shown by a two-dot chain line in the same drawing, the inner plate 15A can be used even if the contents in the filling space M are reduced. Since it can move to the shoulder 12 without being obstructed by the plug body 22A, the contents in the filling space M can be used without waste until the end.

Further, when transferring the contents from the container 1A to the pouring device 40B for the large-diameter recessed space 25, as shown in FIG. 3B, the pouring device 40B in an inverted posture is connected to the inner plug 20A. The syringe 41b is inserted into the large-diameter recessed space 25 until the tip of the syringe 41b contacts the stepped portion 23a. Since the inner peripheral surface of the large-diameter annular wall 23b is substantially the same as the outer peripheral surface of the syringe 41b, the dispenser 40B is held in an inverted posture. 3B, when the rod 42b (not shown) is pulled out, the inside of the syringe 41b becomes negative pressure, and the contents in the filling space M are introduced into the small-diameter recessed space 26 from the through opening 24a. It can be transferred into the syringe 41b through the tip opening 44a of 41b (not shown in FIG. 3A).

And as shown to FIG. 3 (a), (b), when providing convex parts 23d and 23e, since each dispenser can be fitted more strongly, carelessly during a transfer operation | work The possibility that the dispenser may come off can be sufficiently suppressed. Further, when the inclined wall 23f is provided, the inclined wall 23f functions as a guide when the dispenser is attached, so that the operation of inserting the dispenser 40B into the large-diameter recessed space 25 is particularly facilitated.

Next, another embodiment of the container according to the present invention will be described.
FIG. 4 is a cross-sectional view in a side view showing another embodiment of the container according to the present invention, and the inner pan shown by a solid line is in a state before the contents are transferred and shown by a two-dot chain line. FIG. 5 is a view showing a state in which the dish is lifted up to the mouth as the contents are transferred. FIG. 5 is a bottom view of the inner stopper of the container shown in FIG. ) Is a cross-sectional view along the line AA shown in (a) (half is a side view with the axis as a boundary), and (c) is a cross-sectional view along the line BB shown in (a) (with the axis as a boundary). 6 is a side view), FIG. 6 is a plan view of the stopper of the container shown in FIG. 4, and FIG. (C) is a cross-sectional view along the line D-D shown in (a) (half is a side view), (d) It is a bottom view, FIG. 4 shows a state in which the dispenser shown in FIG. 2 is mounted in an inverted posture on the container shown in FIG. It is the figure which equipped the extraction device for large diameter recessed spaces.
In the following description, parts having the same functions as those of the above-described parts are denoted by the same reference numerals and description thereof is omitted.

In FIG. 4, reference numeral 1B denotes another embodiment of a container according to the present invention. In the container 1B, instead of the cover body 14A of the container 1A shown in FIG. 1, a cover body 14B in which the height of the rib located at the center is lowered is arranged, and in place of the intermediate plate 15A, a recess 15a An inner tray 15B having a recess 15b with a deeper depth is arranged, and an inner plug 20B is provided in place of the inner plug 20A. Furthermore, the container 1 </ b> B includes a stopper 50 and an elastic body 60 in the small-diameter recessed space 26.

As shown in FIG. 4, the inner plug 20B is inclined while increasing the depth of the small-diameter recess space 26 with respect to the inner plug holding portion 21 having the same form as the inner plug 20A and the inner plug main body portion 22A of the inner plug 20A. An inner plug main body 22B from which the wall 23f is removed is provided. Further, as shown in FIGS. 5A to 5C, the stepped peripheral wall 23 has a recess 23 g that cuts out the bottom wall 24 and the small-diameter annular wall 23 c from the bottom side toward the mouth side along the axis. (Two in the illustrated example) are provided, and a mouth-side end 23h is formed on the mouth side of the recess 23g. The bottom wall 24 is provided with a cylindrical partition wall 23j that surrounds the through opening 24a and rises from the bottom side to the mouth side.

Further, as shown in FIGS. 6A to 6D, the plug body 50 is provided with a cylindrical side wall 52 integrally connected to an outer peripheral side edge of a disk-shaped top wall 51. Further, the top wall 51 is provided with a through hole 53 at the center thereof, and the side wall 52 is provided with convex portions 54 (two in the illustrated example) projecting radially outward.

In the example shown in FIG. 4, the elastic body 60 is a spiral formed of a member different from the plug body 50 and disposed between the bottom wall 24 of the inner plug 20 </ b> B and the side wall 52 of the plug body 50. It is a spring wound in a shape and biases the plug body 50 from the bottom side toward the mouth side. Here, the convex portion 54 of the plug body 50 is disposed in the concave portion 23g of the inner plug 20B, and is engaged with the mouth side end portion 23h of the concave portion 23g at a position where the top wall 51 and the step portion 23a are aligned. Stopped. That is, the ceiling wall 51 is the bottom of the large-diameter recessed space 25 at this position. In addition, the convex part 54 of the stopper 50 and the recessed part 23g of the inner stopper 20B can also be provided interchangeably.

When transferring the contents from the container 1B configured as described above to the dispenser 40A for the small-diameter recessed space 26, as shown in FIG. 7A, the container is inverted with the overcap 30 removed. The pouring device 40A in the posture is inserted into the small-diameter recessed space 26 of the inner plug 20B while pushing the plug 50. In the illustrated example, the mouth side end 23k of the partition wall 23j is brought into contact with the top wall 51 of the plug body 50 to be a slide end to the bottom side of the plug body 50. At this position, the top wall 51 is This is the bottom of the small-diameter recessed space 26. In addition, for example, the shape of the recess 23g is formed as a rectangular hole, and the convex portion 54 of the plug body 50 is configured to come into contact with the end portion on the bottom side of the hole, so that the bottom side of the plug body 50 is formed. It may be the end of the slide. When the rod 42a (not shown in FIG. 7A) is pulled out while holding the dispenser 40A in an inverted posture, the inside of the syringe 41a becomes negative pressure, and the contents in the filling space M Through the through opening 24a of the stopper 20B and the inner space of the partition wall 23j, the stopper 20B is moved into the syringe 41a through the through hole 53 of the stopper 50 and the tip opening 44a of the syringe 41a (not shown in FIG. 7A). Can be replaced.

Further, when transferring the contents from the container 1B to the pouring device 40B for the large-diameter recessed space 25, as shown in FIG. 7B, the pouring device 40B in an inverted posture is connected to the inner plug 20B. The syringe 41b is inserted into the large-diameter recessed space 25 until the tip of the syringe 41b contacts the stepped portion 23a. Then, when the rod 42b (not shown) is pulled out in FIG. 7B, the inside of the syringe 41b becomes negative pressure, and the contents in the filling space M are moved inside the through opening 24a and the partition wall 23j of the inner plug 20B. It can be transferred into the syringe 41b through the space and through the through hole 53 of the stopper 50 and the tip opening 44b of the syringe 41b (not shown in FIG. 7B).

In addition, in the container 1A described above, in order to transfer the contents to the dispenser 40B for the large-diameter concave space 25, it is necessary to perform the transfer via the small-diameter concave space 26, and a small amount of content is contained in this space. However, in the container 1B, since the top wall 51 of the plug body 50 is provided at a position aligned with the stepped portion 23a, the contents can be kept in the plug body 50, and the contents can be transferred. There is no waste.

Next, still another embodiment of the container according to the present invention will be described.

The middle dish is a view showing a state where the contents are raised to the mouth as the contents are transferred, and FIG. 9 shows a stopper body integrally connected with the elastic body in the container of FIG. (B) is a cross-sectional view along the line EE shown in (a) (half is a side view with the axis line as a boundary), and (c) is an FF shown in (a). FIG. 10 is a bottom view, and FIG. 10 shows the container shown in FIG. 8 mounted with the dispenser shown in FIG. 2 in an inverted posture. (A) is a figure equipped with the extractor for small diameter recessed spaces, and (b) is a figure equipped with the extractor for large diameter recessed spaces.

In FIG. 8, reference numeral 1C indicates still another embodiment of the container according to the present invention. The container 1C has the same configuration as the container 1B except that the plug body 50 and the elastic body 60 are integrally connected as shown in FIGS. 9 (a) to 9 (d).

Then, the contents to the dispenser 40A for the small-diameter concave space 26 in the container 1C shown in FIG. 10A are transferred, and the large-diameter concave space 25 in the container 1C shown in FIG. The contents can be transferred to the dispenser 40B in the same manner as the container 1B.

According to the present invention, it is possible to eliminate as much as possible the possibility of outside air entering the container, and the same container can be applied to a dispenser having a different outer shape, and the structure of the container is complicated.
