Description

This invention can be used for dog reeds wrapped around the torso, as well as carrying heavy objects such as cameras and infants, baggage and bags for travel, construction materials and disaster prevention goods, milk and drinking water, etc. The present invention relates to an impact buffering belt used for a hanging tool or the like for hanging from a shoulder or a neck for lifting or lifting.

As a structure for buffering an impact on a dog reed that is wound around a conventional torso, a stretchable buffer spring with a stopper is connected to a short lead as in JP 2011-78324 A (see Patent Document 1). Further, in the tension dog walk lead provided with a lead hand on the other end of the elastic buffer spring, the stopper is inserted into the elastic buffer spring and has an expansion limiter (cloth cover) that has an extension limit when extended. There is known a tension dog walk lead characterized by being a stopper).

In registered utility model No. 3151519 (see Patent Document 2), a waist pad is provided at the back of the waist belt, and a lead attachment hook is provided at the front of the waist belt so that a lead can be connected. Further, a tension dog walking belt equipped with a shoulder belt at the tip of the lead attachment hook and a lead separation safety device between the lead attachment hook and the lead has been proposed.

However, in the prior arts of Patent Document 1 and Patent Document 2, the waist belt portion is not stretchable at all, and only a buffer mechanism including a spring or the like is incorporated in the lead.
In other words, the type that incorporates a buffer mechanism into the lead as described above is exactly the same mechanism as that of a conventional dog's type of lead, and simply replaces the part held in the hand with a waist belt. It can be said that it is not too much.

Registered Utility Model No. 3151519

As described above, the type in which the buffering mechanism is incorporated in the lead in the conventional example is the same mechanism as that of the dog lead of the conventional type that is held in the hand. It can be said that it has only been replaced, and there is a problem that the working range of the buffer mechanism is limited to the length of the buffer mechanism installed in the lead.
Therefore, for example, when the dog's traction force not only pulls on the waist belt part, but also when the dog moves around and twists the waist belt part, the owner is swung by the twisting force applied to the waist belt There was a problem.

The shock-absorbing belt according to the present invention solves the problem that the working range of the shock-absorbing mechanism is limited to the length of the shock-absorbing mechanism installed in the lead in the above-described conventional example, in which the portion held in the hand is merely replaced with the waist belt For example, not only the force of pulling the waist belt part by the dog's pulling force, but also the twisting applied to the waist belt even when the dog moves around and twists the waist belt part It is an object of the present invention to provide a new shock-absorbing belt which does not have a problem that the force is absorbed without difficulty and the owner is swung.

That is, the impact buffering belt of the present invention includes a cylindrical cover made of a non-stretchable material, a stretchable belt mounted in the tubular cover, and a non-stretchable side belt attached to both ends of the stretchable belt. A non-stretchable restriction belt that is longer than the stretchable belt passed between both ends of the stretchable belt, one end attached to each of the non-stretchable side belts, and the non-stretchable restriction at the other end It is also characterized by comprising a loosening-stretchable elastic belt attached with a connecting ring through which the belt is slidably inserted.

The shock absorbing belt of the present invention is also characterized in that the cylindrical cover made of the non-stretchable material and the stretchable belt mounted in the cylindrical cover are fixed in place.

As described above, according to the shock-absorbing belt of the present invention, the working range of the buffer mechanism of the above-described conventional example in which the portion held in the hand is merely replaced with the waist belt is the length of the buffer mechanism installed in the lead. The problem of being limited was solved.
That is, for example, not only the pulling force of the dog to the waist belt part, but also the twisting force applied to the waist belt is absorbed easily even when the dog moves around and twists the waist belt part. Therefore, it is possible to provide a novel shock-absorbing belt that does not have a problem that the owner is swung.

FIG. 6 and FIG. 6 are enlarged cross-sectional views of the main part.

The impact buffering belt 11 of the present invention shown in the embodiment of FIGS. 1 to 6 is basically composed of a cylindrical cover 12 made of a non-stretchable material, and a stretchable belt mounted in the tubular cover 12. 13 and non-stretchable side belts 14 a and 14 b attached to both ends of the stretchable belt 13.

Referring to FIGS. 1 to 6 in more detail, the shock absorbing belt 11 of the present invention includes a cylindrical cover 12 made of a non-stretchable material, a stretchable belt 13 mounted in the tubular cover 12, Non-stretchable side belts 14 a and 14 b attached to both ends of the stretchable belt 13 are provided. And between the both ends of the said elastic belt 13, the non-elasticity regulation belt 15 longer than the said elastic belt 13 is passed.
One end of each of the non-stretchable elastic belts 16a and 16b is attached to each of the non-stretchable side belts 14a and 14b, and the non-stretchable regulating belt 15 is attached to the other end of each of the slackproof elastic belts 16a and 16b. A connecting ring 17 to be inserted is attached, and the non-stretchable restriction belt 15 is slidably held.

The mounting positions of the anti-loosening elastic belts 16a and 16b on the non-stretchable side belts 14a and 14b are positions where the belt 15 is not loosened by holding both sides of the non-stretchable regulating belt 15 in a normal state. In this state, almost no pulling force acts on the anti-loosening elastic belts 16a and 16b.

In the figure, reference numeral 21 denotes a binding portion for fixing both ends of the elastic belt 13 by means such as sewing, and the end portions are connected to the non-elastic side belts 14a and 14b via a connecting ring 22. Yes. Reference numeral 23 denotes a D-type connecting ring attached to the other end of the non-stretchable side belts 14a and 14b, and 24 denotes a synthetic resin foam such as polyurethane interposed between the cylindrical cover 12 and the stretchable belt 13. It is a shock absorber made of body.
Further, it is desirable that the non-stretchable restriction belt 15 longer than the stretchable belt 13 is fixed to the binding portions 21 at both ends of the stretchable belt 13 by means such as sewing. Similarly, it is desirable to attach the anti-loosening elastic belts 16a, 16b to the non-elastic side belts 14a, 14b by means such as sewing.

The shock-absorbing belt 11 according to the present invention fixes the cylindrical cover 12 made of the non-stretchable material and the stretchable belt 13 mounted in the cylindrical cover 12 at appropriate positions by means such as sewing. It is desirable to keep it. In FIGS. 1 to 6, the cylindrical cover 12 and the stretchable belt 13 are fixed to each other by means such as sewing at substantially the center, but the position is not limited to the center.

As the cylindrical cover 12 made of the non-stretchable material, a thick woven fabric, synthetic leather, or the like can be used, and it is desirable that the inner surface thereof is subjected to flocking or other processing to improve sliding.
As the elastic belt 13 and the anti-loosening elastic belts 16a and 16b, belt-like rubber cords can be suitably used, and a plurality of layers can be used depending on the required tensile force and durability. In the above embodiment, the stretchable belt 13 is constituted by three layers of rubber strings.
The non-stretchable side belts 14a and 14b and the non-stretchable regulation belt 15 can be made of a cloth belt made of nylon or polyester, or other material having tensile strength.

Next, a usage mode of the shock absorbing belt of the present invention will be described.
When the non-stretchable side belts 14a and 14b attached to both ends of the stretchable belt 13 are pulled from both sides as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4 from the state of FIGS. Stretched.
At this time, the non-stretchable restriction belt 15 is also stretched. When a pulling force is applied to the slack-proof stretchable belts 16a and 16b, the slack-proof stretchable belts 16a and 16b are also simultaneously stretched.
Of course, the stretchable belt 13 is not stretched beyond the length of the belt 15 due to the non-stretchable restriction belt 15 working in any case where the stretchable belt 13 is stretched gradually or beyond assumption. The elastic belt 13 is not likely to be cut by being stretched beyond the assumption.
Further, when a heavy object, an infant or the like is suspended, the non-stretchable restriction belt 15 can prevent the stretchable belt 13 from being stretched beyond the assumption, so that the heavy object falls on the floor. The risk of injury or the injury of an infant falling to the floor could be avoided.

Even when the stretchable belt 13 is stretched, the stretchable behavior is performed only in the tubular cover 12, and the tubular cover 12 does not stretch. The garment being worn is rubbed due to the expansion and contraction of the elastic belt 13, so that it is not adversely affected by being worn or scratched.

The stretching force of the stretchable belt 13 and the loosening-preventable stretchable belt 16 can be adjusted by changing the material of rubber or changing the number of single belts.
Further, for example, by setting the anti-loosening elastic belt 16 to have an elastic force smaller than that of the elastic belt 13, initially, a tensile force acts only on the anti-loosening elastic belt 16, and the non-elasticity regulating belt 15. When the tension is fully extended, a tensile force acts on the stretchable belt 13 so that the stretch force acting on the entire shock-absorbing belt can be made stepwise.

The shock-absorbing belt of the present invention can be used for the lead of dogs wound around the trunk, as well as heavy items such as cameras and infants, baggage and bags for travel, construction materials and disaster prevention goods, milk and beverages It can be used as a hanging tool for hanging from the shoulder or neck for transporting or lifting water, etc., but it can be applied to the same kind of use that receives a great load when worn on the body. Needless to say, it can be done.
