Description
Claims (5)
- 組織に伝達された電圧および電流を測定するように構成されたセンサ回路と、
組織へのエネルギー伝達の時間を測定し、組織に伝達されたエネルギーを計算するように構成された制御装置であって、前記制御装置により計算された組織に伝達された前記エネルギーおよび前記制御装置により測定された組織へのエネルギー伝達の前記時間の関数として、焼灼体積の大きさを推定し、前記推定された大きさに基づいて焼灼体積の増加率を計算するように構成された制御装置と、
を含み、
組織に伝達された前記エネルギーは、電気エネルギー、超音波エネルギー、マイクロ波エネルギー、低温エネルギー、レーザーエネルギーから選択される、電気外科手術用発生器。 - 前記制御装置は、前記計算された増加率を閾値増加率と比較するようにさらに構成されている、請求項1に記載の電気外科手術用発生器。
- 前記制御装置は、前記計算された増加率と前記閾値増加率との比較に応答して、組織へのエネルギー供給を終了することおよびアラームを鳴らすことからなる群から選択される動作を実行するように構成されている、請求項2に記載の電気外科手術用発生器。
- 前記制御装置は、複数の推定された大きさの微分に基づいて前記増加率を計算するように構成されている、請求項1に記載の電気外科手術用発生器。
- 前記制御装置は、前記測定された時間および前記計算されたエネルギーの逆数の合計の逆数として前記推定された大きさを計算するように構成されている、請求項1に記載の電気外科手術用発生器。
