(態様3)
航空機が有人航空機であり、C2メッセージが飛行経路情報を含んでおり、且つアビオニクスにより行われる一連の動作に飛行経路情報を表示することが含まれている、態様1に記載の航空機。
(態様4)
アビオニクスが、代替通信が必要とされていることを示す個別応答器コードを伝送する、態様1に記載の航空機。
(態様5)
代替通信が必要とされていることを示す個別応答器コードを伝送する応答器と、
衛星ステータス情報を受信するため、及びコマンド及びコントロールメッセージを受信するための、テキストメッセージ通信能を有するGPS受信機と、
GPS受信機が受信したコマンド及びコントロールメッセージに従って一連の動作を行うようにUAVに命令するUAVコマンド及びコントロールと
を備えた無人航空機(UAV)。

一連の動作に特定の場所まで飛行することが含まれている、態様5に記載の航空機。

Claims (9)
- メッセージ通信能を有するGPS受信機(170)であって、主要通信システムの故障の結果として代替通信が必要とされるときにコマンド及びコントロール(C2)メッセージを処理するGPS受信機と、
該GPS受信機が受信したコマンド及びコントロール(C2)メッセージに含まれる命令に従って一連の動作を行うアビオニクス(120)と
を備えた航空機(110)であって、
前記アビオニクス(120)が、代替通信が必要とされていることを示す個別応答器コードを空域制御管理者(220)へ伝送するように構成された、航空機。 - 航空機が無人航空機であり、且つアビオニクス(120)が、一連の動作を自動的に行う航法及び自動操縦系統を含んでいる、請求項1に記載の航空機(110)。
- 航空機が有人航空機であり、コマンド及びコントロール(C2)メッセージが飛行経路情報を含んでおり、且つアビオニクス(120)により行われる一連の動作に飛行経路情報を表示することが含まれている、請求項1に記載の航空機(110)。
- 請求項1に記載の航空機(110)であって、該航空機は無人航空機(UAV)であって、該UAVは
代替通信が必要とされていることを示す個別応答器コードを伝送する応答器(160)を有し、
前記GPS受信機は、衛星ステータス情報を受信するため、及びコマンド及びコントロールメッセージを受信するための、テキストメッセージ通信能を有するGPS受信機(170)であり、さらに、該UAVは、
該GPS受信機(170)が受信したコマンド及びコントロールメッセージに従って一連の動作を行うようにUAVに命令するUAVコマンド及びコントロールとを備えた、航空機。 - 一連の動作に特定の場所まで飛行することが含まれている、請求項4に記載の航空機(110)。
- 応答器(160)が、受信されたメッセージの受領及び復号を確認する別の個別応答器コードを伝送する、請求項4に記載の航空機(110)。

- メッセージ復号能を有するGPS受信機(170)を備えた航空機の代替通信方法であって、
前記航空機のアビオニクスから、主要通信システムの故障の結果として、代替通信が必要とされていることを示す個別応答器コードを伝送することと、
航空機のための代替通信のリクエストを受信することと、
航空機に対して一連の動作を行うように命令するコマンド及びコントロールメッセージを作成することと、
GPS衛星を介してこのメッセージをGPS受信機(170)に伝送することと
を含む方法。 - メッセージが航空機に対して特定の場所まで移動することを命令する、請求項8に記載の方法。
