Claims (2)

(2)チューブ先端から(1)で切開したチューブ内側の周方向切開線の2つの端まで、痰吸引路の略伸張方向に沿って切開する工程;
(3)(1)で切開したチューブ内側の周方向切開線と(2)で切開した2つの痰吸引路の略伸張方向切開線で囲まれたチューブ片を取り除く工程、
(4)カフの接着代によりチューブ外側の切開線を塞ぐ工程。
