Description
The present invention is interposed between a lower structure such as a foundation and a bridge pier and an upper structure such as a building and a bridge girder, and supports the upper structure so as to be movable in the horizontal direction with respect to the lower structure and the horizontal direction. The present invention relates to a sliding bearing for a structure capable of dampening vibrations.
The sliding bearing prevents the upper structure from collapsing due to an earthquake or the like without transmitting ground vibration due to the earthquake or the like to the upper structure such as a building or a bridge girder.
By the way, if the upper structure is largely displaced with respect to the lower structure due to a large earthquake or the like, the sliding structure using simply sliding between flat surfaces may cause the upper structure to fall from the lower structure. Even if a drop-off prevention mechanism is provided to prevent such drop-off, large vibration energy based on a large earthquake or the like is directly applied to the drop-off prevention mechanism, and the drop-off prevention mechanism may be damaged. Further, the drop-off prevention mechanism for large vibration energy is not always satisfactory because it is expensive to manufacture and requires a large space.
Accordingly,
The present invention has been made in view of the above points, and its object is to effectively absorb large vibration energy by converting vibration energy, which is large kinetic energy based on a large earthquake, etc., into potential energy. Therefore, the upper structure can be prevented from falling off from the lower structure, and there is no risk of damage, and the manufacturing cost can be reduced and the space occupied can be reduced. It is an object of the present invention to provide a sliding bearing for a structure that can reduce the transmission of a large horizontal force to the structure and avoid the costly improvement of the earthquake resistance of the superstructure.
The sliding bearing for the structure according to the present invention interposed between the lower structure and the upper structure to support the upper structure movably in the horizontal direction with respect to the lower structure is provided on the upper structure side. An upper side sliding surface arranged and a lower part arranged on the lower structure side so as to be in sliding contact with the upper side sliding surface in a horizontal direction and to receive the load of the upper structure through the upper side sliding surface A side sliding surface, a restoring force generating means for generating a restoring force with respect to the horizontal displacement of the upper structure above a certain level relative to the lower structure, and a horizontal and vertical relative of the upper structure to the lower structure In order to absorb and attenuate vibration energy in expansion and contraction, one end is pivotally supported on the first structure pivotally on the upper structure side, while the other end is pivotally supported on the lower structure side. And is supported vertically. A fluid damper disposed freely, and the restoring force generating means is fixed to one of the lower structure and the upper structure, and is a displacement surface extending in a direction intersecting the lower side sliding surface. The upper structure is formed on the basis of the contact of the opposing surface with the displacement surface in a horizontal relative displacement of the upper structure with respect to the lower structure. The fluid damper is designed to move in the vertical direction from the object, and the fluid damper has a first displacement relative to the lower sliding surface in the relative displacement that does not exceed a certain horizontal relative displacement of the upper structure relative to the lower structure. The vertical distance between the first pivot point and the second pivot point is maintained, the first pivot point moves relative to the second pivot point in the horizontal direction, and the first pivot point and the second pivot point are connected. While the line swings around the second pivot point, In the relative displacement in the horizontal direction of the upper structure with respect to the substructure, the vertical distance between the lower sliding surface and the first pivot point is increased or decreased, and the first axis with respect to the second pivot point The fulcrum moves relative to the horizontal direction and expands and contracts.
According to the present invention, the restoring force generating means having the displacement surface extending in the crossing direction with respect to the lower side sliding surface and the opposing surface facing the displacement surface is more than a certain level of the upper structure relative to the lower structure. Since the upper structure is moved vertically from the lower structure based on the contact of the opposing surface with the displacement surface in the relative displacement in the horizontal direction, vibration that is large kinetic energy due to large earthquakes, etc. Energy can be converted into potential energy with vertical movement of the upper structure from the lower structure to effectively absorb large vibration energy, and between the upper structure and the lower structure based on such large vibration energy. It can prevent relative large horizontal displacement, and can prevent the fall of the upper structure from the lower structure, and can effectively use the large vibration energy based on a big earthquake etc. On that may eliminate the risk of damage, in order to obtain achieving reduction of reduction and space occupied by the manufacturing cost, the damping effect can be expected due to frictional force at the contact of the opposing surfaces of the displacement surfaces.
In addition, according to the present invention, in the relative displacement that does not exceed the horizontal relative displacement of the upper structure relative to the lower structure, the vertical displacement between the lower sliding surface and the first pivot point is not exceeded. The distance is maintained and the first pivot point moves relative to the second pivot point in the horizontal direction, and the line connecting the first pivot point and the second pivot point becomes the second pivot point. While swinging as the center, the vertical distance between the lower sliding surface and the first pivot point is increased or decreased when the horizontal displacement of the upper structure relative to the lower structure exceeds a certain level. Since the first shaft fulcrum has a fluid damper that moves relative to the horizontal direction and expands and contracts, the upper structure from the lower structure The transmission of horizontal vibration force to the fluid damper can be reduced and thus cost-effective. It can be avoided to improve the earthquake resistance of the mowing superstructure.
In a preferred example of the present invention, each of the upper side sliding surface and the lower side sliding surface has a flat surface extending in the horizontal direction, and each of the displacement surface and the opposing surface is the upper side sliding surface and the lower side sliding surface. It has a flat surface inclined with respect to the surface.
In the present invention, the fluid damper is preferably a cylinder, a piston that divides the inside of the cylinder into two chambers, a first end that is connected to the piston and penetrates one closed end in the axial direction of the cylinder. A piston rod having one end connected to the piston and penetrating the other closed end in the axial direction of the cylinder, fluid disposed in two chambers inside the cylinder, and the inside of the cylinder An orifice communicating the two chambers and a first shaft member fixed to the other end of the first piston rod and rotatably connected to a first shaft member fixed to one of the upper structure side and the lower structure side Fixed to the other end in the axial direction of the cylinder and to the second shaft member fixed to the other of the upper structure side and the lower structure side. Connected Was that provided with the second connector.
A sliding bearing for another structure of the present invention interposed between the lower structure and the upper structure to support the upper structure so as to be movable in a horizontal direction with respect to the lower structure is an upper structure. The upper side sliding surface arranged on the side and the upper side sliding surface are arranged in contact with the upper side sliding surface so as to be slidable in the horizontal direction and receive the load of the upper structure through the upper side sliding surface. Lower side sliding surface, restoring force generating means for generating restoring force for horizontal relative displacement of the upper structure with respect to the lower structure, and relative vibration energy of the upper structure with respect to the lower structure In order to absorb by the above, at one of the upper structure side and the lower structure side, at least in a relative displacement not exceeding a certain horizontal relative displacement of the upper structure relative to the lower structure, Superstructure side and It is movable in the horizontal direction with respect to one of the lower structure sides and is immovable in the vertical direction, while the other end is on the other side of the upper structure side and the lower structure side. And a fluid damper that is connected to the other of the lower structure side so as to be immovable in the horizontal direction and the vertical direction, and is arranged so that the axial direction is the vertical direction. The restoring force generating means has a displacement surface fixed to one of the lower structure and the upper structure and extending in a direction intersecting the lower side sliding surface, and a facing surface facing the displacement surface. The upper structure is moved in the vertical direction from the lower structure on the basis of the contact of the opposing surface with the displacement surface in a relative displacement in the horizontal direction of the upper structure with respect to the lower structure.
According to such a sliding bearing for another structure, in addition to the effect of the sliding bearing described above, a fluid damper that absorbs the relative vibration energy of the upper structure with respect to the lower structure by expansion and contraction is provided at one end of the upper structure. One of the side structure and the lower structure side has at least a relative displacement that does not exceed a certain horizontal relative displacement of the upper structure with respect to the lower structure. It is movable in the horizontal direction with respect to one of them, and is immovable in the vertical direction, while at the other end, the upper structure side and the lower structure side are connected to the other of the upper structure side and the lower structure side. The lower structure does not exceed a certain horizontal relative displacement of the upper structure with respect to the lower structure because it is connected to the other one so as to be immovable in the horizontal direction and the vertical direction. Vs. The relative displacement of the upper structure, such as an earthquake with a small horizontal amplitude, does not expand and contract the fluid damper, and thus the horizontal displacement of the upper structure above a certain level relative to the lower structure. As a result, it is possible to avoid the transmission of the relative vibration in the horizontal direction of the upper structure to the lower structure via the fluid damper at a relative displacement not exceeding the lower limit. As a result, mechanical fatigue of the lower structure and the upper structure can be reduced.
In the sliding support for other structures, one end of the fluid damper is connected to one of the upper structure side and the lower structure side even in a horizontal relative displacement of the upper structure with respect to the lower structure. Further, it may be connected to one of the upper structure side and the lower structure side so as to be movable in the horizontal direction and immovable in the vertical direction. One end of the upper structure is fixed to one of the upper structure side and the lower structure side in the horizontal direction and the vertical direction in a horizontal relative displacement of the upper structure with respect to the lower structure. , May be linked.
In sliding bearings for other structures, the fluid damper may always generate an elastic force in the contraction direction, and in such a fluid damper, the horizontal direction relative to the lower structure is lower than the lower structure. When the upper structure returns to the original position (initial position) before the vibration with respect to the lower structure after the mechanical displacement, the fluid damper can also ensure its vertical arrangement in the axial direction.
In the sliding support for other structures, the fluid damper has a length in the axial direction when the relative displacement does not exceed a certain horizontal relative displacement of the upper structure relative to the lower structure. While being maintained and its axial direction is vertical, it does not expand or contract, while in the relative displacement of the upper structure relative to the lower structure in a horizontal direction that is more than a certain level, the length in the axial direction is It may be changed and its axial direction becomes a vertical direction so that it can expand and contract. Instead, the fluid damper has a relative displacement in the horizontal direction of the upper structure relative to the lower structure. When the relative displacement does not exceed, the axial length is maintained and the axial direction is vertical, so that it does not expand and contract, while the upper structure with respect to the lower structure exceeds a certain level. In horizontal direction of relative displacement, extending with its axial length is changed in a diagonal direction to the axial direction intersecting the vertical direction, it may be adapted to stretch.

In a large earthquake, for example, as shown in FIG. 8, when relative displacement in one direction in the H direction more than a certain level occurs in the
In addition, the
Thus, in order to absorb the relative vibration energy of the
In addition, in the relative displacement not exceeding the H direction relative displacement of the
By the way, the
In the sliding
The
