Description

The present invention relates to an air conditioning structure for a floor that supplies conditioned air to an underfloor space to perform indoor air conditioning.

In recent years, radiant air conditioning has been performed in which the floor surface is warmed (or cooled) from under the floor, and indoor air conditioning is performed by radiant heat (cold radiation) from the floor surface. In this air conditioning structure, for example, air conditioned air is sent under the floor by a duct arranged under the floor, the floor surface is warmed and its radiant heat is used, and further, a part of the conditioned air is also sent into the room for air conditioning in the room. It is.

Regarding the air conditioning structure, the applicant of the present application has previously disclosed an air conditioning structure for physical education facilities according to Patent Document 1. As shown in FIG. 16, the first duct in which the support leg 60, the large pull 61 and the joist 62 are arranged on the floor slab of the building and the conditioned air is circulated below the floor material 63 laid on the joist 62. In addition, a heat insulating sheet 64 covering the lower portion of the floor surface material 63 is disposed between the large draws 61 to form a second duct 66 between the floor surface material 63 and a predetermined interval between the first ducts. Air conditioned air is blown from the position to the second duct 66, the temperature of the floor material 63 is adjusted by the air-conditioning air passing through the second duct 66, and the room is air-conditioned by radiation action from the floor surface. It is.

In addition, the air conditioning system described in Patent Document 2 uses a jet nozzle that diffuses a heat medium and supplies heat to a wide area, and a conical conversion member on the upper part of the injection nozzle is provided on the section screen (back surface) of the air conditioning room. By arranging so as to be in contact with each other, the heat medium is diffused along the section screen, and heat can be efficiently transmitted to the section screen of the air conditioning room.

Patent Document 3 relates to a floor blowing air conditioning system using a double floor, which includes a floor panel integrated duct member, and this duct member supports a floor panel having a hole for cold air blowing and a lower panel. Now, when underfloor air conditioning is performed with a relatively narrow underfloor, the air conditioning structure of Patent Document 1 has a problem that it is difficult to arrange the heat insulating sheet, and that the effect of the heat insulating sheet cannot be sufficiently obtained because the underfloor space is narrow. . Also, the structure using the jet nozzle of Patent Document 2 is not suitable for a place where the underfloor space is narrow because a space with a certain height is required due to the height of the jet nozzle. In addition, the air conditioning system of the cited document 3 has a structure in which the floor panel and the duct member are integrally formed, so that there are restrictions on the shapes of the duct member and the floor panel, and the number of parts is large. .

The present invention has been made to solve the above problems, and can provide a floor air-conditioning structure that can efficiently air-condition the floor even when the space under the floor is relatively narrow, and that is excellent in workability and economy. The floor duct material 2 and the like are installed in a straight shape, a T shape, or an L shape according to the route. The floor duct members 2 and the like are connected in a state where the ends are abutted to extend the circulation space 9. The place where the route of the circulation space portion 9 is linearly long is arranged by connecting the floor duct materials 2 together. In the T-junction, the T-type floor duct material 18 is arranged continuously to the floor duct material 2, and the floor duct material 2 and the like are arranged at the branched ends. In the L-shaped road, the L-shaped floor duct material 20 is arranged continuously to the floor duct material 2, and the floor duct material 20 and the like are arranged at the tip of the direction change. Based on the arrangement of the floor duct material 2 and the like, the route of the circulation space 9 is determined.

And the floor member 6 is installed in the floor foundation surface 30 including the upper part of the floor duct material 2 grade | etc., Arrange | positioned above. When the floor member 6 is installed above the floor duct material 2 (and the T-type floor duct material 18 and the L-type floor duct material 20), the floor member 6 is made to correspond to each section 7 of the floor duct material 2 and the like. The nine leg portions 4 of the floor member 6 are inserted into the nine leg hole portions 14 formed in one section 7 and are erected on the floor foundation surface 30.
When the floor member 6 is installed on the top of the floor duct material 2 and the like, the leg portion 4 is inserted through the leg hole portion 14, and the side plate portion 10 of the floor duct material 2 and the like covers the side surface of the floor member 6 from the outside. The upper portion of the portion 10 is engaged with the engaging portion 27 of the floor member 6.

As shown in FIG. 12, in the state in which the floor member 6 is installed on the upper part of the floor duct material 2 etc., the upper part of the floor duct material 2 etc. is covered with the top plate portion 24 of the floor member 6. Thereby, the circulation space part 9 enclosed by the floor duct material 2 and the floor member 6 is formed, and the flow path through which conditioned air circulates is formed when this circulation space part 9 continues.
Further, a space portion 13 corresponding to the height of the base member 12 is formed between the bottom plate portion 8 such as the floor duct material 2 and the floor foundation surface 30.

The row | line | column etc. which adjoin the floor member 6 which provided the floor duct material 2 in the lower part are taken as the row | line | column which has arrange | positioned only the floor member 6. In the row (or place) of only the floor members 6, an underfloor space portion 31 is formed between the top plate portion 24 and the floor foundation surface 30 of the floor members 6, and the floor duct material 2 is formed in these underfloor space portions 31. Air-conditioned air blown out from the air holes 16 such as the same flows.

Here, the circulation space part 9 of the two circulation forms by the floor duct material 2 etc. is formed, and the floor member 6 is placed on the entire floor base surface 30 of the room including the upper part of the floor duct material 2 etc. The floor surface 33 is formed. Further, the distribution space portion 9 starts from the place where the chamber 36 of the room is provided, and a connecting portion 35 for connecting the distribution space portion 9 to the lower portion of the chamber 36 is formed at these portions. Air-conditioned air flows into each circulation space 9.

When the room is air-conditioned, the conditioned air blown from the air conditioner 32 flows into the chamber 36 on the back of the wall via the ceiling duct 34, flows through the chamber 36, and descends to the lower floor 29. Further, the conditioned air from the chamber 36 is introduced from the connecting portion 35 into the circulation space portion 9 of the floor duct material 2.
In the lower floor 29 (air conditioning in the underfloor space), the conditioned air flows through the circulation space portion 9 and is sent from the wall surface side where the chamber 36 is provided to the other wall surface side.

Further, when the conditioned air passes through the circulation space portion 9, a part of the conditioned air blows out from the air hole portion 16 of the floor duct material 2, which is below the floor portion 13 of the floor duct material 2 and the floor member 6. Circulates the space part 31.
As described above, according to the air conditioning structure of the floor, the conditioned air can be distributed over the entire floor lower portion 29 of the room, and the top plate portion 24 of the floor member 6 forming the floor surface 33 is warmed (or cooled). ). In the case of heating, warm conditioned air for heating is blown out from the air conditioner 32, and in the case of cooling, cold conditioned air is blown out from the air conditioner 32.

The conditioned air flowing through the underfloor space 31 eventually flows into the room from an air hole (not shown) provided in the floor surface 33 in the vicinity of the wall on the opposite side of the chamber 36, and passes through the air conditioning (convection) in the room. In addition, air flows into the space behind the ceiling from an air hole (not shown) provided in the ceiling, is sucked into the air conditioner 32, and the conditioned air is circulated.
In the room, carpet or the like is laid as necessary on the upper portion of the floor surface 33, and radiation air conditioning from the floor surface 33 is performed.

FIG. 13 is a temperature distribution diagram showing the temperature on the floor surface of the room by the air conditioning structure of the floor every time (30 minutes). In the above temperature distribution diagram, a black (dark) portion is high in temperature (a temperature suitable for heating), and such a high temperature portion gradually spreads over the entire floor surface over time. Here, it is shown that the temperature of substantially the entire area of the floor surface increases in about one hour from the start of air conditioning, and the circulation of conditioned air is effectively performed.
The floor air-conditioning structure can be widely applied to public facilities, offices, stores, and even houses.

Therefore, according to the above-described embodiment, the floor member and the floor duct material can be integrated to efficiently form the distribution space, and the floor can be efficiently air-conditioned even if the underfloor space is relatively narrow. Yes. In addition, the conditioned air can be circulated over the entire lower floor of the room and air conditioning can be performed well, and the space below the floor duct material can be effectively used as a distribution space for wiring or conditioned air. Further, the arrangement of the floor duct material and the installation of the floor member are simple and excellent in workability, and the manufacturing of each member is easy and the economic efficiency is excellent.

The bottom plate portion 8 of the floor duct material 42 can be divided into four square-shaped sections 7, and each section 7 has four portions at the corners, four portions in the middle of each row, and a central portion. Leg holes 14 are formed at a total of nine locations.
In relation to this floor duct material 42, the conditioned air is branched into a T-shape and a T-shaped floor duct material 44 consisting of four sections, and the conditioned air is turned into an L-shape and an L-shaped floor composed of three sections. A duct material 46 is formed.

Also for the floor duct material 42, the floor member 6 is arranged corresponding to each section 7 of the floor duct material 42, and each of the nine leg hole portions 14 formed in one section 7 has 9 floor members 6. The leg portion 4 of the book is inserted and erected on the floor foundation surface 30. Thereby, the circulation space part 9 surrounded by the four surfaces of the bottom plate part 8 of the floor duct material 42, the both side plate parts 10 and the top plate part 24 of the floor member 6 is formed.

FIG. 15 shows a plan view of the arrangement of the floor duct member 42 (T-type floor duct member 44 and L-type floor duct member 46) and the floor member 6 in the room. When this floor duct material 42 is used, the circulation space portion 9 is formed radially, and conditioned air is blown out from the end portion of the circulation space portion 9 itself to the underfloor space portion 31.

When air conditioning a room, the conditioned air flows through the circulation space 9 in the lower floor 29 (air conditioning in the underfloor space) and is sent from the wall surface side where the chamber 36 is provided to the other wall surface side. The conditioned air is blown out from the front end of the circulation space 9 to the underfloor space 31 and also from the end of the T-type floor duct material 44 or the L-type floor duct material 46 branched from the middle of the circulation space 9. Air-conditioned air is blown into the underfloor space 31. In addition, the conditioned air is circulated.

Also in the air conditioning structure of this floor, the conditioned air can be distributed over the entire floor lower portion 29 of the room, and the top plate portion 24 of the floor member 6 forming the floor surface 33 is heated (or cooled). In the room, radiation air conditioning from the floor is performed.
Therefore, also in this embodiment, the floor member and the floor duct material can be integrated to efficiently form a distribution space, and the floor can be efficiently air-conditioned even if the underfloor space is relatively narrow. The same effect as the above embodiment can be obtained.
