前記含侵体の頭部を収納する内部空間を有し、その下端を容器本体の口頚部の開口に適合させて該開口を密封するとともに該含侵体を起立姿勢に保持したまま容器本体に固定保持する固定栓と、前記容器本体の口頚部を取り囲む環状周壁を有し、その下端外側にて起立する短尺筒体との相互間にて上向きに開放された環状凹部形成され該口頚部に固定保持されるベースキャップと、
前記固定栓を取り囲むとともに、その上端開放部を該固定栓の天面壁外周縁部に当接させてその内側に密封空間形成される一方、前記ベースキャップの環状周壁に沿い昇降移動させて前記固定栓の内部空間に収納された前記含侵体の頭部の露出度合いを変更するカバーとを備え、
