Claims (9)
- 皮膚表面の近くの毛を検出するための光ベースの検出器を有するヘアトリートメント装置であって、前記検出器は、
光ビームを生成するための光源と、
皮膚表面の近くの毛において前記光ビームを合焦させるための光学素子と、
前記毛又は皮膚表面と相互作用した所定の直線偏光を持つ光を検出するための偏光感度を持つ光センサと、
を有し、前記光源及び/又は前記光学素子は、前記光ビームが前記毛又は前記皮膚表面に到達したときに、前記光ビームの断面において時間的に変化せず空間的に変化する偏光方向を前記光ビームに持たせるように構成された、ヘアトリートメント装置。 - 前記光源及び/又は前記光学素子は、前記光ビームに、前記光ビームの断面においてラジアル偏光方向又はアジマス偏光方向を持たせるように構成された、請求項1に記載のヘアトリートメント装置。
- 前記光源は、光ビームの断面において時間的に変化せず空間的に変化する偏光方向を持つ光ビームを生成するように動作可能である、請求項1に記載のヘアトリートメント装置。
- 前記光源は、円錐形のブリュースタープリズムを有する、請求項3に記載のヘアトリートメント装置。
- 前記光学素子は、空間的に変化する位相差板を有する、請求項1に記載のヘアトリートメント装置。
- 前記光学素子は、LCoSチップを有する、請求項1に記載のヘアトリートメント装置。
- 前記毛又は前記皮膚表面と相互作用した所定の直線偏光に垂直な偏光を持つ光を検出するための第2の偏光感度を持つセンサを更に有する、請求項1に記載のヘアトリートメント装置。
- 毛切断レーザビームを生成するための毛切断レーザ光源と、前記光ベースの検出器に結合されたプロセッサと、を更に有し、前記プロセッサは、前記光ベースの検出器が前記毛の存在を検出した前記皮膚表面の近くにおける前記毛切断レーザビームの焦点位置において、前記毛切断レーザ光源を作動させるように構成された、請求項1乃至7のいずれか一項に記載のヘアトリートメント装置。
- 皮膚表面の近くの毛を検出するための方法であって、前記方法は、
光ビームを生成するステップと、
皮膚表面の近くの毛において前記光ビームを合焦させるステップと、
前記毛又は前記皮膚表面と相互作用した、所定の直線偏光を持つ光を検出するステップと、
を有し、前記生成するステップ及び/又は合焦させるステップは、前記光ビームが前記毛又は前記皮膚表面に到達したときに、前記光ビームの断面において時間的に変化せず空間的に変化する偏光方向を前記光ビームに持たせる方法。
