Claims (8)
- 第1の相互接続点(POI)(30)にて電力網(26)に結合される第1の電力コンバータ(42)と、
前記第1の電力コンバータに結合され且つ該第1の電力コンバータの作動を制御するよう構成された、中央処理デバイス(28)に通信可能に結合された第1の処理デバイス(62)と、
前記第1の処理デバイス(62)に結合され且つ前記第1の電力コンバータの電力出力に関連するデータを収集するよう構成された第1の電力測定装置(94)と、
前記第1の処理デバイスに結合され且つ前記第1の電力コンバータの位置に対応する位置情報と、当該位置における時間に対応する時間的情報とを受け取るように構成された第1の全地球位置測定システム(GPS)受信機(64)と、
前記第1の処理デバイス(62)に結合され且つ位置依存の作動命令と時間依存の作動命令の少なくとも1つを格納するよう構成されたメモリデバイス(88)と、
を備え、
前記第1の処理デバイス(62)は、節減された第1のAC電力信号に相当する第1のAC電力を出力するように前記第1の電力コンバータ(42)の作動を節減し、前記節減された第1のAC電力信号を前記中央処理デバイス(28)に送る、
電力変換システム(20)。 - 前記第1の処理デバイス(62)が、前記第1のGPS受信機(64)から位置情報を受け取り、前記メモリデバイス(88)内に格納された位置依存の作動命令にアクセスし、前記第1の電力コンバータの位置に少なくとも部分的に基づいて、前記第1の電力コンバータの作動を制御する作動信号を生成する、請求項1に記載の電力変換システム(20)。
- 前記中央処理デバイス(28)が、前記第1の処理デバイス(62)且つ前記電力変換システム(20)とは別個の第2の電力変換システム(22)に関連する第2の処理デバイス(70)に通信可能に結合され、
前記第2の電力変換システムが、
第2のPOI(32)にて前記電力網に結合された第2の電力コンバータ(46)と、
前記第2の電力コンバータ(46)に結合され且つ前記第2の電力コンバータ(46)の作動を制御するよう構成された第2の処理デバイスと、
前記第2の処理デバイスに結合され且つ前記第2の電力コンバータによって電力出力に関連するデータを収集するよう構成された第2の電力測定装置(96)と、
前記第2の処理デバイスに結合され且つ前記第2の電力コンバータの位置に対応する位置情報及び当該位置における時間に対応する時間的情報を受け取るよう構成された第2のGPS受信機(72)と、
を含む、
請求項1または2に記載の電力変換システム(20)。 - 前記第1の電力測定装置(94)が第1のフェーザ測定ユニット(PMU)を含み、
前記第2の電力測定装置(96)が第2のPMUを含み、
前記第1のPMU及び第2のPMUが、第1のPOI(30)及び第2のPOI(32)それぞれにおいてフェーザを測定するよう構成される、
請求項3に記載の電力変換システム(20)。 - 前記第1の処理デバイス(62)が、前記第1のGPS受信機(64)からの時間的情報に基づいてタイムスタンプを前記第1のPMUにより測定されたフェーザに割り当てることにより第1の同期フェーザ信号を構築し、
前記第2の処理デバイス(70)が、前記第2のGPS受信機(72)からの時間的情報に基づいてタイムスタンプを前記第2のPMUにより測定されたフェーザに割り当てることにより第2の同期フェーザ信号を構築する、
請求項4に記載の電力変換システム(20)。 - 前記中央処理デバイス(28)が、前記第1の同期フェーザ信号及び前記第2の同期フェーザ信号を受け取り、前記第1の同期フェーザ信号及び前記第2の同期フェーザ信号に少なくとも部分的に基づいて前記第1の電力コンバータ(42)及び前記第2の電力コンバータ(46)の少なくとも一方の作動を制御するよう構成される、請求項5に記載の電力変換システム(20)。
- 前記第1の処理デバイス(62)が更に、
前記第1の電力コンバータが節減されていなかった場合に出力できる電力に相当する潜在的出力電力を決定し、
前記第1のAC電力及び前記潜在的出力電力に基づいて第1の節減電力を決定し、
前記第1の節減電力に相当する第1の節減電力信号を前記中央処理デバイスに伝送する、
ように構成されている、請求項1から6のいずれかに記載の電力変換システム(20)。 - 前記中央処理デバイス(28)が、前記第1のGPS受信機(64)により提供される位置情報及び時間的情報のうちの少なくとも1つに少なくとも部分的に基づいて、前記電力網(26)内に含まれるサーキットブレーカ、タップ切替器、及びキャパシタバンクのうちの少なくとも1つの作動を制御する作動信号を生成するよう構成される、請求項1から7のいずれかに記載の電力変換システム。
