筐体の開口部をガスケットを介して密閉するように筐体に取り付けられる扉のロックハンドル装置であって、
扉に取り付けられるハンドル組立体と、筐体に取り付けられる受金組立体とを具備し、
前記ハンドル組立体は、扉の前面側に固着される固定受座と、扉の前面と平行な面に沿って回転自在に固定受座に支持され相互に所定の回転角度離れた開位置・半開位置・閉位置の間を正逆回転する操作ハンドルと、前端側が操作ハンドルに固定され扉を垂直に貫通して後端側が扉の裏側への突出するハンドル軸と、ハンドル軸の後端側に固着され操作ハンドルの閉位置において前記受金組立体に係合し開位置において受金組立体から外れる掛金体と、を具備し、
前記受金組立体は、筐体に固定される取付座と、取付座から前記ハンドル軸の軸心に向かって半径方向に延出する係合ピンとを具備し、
前記掛金体は、前記ハンドル軸の先端部からハンドル軸と同心の概略扇型状に半径方向へ延出する係合部を具備し、
前記係合部の前面側には、前記係合ピンの裏側に係合する第1の係合凹部及び第2の係合凹部と、両係合凹部間において斜面を介して前方へ隆起する隆起部とが、前記ハンドル軸と同心円周上に並んで形成され、
前記第1の係合凹部は、前記第2の係合凹部よりも後方に配置され、
前記係合部の裏面側には、中心から外周側に向かって前方へ傾斜する円錐斜面が形成され、
前記係合ピンは、前記係合部の第1又は第2の係合凹部に係合するように突出する係合位置と係合部の外周より半径方向外側へ退避した非係合位置との間を軸方向進退自在で係合位置へ付勢されて前記取付座に支持され、先端部の周縁に前記掛金体の斜面が当接したときに係合ピンを非係合位置へ退避させるように当該斜面に対して摺動する摺動面を具備し、
