The air piston B3 has an inner peripheral cylindrical valve portion 40 fitted to the outer periphery of the stem B2 so as to be able to move up and down with a small width, and is connected to the air through a stepped partition wall 41 extending from the outer periphery of the cylindrical valve portion 40. An upper and lower skirt-shaped sliding portion 42 is provided on the inner periphery of the cylinder 20 so as to be slidable in a liquid-tight manner. The tubular valve portion 40 is fitted to the outer surface of the vertical protrusion 39 on the outer periphery of the stem B2 so as to be movable up and down. The stepped partition wall 41 of the air cylinder 20 is provided with an outside air introduction valve V4 for introducing outside air. The outside air introduction valve V4 is opened by the negative pressure in the air cylinder 20 when the lowered movable discharge part B rises, and introduces outside air.

Further, as will be described later, a vertical cylinder 46 of a discharge head B4 having an annular recess 47 formed in the inner periphery lower end portion is fitted to the upper end portion of the outer periphery of the stem B2, and the cylindrical valve portion 40 has an annular recess portion. 47 is slidably fitted to the inner and outer peripheral surfaces. The tubular valve portion 40 is mounted so as to be movable up and down between the top surface of the annular recess 47 and the valve seat 38 for the air discharge valve. The lower end portion of the tubular valve portion 40 and the air discharge valve The valve seat 38 constitutes an air discharge valve V5. A ventilation passage is provided between the stem B2 and the tubular valve portion 40 so as to form an air passage p that communicates from the air discharge valve V5 into the annular recess 47 and communicates from the air cylinder 20 into the stem B2. ing. The air discharge valve V5 is closed when the movable discharge portion B shown in FIG. 1 is pushed up to the uppermost position, and is opened when the movable discharge portion B is pushed down. When it is raised by the urging force, it is configured to close.

The discharge head B4 is provided with a flat dish-shaped tray 45 whose upper surface is recessed in a spherical shape at the upper end, and an inner peripheral lower end portion of a vertical tube 46 suspended from the central portion of the rear surface of the tray 45 is fitted to the upper end portion of the stem B2 outer periphery. It is attached to stem B2. Further, the annular recess 47 described above is formed in the inner surface of the lower end portion of the vertical cylinder 46, and the lower end is opened to the upper end of the annular recess 47 on the inner surface of the vertical cylinder 46 immediately above the annular recess 47, and the upper end is the stem B2. A vertical concave groove 48 opened directly above is provided vertically. An air passage p that communicates from the air cylinder 20 to the stem B2 is formed in the longitudinal groove 48, the annular recess 47, and between the stem B2 and the tubular valve portion 40. Further, an outer peripheral wall 49 is suspended from the back surface of the tray 45 outside the vertical tube 46, and a lower end portion of the outer peripheral wall 49 is suspended from the outer peripheral portion of the guide tube 12.

Further, a discharge port 50 is opened at the center of the tray 45 at the upper end of the vertical tube 46. The discharge port 50 has a central portion shielded from a baffle plate 52 supported by a plurality of support ribs 51 vertically arranged at equal intervals in the circumferential direction at the upper end portion of the vertical cylinder 46, and a plurality of openings opening around the baffle plate 52. It is comprised as an arc-shaped hole. The lower surface of the baffle plate 52 is formed in an inverted conical shape that rises outward from the center, and is configured so that bubbles can be smoothly introduced into the discharge port 50.

In the present invention, a plate-shaped guide wall 53 that assists in scooping up the discharged material on the tray 45 is raised at the edge of the tray 45. In the first embodiment, an example in which the guide wall 53 is configured integrally with the tray 45 is shown. The guide wall 53 is formed in an outwardly convex circular arc plate shape with the base end integrally connected to the upper surface of the front edge portion of the tray 45, and has an outwardly convex vertical cross-sectional arc shape on the inner surface. The guide curved surface part f which makes | forms is provided, and the front view is substantially square shape. Further, the guide wall 53 is made of a thin synthetic resin as a whole so that it can be elastically deformed. In the illustrated example, the guide wall 53 is configured to be maintained in an upright state. However, it is also possible to provide a linear hinge at the base end portion so that the guide wall 53 can be folded on the tray 45. .

The specific form of the guide wall 53 may basically be any form that stands up from the edge of the tray 45 and can guide the discharge on the tray 45 along the inner surface. What is necessary is just to have comprised the plate-like shape provided with the guidance curved surface part f which assists raising on the inner surface. At that time, it is preferable to adjust the shape of the upper surface of the edge portion of the tray 45 so as to have continuity with the guiding curved surface portion f. The guiding curved surface portion f is not limited to being provided over the entire guide wall 53 as in this example, and may be provided at least at the base end portion. For example, the lower portion has a circular arc shape in the longitudinal section and the upper portion has a linear shape. It may be a thing. The front view shape is not particularly limited, but a front view rectangular shape is preferably employed in view of its function. The width and height of the guide wall 53 are not particularly limited. For example, the width of the guide wall 53 is preferably a width that is relatively similar to the edge of the tray at the position where the guide wall 53 stands. The height is preferably the same as that of the tray 45 or shorter than that when the tray 45 is configured to be foldable. Moreover, it is not limited to having elasticity as in the first embodiment, but may be rigid. Further, the guide wall 53 is not limited to being provided integrally with the receiving tray 45 as in the first embodiment, but the guide wall 53 may be provided separately from the receiving tray 45 and mounted as described later.

The mounting cylinder member B5 is fitted in the vertical cylinder 46 of the discharge head B4 with the foaming member B6 fitted therein. In the illustrated example, a drooping cylinder 62 fitted to the upper end of the stem B2 via a flange is suspended from the lower end of the mounting cylinder 60 fitted to the inner periphery of the vertical cylinder 46, and is centered from the lower end of the drooping cylinder 62. A flange-shaped bottom plate portion 63 that extends by opening a communication window is provided, and a locking cylinder 64 is suspended from the lower surface of the flange-shaped bottom plate portion 63 on the inner periphery of the stem B2. Further, a plurality of gap ribs 65 projecting from the lower surface of the peripheral edge of the flange to the outer surface of the drooping cylinder 62 are provided in the circumferential direction. Between the drooping cylinder 62 and the stem B2, an air passage communicating from the air passage p opened in the inner surface of the vertical cylinder 46 above the stem B2 into the stem B2 is provided. A gas-liquid mixing chamber R that communicates with the air passage and communicates with the liquid passage in the stem B2 is defined in the stem B2 below the mounting cylinder member B5.

The foaming member B6 is provided with a pair of cylinders 71 with a mesh 70 stretched, and is fitted in the mounting cylinder part 60 of the mounting cylinder member B5 so that the mesh 70 is at the upper end and the lower end. A foaming mechanism is configured by the foaming member B <b> 6, and the confluence mechanism of the air from the air cylinder 20 and the liquid from the liquid cylinder 21. If necessary, the stopper C shown by the two-dot chain line in FIG. 1 can be detachably attached to prevent the movable discharge part B from being inadvertently depressed when not in use.

When the foam discharger 1 pushes down the movable discharge part B from the state of FIG. 1, the air piston B3 rises relative to the stem B2, the air discharge valve V5 opens, and the air piston B3 descends. The air in the air cylinder 20 is pressurized and introduced into the gas-liquid mixing chamber R through the air passage p. On the other hand, the liquid cylinder 21 is lowered and lowered until the poppet valve body A3 is brought into contact with the valve seat 22 for the suction valve, and the poppet valve body A3 is relatively raised with respect to the stem B2 to check the valve. V1 opens, and the pressurized liquid in the liquid cylinder 21 is introduced into the gas-liquid mixing chamber R through the discharge valve V3, where the gas-liquid is mixed. The gas-liquid mixed in the gas-liquid mixing chamber R passes through the foaming member B6, foams, and is discharged onto the tray 45 from the discharge port 50 of the discharge head B4.

When the pressure of the discharge head B4 is released, the movable discharge portion B is lifted by the biasing force of the coil spring s. At that time, the air piston B3 is lowered relative to the stem B2, and the air discharge valve V5 is closed. Due to the negative pressure in the cylinder 20 for use, the outside air introduction valve V4 is opened and outside air is introduced into the cylinder 20 for air. On the other hand, as the stem B2 rises, the poppet valve body A3 is raised by the frictional force between the check valve V1 and each of the vertical protrusions 37, and the container body 100 is placed in the liquid cylinder 21 in which the suction valve V2 is opened and becomes negative pressure. The liquid inside is introduced, and the discharge valve V3 is closed at that time. The poppet valve body A3 rises until the locking projection 25 abuts against the lower surface of the coil spring s. Thereafter, the check valve body 26 abuts against the valve seat 32 for the check valve with respect to the stem B2. Until it falls relatively.

For example, when the foam-like discharged material discharged on the receiving tray 45 is scooped up so as to be pushed forward from the rear by a finger, it rises along the guide wall 53 and can be scooped up well on the finger. In the first embodiment, since the guide wall 53 has elasticity, the guide wall 53 is appropriately elastically deformed by pushing up the finger, and the finger can be pushed up more smoothly.

3 to 6 show a second embodiment, and in this example, an example in which a guide wall 53 is provided separately. In this example, it is a foam discharge type pump having the same foaming mechanism as in the first embodiment, and only the structure of the receiving tray 45 including the guide wall 53 is different. Description is omitted.

In this example, a fitting hole 54 is provided in the front portion of the tray 45. A flange-like bottom plate 55 projects from the lower end of the fitting hole 54 from the front edge. Further, the guide wall 53 is a vertically-circular cross-sectional arc plate shape that protrudes outward from a lower end portion of a fixed base portion 53a fitted in the fitting hole 54, and has a substantially square shape when viewed from the front. Further, the inner side surface is provided with a guide curved surface portion f having an outwardly convex vertical cross-sectional arc shape and a substantially square shape in front view. An engaging ridge 56 projects from the lower part of the inner side surface of the fixed base 53a, and is engaged with the rear edge of the fitting hole 54 to prevent it from coming out. In addition, a hinge 57 is provided laterally above the fixed base 53a at the lower end of the guide wall 53, and can be folded onto the tray 45 as shown in FIGS. Further, a hook 58 projects from the lower end of the outer surface of the guide wall 53 just above the hinge 57, and the hook 58 is detachably engaged with a locking projection 59 on the front edge of the tray 45. .

The guide wall 53 in this example is not thin and has relatively rigidity. However, the guide wall 53 may be formed thin and elastically deformable. The pump operation in this example is the same as in the first example. Further, for example, when the foam-like discharged material discharged onto the tray 45 is scooped up so as to be pushed forward from the rear with a finger, it rises along the guide wall 53 and can be scooped up onto the finger well. Further, when not in use, the hook 58 is disengaged, and the guide wall 53 is folded on the tray 45 as shown in FIGS.

In each of the above-described examples, the pump is provided with a foaming mechanism and discharges the foam. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and after the liquid in the attached container body 100 is sucked into the fixed suction part A Alternatively, a pump mechanism that discharges liquid from the discharge port 50 of the movable discharge portion B as it is may be used. These pump mechanisms can employ conventionally known mechanisms. Moreover, each member of the pump 1 with a saucer mentioned above is fundamentally made of a synthetic resin, and it is also possible to employ an elastomer, a metal, or the like as necessary.
