Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 6-10116

In the intake duct of Patent Document 1 described above, the sound absorbing material covering the opening absorbs the intake sound in the duct body, thereby suppressing noise. And in order to obtain a better noise reduction effect, the duct with the sound absorbing material pulled so as to form a so-called vibration film in which the sound absorbing material itself vibrates according to the internal pressure fluctuation (intake sound) of the duct body. It is preferable to attach to the main body.

(a)は図1のA−A線断面図であり、(b)は図1のB−B線断面図である。(a) is the sectional view on the AA line of FIG. 1, (b) is the sectional view on the BB line of FIG. It is explanatory drawing which shows the attachment process of a holding member in the cross section corresponding to the BB line of FIG.

Next, an intake duct according to the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings by way of preferred embodiments.

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the intake duct 10 according to the embodiment is provided with an opening 16 in a peripheral wall (wall) of a cylindrical duct body 12, and a shielding member 30 covering the opening 16 serves as the duct. It is fixed by a holding member 40 attached to the main body 12. The duct body 12 of the embodiment is configured by combining two duct halves 12A and 12B. The two duct halves 12A and 12B are assembled such that side edges extending in the air flow direction in the duct body 12 abut each other by mechanical fastening or adhesion such as engagement by a claw and a hole. The duct halves 12A and 12B are molded articles made of synthetic resin such as polypropylene (PP) or high-density polyethylene (HDPE) and obtained by injection molding or the like.

As shown in FIG. 2, the opening 16 is provided in the installation portion 14 formed so that the wall portion bulges outward in the first duct half body 12 </ b> A. The opening 16 is formed in a mesh shape in which openings 16 a communicating with the inside and outside of the duct body 12 are divided by a plurality of partition pieces 18 which are installed vertically and horizontally between opposed opening edges. In addition, a first support portion 20 is formed in the installation portion 14 so as to surround the entire circumference of the opening portion 16. The first support portion 20 is formed in a concave groove shape that opens outward, and this groove is continuous over the entire circumference of the opening portion 16 (see FIG. 2). The partition piece 18 extends inward of the duct body 12 from the inner wall (the wall defining the opening 16) constituting the first support portion 20, and the shielding member 30 is disposed on the inner side. A gap is formed between the shielding member 30 and the partition piece 18 when the opening 16 is covered with the wall. Furthermore, a plurality (6 in the embodiment) of attachment portions 22 are formed in the installation portion 14 adjacent to the opening 16. The attachment portion 22 is provided on the inner side in the opening surface direction of the opening portion 16 relative to the first support portion 20, and is along the four corners and the longitudinal direction of the substantially rectangular opening portion 16 so as to close the space between the partition pieces 18. It is arranged in the central part. Each attachment portion 22 extends inward of the duct body 12 from the opening surface (inner wall constituting the first support portion 20) and the partition piece 18 facing the outside of the duct body 12 in the opening portion 16. It is configured so that a gap can be defined between the holding member 40 and the inner surface of the holding member 40 (see FIG. 3). Each attachment portion 22 is formed with an attachment hole 24 penetrating in the inner and outer directions of the duct body 12 (in the thickness direction of the plate-like attachment portion 22).

The shielding member 30 is a sheet-like material made of a non-woven fabric having air permeability, and is set to a size capable of covering at least the opening 16 and the first support portion 20 surrounding the opening 16. The shielding member 30 has water repellency and water repellency by surface treatment such as a water repellent and a water repellant. Here, the nonwoven fabric is made of thermoplastic resin fibers such as polyester fibers and polypropylene fibers, it can be used those obtained by such spunbond method, not particularly limited in the 70g / m 2 ~300g / m 2 A basis weight is preferred. The nonwoven fabric is so-called embossed by embossing in a required pattern to provide a crimped portion where the thermoplastic resin fibers are melted and crimped, and a general portion that is not crimped or has a lower degree of crimping than the crimped portion. Is given. The shielding member 30 according to the embodiment is embossed so that the linear crimping portions extend in a lattice pattern where the linear crimping portions intersect with each other, and the crimping strength is improved and the elongation is difficult. Further, the shielding member 30 can have a large surface area due to unevenness by embossing. In the shielding member 30, an insertion hole 32 through which a mounting piece 48, which will be described later, of the holding member 40 can be inserted is formed so as to penetrate in the thickness direction corresponding to the mounting piece 48. The insertion hole 32 is formed larger than the attachment piece 48 so as not to hinder the pulling of the shielding member 30 due to the engagement of the first support portion 20 and the second support portion 44 described later.

The holding member 40 is a plate-like member that is formed to be slightly larger than the first support portion 20 that surrounds the outside of the opening portion 16, and a resin molded product is used in the same manner as the duct halves 12A and 12B. The holding member 40 is formed in a mesh shape in which through holes 40 a communicating with the front and back of the holding member 40 are divided by a plurality of holding pieces 42 which are installed vertically and horizontally in accordance with the partition pieces 18 of the opening 16. . When the holding member 40 is attached to the installation portion 14, the through hole 40 a is aligned with the opening 16 a of the opening 16 and communicates in the inside and outside of the duct body 12. A second support portion 44 is formed on the outer peripheral edge of the holding member 40 so as to correspond to the first support portion 20. When the holding member 40 is attached to the installation portion 14, the second support portion 44 meshes with the first support portion 20 and is a shielding member. It is comprised so that 30 may be clamped so that it may pull toward the opening surface direction outer side of the opening part 16. As shown in FIG. Here, on the holding member 40, as the second support portion 44, a protrusion piece protruding from the rear surface of the outer peripheral edge of the holding member 40 is formed over the entire outer peripheral edge, and this protrusion piece is the first support. It fits into the part 20. Further, a wall piece 46 is formed on the outer peripheral end back surface of the holding member 40 so as to protrude from the entire outer peripheral edge. When the holding member 40 is attached to the installation part 14, the wall piece 46 that extends away from the outside of the second support part 44 forms an outer wall that defines the groove-shaped first support part 20. The outer periphery of the (outer wall surface of the installation part 14) is enclosed. And in the state which attached the holding member 40 to the installation part, the holding piece 42 is extended outside the duct main body 12 rather than the inner wall which comprises the 1st support part 20, and the shielding member 30 is this inner side. A gap is formed between the shielding member 30 and the holding piece 42 when the opening 16 is covered with the wall.

A plurality of attachment pieces 48 are formed on the holding member 40 corresponding to the plurality of attachment portions 22 formed on the installation portion 14 (see FIG. 4A). Each attachment piece 48 is formed in a rod shape protruding from the back surface of the holding member 40. Further, the attachment piece 48 is set so as to protrude larger than the second support portion 44, and can be inserted into the attachment hole 24 of the attachment portion 22 located inward of the opening surface of the opening portion 16. The tip of the attachment piece 48 is configured to protrude from the attachment portion 22. The holding member 40 inserts the attachment piece 48 protruding from the insertion hole 32 of the shielding member 30 into the corresponding attachment hole 24, and heat caulking or the like that crushes the tip of the attachment piece 48 protruding inward from the attachment portion 22 with heat. The mounting piece 48 is fixed to the mounting portion 22 to be mounted on the installation portion 14 (see FIG. 3). Here, the holding member 40 applies a force to pull the attachment piece 48 inward of the duct body 12 when fixing the attachment piece 48 to the attachment portion 22, or the holding member 40 itself is attached to the installation portion 14. The holding member 40 is attached in a state of being urged so as to be pressed against the installation portion 14 by pressing or the like.

(Effects of Example)
Next, the operation of the intake duct 10 according to the embodiment will be described. When the holding member 40 is attached to the installation part 14 with the shielding member 30 sandwiched between the opening 16 and the first support part 20, the outer peripheral edge of the shielding member 30 is concaved by the convex second support part 44. As a result, the shielding member 30 is pulled toward the outside of the opening surface of the opening 16 (see FIG. 4B). Here, since the first support portion 20 and the second support portion 44 sandwich the outer peripheral edge of the shielding member 30 over the entire circumference, the entire portion of the shielding member 30 covering the opening 16 is tensioned in all directions. It is hung like. In this way, the shielding member 30 can be pulled appropriately with a simple configuration by the unevenness of the support portions 20 and 44. Further, since the attachment portion 22 is lower than the opening surface of the opening portion 16, even if the back surface of the holding member 40 is restricted by the opening portion 16 with the shielding member 30 interposed therebetween, the attachment portion 22 and the back surface of the holding member 40 The attachment piece 48 can be pulled inward of the duct main body 12 using a gap between them. Accordingly, since the second support portion 44 can be pushed in more strongly by the first support portion 20, a stronger tension can be applied to the shielding member 30. Since the shielding member 30 is embossed and difficult to stretch, the shielding member 30 does not extend even if it is strongly pulled by the engagement of the first support portion 20 and the second support portion 44, and the shielding member 30 is opened to the opening 16a. It can be stretched without loosening. In addition, the holding member 40 can be reduced in size by providing the attachment part 22 inside the 1st support part 20. FIG.

According to the intake duct 10 of the embodiment, the shielding member 30 can be vibrated according to the internal pressure fluctuation of the duct body 12 by applying an appropriate tension to the shielding member 30 covering the opening 16a. That is, since the shielding member 30 is a sound absorbing material having air permeability, it also functions as a so-called vibration film, so that a silencing effect as the vibration film can be obtained and intake noise of the duct body 12 can be further reduced. Here, in the intake duct 10, the partition piece 18 extending to the opening portion 16 is separated from the inside of the duct body 12 and the holding piece 42 of the holding member 40 with respect to the shielding member 30 covering the opening portion 16. Is spaced outward from the duct body 12. Therefore, the shielding member 30 is allowed to vibrate in the gap between the partition piece 18 and the holding piece 42, and a suitable silencing effect as the vibration film can be obtained. Then, by forming the shielding member 30 with the embossed nonwoven fabric, the tensile strength of the shielding member 30 can be improved, and even if the shielding member 30 is tensioned and the opening 16 is covered, it is difficult to loosen. For this reason, the noise reduction effect by the shielding member 30 can be prolonged.
