Description

The present invention relates to an article packaging bag suitable for containing and selling a large number of absorbent articles such as disposable diapers and sanitary napkins.

A gusset bag is generally used as a packaging form for a large number of absorbent articles. Further, in recent years, so-called compression (packaging) packaging in which absorbent articles are packed in a compressed state is widely used in order to increase the number of absorbent articles stored in a single bag. For convenience of carrying, there are also commercially available products that have a handle or a separate hand strap.
Mainly on the front and back of the packaging bag, the company name and product name of the absorbent article contained in the bag, picture and photograph of the product, usage, size notation (S, M, L, BIG size, etc.) A pattern or the like is printed, and a consumer selects and purchases a product by this printing.
Opening perforations are provided on the top and side surfaces of the packaging bag, and the user opens the bag by cutting off the opening perforation and uses the absorbent articles contained therein in order. Generally, a form such as this is adopted. In this case, the packaging bag is used for storage and storage until the contents disappear.
Some products such as sanitary napkins and middle-aged or adult disposable diapers say that they do not want other people to know what they are until they take it home after purchase. There are not a few user requests. In response to such a demand, conventionally, at the time of purchase, a countermeasure has been taken such as taking it in an opaque bag such as a paper bag.
However, the method of putting in a new paper bag at the time of purchase is difficult to use for products with a small package size, such as sanitary napkins, but for products with a large package, such as disposable diapers. Also, the work becomes complicated. To solve this problem, a means for solving the problem such as omitting the content display printing on the outer surface of the packaging bag or reducing it to an inconspicuous level is conceivable, but the effect of notification in the product display is lost.
In addition, when packaging bags are used for storage and storage, it is desirable for the appearance to be more decorative than the product notification effect, but for such demands, transfer to a bag or container with excellent decoration. I had to change it.

(Function and effect)
According to the present invention, at the time of purchasing or using an article, a predetermined separation region including at least the entire outer article display print is left among the outer packaging parts constituting the outermost surface, leaving an inner packaging part adjacent to the inside. By separating from the packaging bag, the appearance of the portion having the outer article display printing can be changed to the inner packaging portion while maintaining the original sealed state. At this time, as will be described later, if the inner packaging part is not printed to represent the contents, the contents can be made unknown to others only by separating the separation region of the outer packaging part. If you print a pattern or a picture with excellent decorativeness on it, it will become a packaging bag with an appearance with excellent decorativeness by separating the separation area of the outer packaging part, for take-out and storage for use This is preferable.
Further, such a structure is preferable because manufacturing and filling of contents can be carried out mechanically continuously using equipment similar to a gusset bag widely used as this type of packaging bag.

In addition, the printing that represents the contents means just looking at it such as company name, product name, product picture or photo, usage, size notation (S, M, L, BIG size, etc.). This means a printed part where the contents can be identified, and does not include a printed part where the contents cannot be identified simply by looking at it, such as a frame-like line, pattern, or background color surrounding them.

<Invention of Claim 4>
Ru packaging bag der the absorbent article is accommodated a large number,
The packaging bag of the articles | goods of any one of Claims 1-3.

(Function and effect)
As described above, since there are many user requests that an absorbent article does not want to be known to others from the time it is purchased until it is taken home, the packaging bag for such an article In this case, the inner packaging portion is not subjected to printing that represents the contents, and the printing that represents the contents is eliminated on the outer surface of the packaging bag with the separation region in the outer packaging portion separated (that is, the packaging material is If there is a surface that is not overly formed, the surface will not be printed to represent the contents), and the contents will not be known to others by only separating the separation area of the outer packaging part. preferable.

As described above, according to the present invention, there are advantages such that the part including the article display printing on the outer surface of the packaging bag can be easily and reliably changed to another state.

Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in more detail based on embodiments shown in the drawings. 1 to 5 show a packaging bag 1 according to the present invention. This packaging bag 1 is a so-called side-folding type gusset bag, in which both ends in the width direction of the packaging material formed in a cylindrical shape are folded inward by creases 2c along the longitudinal direction, respectively, and cut into a predetermined length. The upper end portion 7 (the upper end edge and the lower end edge of the upper end portion 7 in the illustrated example) is sealed by fusion or adhesion. At the time of packaging, the article is inserted from the lower end portion 8 and the upper end edge (boundary line between the lower end portion 8 and the lower surface 6) of the lower end portion 8 is sealed to form a rounded substantially rectangular parallelepiped packaging bag. As a result, the left and right side surfaces 2, 2, the front surface 3, the rear surface 4, the upper surface 5, and the lower surface 6 are formed. Further, a handle hole 9 for passing a hand in the front-rear direction is formed in the upper-left part 7 formed by sealing the upper and lower edges. Of course, the packaging bag of the present invention is not limited to this form. As shown in FIG. 6, the sheet-like packaging material is folded in half, the fold 5c is folded inward to form a town, and both sides are formed. Ribs 32 extending from the vertical surfaces (both side surfaces 2, 2 and front and rear surfaces 3, 4) are formed on the upper surface 5 side, and a hand loop 30 is provided on the front and rear rib portions 32, 32. , 30 can be adopted in any suitable form, such as a form in which both end portions are attached by suitable coupling means such as fusion, or a form (not shown) in which the front and rear ribs and the hand loop are omitted from this form. In such a top-folding gusset bag, an article is inserted from the lower end portion 8 during packaging, and the upper end edge of the lower end portion 8 (the boundary line between the lower end portion 8 and the lower surface 6) is sealed to form a rounded substantially rectangular parallelepiped. It becomes a packaging bag of shape.

The absorbent article 100 is accommodated in the packaging bag 1 in an appropriate arrangement state. For example, a disposable diaper, a sanitary napkin, and the like include an absorbent main body portion that is a portion where an absorbent body is interposed between a liquid-permeable top sheet that forms the body-side surface and a liquid-impermeable sheet that is positioned on the outer surface side. And it has a part which is each a part extended from the both-sides edge of this absorptive main-body part, and is a part which does not have an absorber. Above all, in the case of a stationary disposable diaper and a pants-type disposable diaper, the entire outer surface of the absorbent main body part and the side flap part is formed by the exterior part, and the exterior part is from the lower abdomen of the wearer like a so-called diaper cover. It covers the waist and the entire crotch. As for such an absorbent article 100, small items are packaged without being folded, while large items are generally packaged by being folded in two so that the front and rear are aligned or folded in three so that the front and rear are centered. In some cases, the package may be folded into four or more folds. (In addition, the pants-type disposable diaper is folded in half in the product state because both sides of the front body and the back body are joined.) When the side flap part is large, each side flap is an absorbent side part. Folds inward along the neighborhood. In the packaging of the absorbent article 100, usually, a large number of such absorbent articles 100 are gathered, and an aggregate that has been compressed in a stacked manner so that the plane portions are aligned is packaged. In this case, it is preferable to wrap the diaper so that the plane direction thereof is parallel to the side surface of the packaging bag 1, but the front and rear direction of the diaper is either along the vertical direction or the depth direction of the packaging bag 1. Also good.

吸収性物品の分野では、ポリエチレンフィルムが汎用されているため好ましく、中でも柔軟性に富むLDPE(低密度ポリエチレン:密度0.900〜0.925g/cm3)やMDPE(中密度ポリエチレン:密度0.925〜0.940g/cm3)が好適である。 As a material of the packaging bag 1, a plastic film usually used for packaging such as polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), polyethylene terephthalate (PET), nylon, etc. can be used alone or as a composite material. In the field of absorbent articles, polyethylene films are preferred because they are widely used. Among them, LDPE (low density polyethylene: density 0.900 to 0.925 g / cm 3 ) and MDPE (medium density polyethylene: density 0. 925 to 0.940 g / cm 3 ) is preferred. The thickness of the film is preferably about 50 to 100 μm. The material of the packaging bag is generally a plastic film, but a sheet material such as paper or nonwoven fabric or a composite material of these materials may be used.

(About features)
Characteristically, as shown in FIG.1 and FIG.3, the front surface 3, the right side surface 2, and the rear surface 4 in the packaging bag 1 are formed by doubling the packaging material, and the contents are contained in the outer packaging portion 1x. As shown in FIG. 2, an outer article display print 10 representing an object is applied and a print 20 different from the outer package portion 1 x is applied to the inner package portion 1 i (or printing may not be performed). In addition, a predetermined separation region 12 (substantially the whole of the front surface 3, the right side surface 2, and the rear surface 4 in the illustrated example) including at least the entire outer article display print 10 in the outer packaging portion 1x is separated by the perforation 11. It is possible to completely separate and remove from the packaging bag 1 while leaving the inner packaging portion 1i. Therefore, when the article is purchased or used, the outer article display print 10 is maintained while maintaining the original sealed state by separating the separation region of the outer packaging part 1x from the packaging bag 1 leaving the inner packaging part 1i. The external appearance of the part which has can be changed to the inner side packaging part 1i.

Printing on the packaging bag 1 can be determined as appropriate within the scope of the present invention. In particular, when the outer packaging portion 1x has a surface S that is not doubled, the surface and the inner packaging portion 1i By not performing printing that represents the contents, the contents can be made unknown to others only by separating the separation region of the outer packaging portion 1x. In addition, as shown in the illustrated example, if the inner packaging portion 1i is printed with a pattern 20 or a pattern 20 having excellent decorativeness, it is excellent in decorativeness only by separating the separation region 12 of the outer packaging portion 1x. It becomes the packaging bag 1 which has an external appearance, and becomes a thing preferable for taking-out and storage for use.

The surface on which the separation region 12 is provided can be appropriately determined according to the range of the outer article display printing 10 and is set to three of the peripheral surfaces as in the illustrated example, the entire peripheral surface, or the entire bag surface, As shown in FIG. In addition, as long as the entire outer article display print 10 is included, the size of the separation region 12 is a part of a print portion in which the contents cannot be identified by just looking at it, such as a frame-like line, pattern, or ground color. Alternatively, it may be included entirely or not at all.

The separation region 12 can be separated by the perforation 11. Further, in order to fix the separation region 12 in a peelable manner, the separation region 12 is fixed in a peelable manner on the surface of the inner packaging portion 1i with an appropriate pattern such as a dot shape, a line shape, or a surface shape by an adhesive or weak welding. Alternatively, a portion outside the separation region 12 can be strongly welded in an appropriate pattern such as a dot shape, a line shape, or a planar shape, and the inside of the separation region 12 can be fixed in an unfixed or peelable manner. Thus, as long as the isolation | separation area | region 12 is separable, the outer packaging part 1x is good also as a structure which cannot isolate | separate another part.

The double region of the packaging material is not formed by attaching the outer packaging part 1x to a part or the whole of the inner packaging part 1i constituting the whole, but as shown in FIG. It is preferable to form a peripheral surface by winding the wrapping material in a square tube shape so that at least a part of the wrapping material overlaps, and to use the overlapping portion W of the peripheral surface as a double region. The development in this case is as shown in FIG.

Moreover, as shown in FIG.3 (b), after forming a single packaging material into a cylindrical shape, a part thereof is folded into a Z-shaped cross section, and a portion T in which three or more layers of materials are stacked is formed, The two-layer portion outside the laminated portion T and the single-layer portion adjacent to the inside may be used as the outer packaging portion 1x and the inner packaging portion 1i, respectively. As can be seen from this example, the number of stacked overlapping portions of the packaging material is not particularly limited.

Further, when an insertion port 13 for inserting a finger is provided in the gap between the separation region 12 of the outer packaging portion 1x and the outer surface of the inner packaging portion 1i, the finger is inserted from the insertion port 13 to the back side of the separation region 12. Since the separation region 12 can be separated by the perforation 11 by picking or grasping and pulling the separation region 12, it is easy to change the appearance state. This insertion port 13 does not form a slit or a hole in the outer packaging portion 1x, but substantially the entire end portion in the circumferential direction of the outer packaging portion 1x (partially) as in the example shown in FIG. However, it is preferable to form a gap without fixing the inner packaging portion 1i to the inner packaging portion 1i and use the gap as the insertion port 13, since it is not necessary to perform processing such as slits.

On the other hand, if both the printing 10 of the outer packaging part 1x and the printing 20 of the inner packaging part 1i are visible from the outer surface, the printing becomes difficult to see and the product value is lowered. The total light transmittance of the outer packaging portion 1x is preferably 75% or less depending on the color or the background color of printing, and the printing 20 of the inner packaging portion 1i is not substantially visible through the outer packaging portion 1x.

The present invention is suitable for packaging bags for absorbent articles such as disposable diapers and sanitary napkins.
