Claims (2)
- ガスタービンエンジンの燃焼器セクションに用いる燃料噴射器であって、
中心軸のまわりに周方向に延在するハブを有する本体と、
空気と燃料とを予混合するための複数の角度付きベーンと、
前記複数の角度付きベーンのうちの少なくとも1つの上に配置された少なくとも1つの凹部と、
を備え、
各ベーンは、前記ハブから外側環状シュラウドまで延在して、前記ハブ上を前記中心軸の周りに周方向に配列され、
各ベーンは、前記ハブの径方向近傍に位置する根元部分と、前記外側環状シュラウド径方向近傍に位置する先端部分とを有し、
各ベーンは、前記根元部分と前記先端部分との間に延在する前縁および後縁を有し、
各ベーンは、前記中心軸に対して角度付けされて、前記燃料噴射器に入ってくる空気に回転運動成分を与え、
前記少なくとも1つの凹部は、実質的に球形の断面を有し、前記少なくとも1つの凹部内を流れる主流の空気に燃料を噴射するために前記少なくとも1つの凹部の上流基部領域内に配置された別個の燃料孔を含み、
前記少なくとも1つの凹部が、改善された燃料−空気混合を提供する、
燃料噴射器。 - 圧縮機セクションと、複数の燃焼器缶を備える燃焼器セクションとを含むガスタービンエンジンと、
前記圧縮機セクションに結合されたタービンセクションと、
前記ガスタービンエンジンからの排気ガスを流す排出セクションと、
燃料と空気の混合物を前記燃焼器セクションに噴射する燃料噴射器と、
を備え、
前記燃料噴射器が、
中心軸のまわりに周方向に延在するハブを有する本体と、
空気と燃料とを予混合するための複数の角度付きベーンと、
前記複数の角度付きベーンのうちの少なくとも1つの上に配置された少なくとも1つの凹部と、
を備え、
各ベーンは、前記ハブから外側環状シュラウドまで延在して、前記ハブ上を前記中心軸の周りに周方向に配列され、
各ベーンは、前記ハブの径方向近傍に位置する根元部分と、前記外側環状シュラウド径方向近傍に位置する先端部分とを有し、
各ベーンは、前記根元部分と前記先端部分との間に延在する前縁および後縁を有し、
各ベーンは、前記中心軸に対して角度付けされて、前記燃料噴射器に入ってくる空気に回転運動成分を与え、
前記少なくとも1つの凹部は、実質的に球形の断面を有し、前記少なくとも1つの凹部内を流れる主流の空気に燃料を噴射するために前記少なくとも1つの凹部の上流基部領域内に配置された別個の燃料孔を含み、
前記少なくとも1つの凹部が、改善された燃料−空気混合を提供する、
ガスタービンシステム。
