Description

The present invention relates to a soap mounting structure and a soap holding member used therefor.

In many cases, soap, such as solid soap, is placed around the water in washbasins, bathrooms, sinks, etc. In order to place this soap in a stable manner, the soap case can be modified in various ways, or a soap structure with a special structure. Various proposals have been made such as providing

For example, in Patent Document 1, in a soap receiver attached to a sanitary facility such as a washbasin having a rim portion, a wall portion, and a bottom portion, the soap receiver includes a locking portion that is locked to the rim portion, A soap holder comprising a soap tray integrated with the locking portion and a support column that falls from the soap tray and reaches the bottom or the wall is proposed.

Further, in Patent Document 2, a container having a dish-like shape with a size on which soap can be placed is provided, and the receiving surface is inclined. The container is continuously connected to the descending end of the inclined receiving surface of the container, and the tip is opened. A drainage portion that protrudes from the drainage portion so that the water that flows down along the inclined receiving surface can be discharged from the drainage portion; and a soap holder provided with a draining portion having a horizontal upper surface on the inclined receiving surface. is suggesting.

However, these conventional soap holders have a complicated structure and are difficult to clean easily. Moreover, in any soap rest, it has a bottom part and the soap is placed on the bottom part. Therefore, although we propose a structure for discharging the water collected at the bottom and liquefied soap well, a soap holder is required to clean the liquefied soap and the dried soap residue again. It is necessary to wash with water. At that time, tap water may bounce back to the bottom and the water may scatter.

In view of the above circumstances, the present invention can reliably hold soap with a simple structure, and can be easily cleaned when cleaning around a water such as a wash basin, bathroom, sink, etc. The challenge is to make it.

This invention provides the thing provided with the following means in the soap mounting structure provided with water-based bases, such as a washstand, a bathroom, and a sink, and the solid soap put on the said base.

The said base shall be provided with the smooth mounting surface, and arrange | position a holding member on this mounting surface. The soap is placed above the placement surface so as not to slip by the holding member, and the holding member is placed on the placement surface when the lower surface of the holding member is in close contact with the placement surface. It is fixed so as to be removable.

When the placement surface is gently inclined downward, the holding member includes an opening portion on the lower side, and the opening portion has the opening portion above the placement surface. It is desirable that there is no holding member, and that water flows from the upper side to the lower side through the placement surface in the open portion. This makes it easy for water to flow downward naturally, and prevents the soap from being accumulated and dissolved in the water.

In particular, the holding member is composed of at least two holding pieces, and the holding pieces (holding pieces) are arranged on the placement surface with an interval forming the opening portion therebetween. Enables good drainage without a complicated structure.
Moreover, although soap may be directly mounted on a holding member, you may make it mount in the state accommodated in the soap case.

As the holding member used in the soap mounting structure of the present invention, the holding member includes at least two holding pieces, and at least the lower surface of the holding piece is formed by an adhesive member having elasticity such as silicon resin or elastomer. The holding piece can be in close contact with the mounting surface, and the holding piece includes an arm portion extending so as to approach the other holding piece, and the arm portions of the adjacent holding pieces are adjacent to each other. Can be arranged adjacent to form an annular part, and by placing the soap between the holding pieces arranged to form the annular part, the soap does not slip by the holding piece It is appropriate that they are held in such a manner.

The upper surface of the holding piece includes an inner inclined surface that gradually decreases in the width direction from the outer side to the inner side of the annular portion, and the top of the inner inclined surface is more than half in the width direction of the holding piece. By being located outside, soap can be stably placed and water can be prevented from remaining on the holding piece.

In view of the above circumstances, the present invention can reliably hold soap with a simple structure, and can be easily cleaned when cleaning around a water such as a wash basin, a bathroom, a sink, etc. It was possible to provide a soap mounting structure.
Moreover, this invention was able to provide the soap holding member which can be used for said soap mounting structure.

(A)-(C) is a top view which shows the example of a change of this invention, respectively. (A)-(F) is explanatory drawing which shows the other example of a change of this invention, respectively.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.

As shown in FIG. 3, the present invention relates to a structure for placing a solid soap 12 placed on a water base 11 such as a washstand. Examples of the base 11 include a bathroom tub, a shelf, a sink, and the like in addition to the washstand in FIG. 3, and relate to a structure in which the soap 12 is placed with the upper surface thereof as a mounting surface 13. In particular, the shelf-like portion 16 provided with the faucet 14 and the faucet handle 15 in the bowl recess of the wash basin is often smooth and has a gently inclined surface that falls downward toward the bowl recess. . When the wet soap 12 is placed with the inclined surface as the mounting surface 13, the soap tends to slip into the bowl recess, and the structure tends to be unstable. In addition, when the soap 12 is not placed directly, but placed in a soap case (not shown, the same applies hereinafter), there is a tendency to become unstable to some extent as well. Moreover, even if it is not an inclined surface but a horizontal surface, wet soap is easy to slip, and especially in the base 11 around the above water, it should be a smooth surface from the viewpoint of drainage. In general, the present invention provides a new placement structure when the soap 12 is placed with such a smooth surface as the placement surface 13.

In the mounting structure of the present invention, the soap 12 is placed above the mounting surface 13 so as not to slip by the holding member 21 in a state directly or in a soap case.
In the embodiment shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the holding member 21 is composed of a pair of left and right holding pieces 22.

The holding member 21 (holding piece 22) is detachably fixed to the mounting surface 13 by bringing the whole or at least the lower surface thereof into close contact with the smooth mounting surface 13. In particular, silicone resins containing silicone and silicone elastomers are suitable. Examples of the elastomer include heated thermosetting resin elastomers obtained by kneading a vulcanizing agent in vulcanized rubber, and thermoplastic resin elastomers such as silicon rubber, urethane rubber, and fluoro rubber. It is desirable to form at least the lower surface of the holding member 21 with an adhesive member having elasticity.

These holding members 21 have a central portion 25 and arm portions 26 in plan view. In the illustrated example, each holding piece 22 has an arm portion 26 before and after the central portion 25, and these arm portions 26 have a shape that extends so as to approach the other holding piece 22. Specifically, it has a substantially C shape in a plan view, and as shown in FIG. 1, it may be composed of a linear central portion 25 and a curved arm portion 26 extending from the front and rear thereof. As shown in FIG. 2, the central portion 25 and the arm portion 26 may be curved so that the central portion 25 and the arm portion 26 are not clearly distinguished from each other. In any of the examples of FIGS. 1 and 2, the holding member 21 as a whole is formed with the annular portion 23 by placing the arm portions 26 of the adjacent holding pieces 22 adjacent to each other. Fixed on the surface 13. And the soap 12 is mounted on this open part 24 in the state put directly or in the soap case. Thereby, the soap 12 can be stably placed on the placement surface 13 via the holding member 21. In particular, the entire surface including the upper surface of the holding piece 22 is made of the above-described material, so that even the wet soap 12 becomes more difficult to slip, but the upper surface of the holding piece 22 is formed of a hard material other than an elastomer. Even in such a case, the annular portion 23 protrudes from the placement surface 13, thereby preventing slippage.

When the soap 12 is placed directly, it is possible to suppress the soap 12 from being dissolved in water when the lower surface of the soap 12 is on the annular portion 23 and is not in contact with the placement surface 13. However, it does not exclude that the vicinity of the center of the soap 12 is in contact with the mounting surface 13. Whether or not it comes into contact can be changed variously depending on the size and shape of the soap 12, but when the soap 12 becomes smaller, the holding piece 22 is detachably fixed on the mounting surface 13, so that its position is changed. Thus, the intervals may be narrowed.

In any case, the most important point is that the soap 12 is held so as not to slip by the annular portion 23 fixed on the mounting surface 13. At this time, as shown in FIG. 1C and FIG. 2C, the inner inclined surface 27 is formed such that the upper surface of the holding piece 22 gradually decreases in the width direction from the outer side to the inner side of the annular portion. It is desirable to implement as a provision. Thus, by providing the inner inclined surface 27, the holding member 21 becomes a mortar shape as the entire annular portion 23, and the soap 12 can be placed more stably. Moreover, by providing the inner inclined surface 27, the water on the upper surface of the holding piece 22 can be guided to flow inside the annular portion 23, and it can be prevented that the water stays on the upper surface forever. In FIG. 1C and FIG. 2C, an outer inclined surface 28 is provided on the outer side of the inner inclined surface 27 via a top portion 29. The outer inclined surface 28 gradually decreases in the width direction from the inner side to the outer side of the annular portion, and guides water on the upper surface of the outer inclined surface 28 to flow to the outer side of the annular portion 23. Can be kept from staying on the upper surface forever. As described above, when the inner inclined surface 27 and the outer inclined surface 28 are provided, the apex 29 has a wider area of the mortar-shaped portion if the apex 29 is located outside the half in the width direction of the holding piece 22. It is preferable in that it can be performed.

The annular portion 23 may be a closed annular shape by arranging the holding portions 22 in a state where the arm portions 26 are in contact with each other. However, the annular portions 23 are arranged at intervals without contacting the arm portions 26. Thus, it is desirable to configure the opening 24. By letting water flow out from the opening part 24, it is possible to prevent water from being accumulated in the annular part 23 indefinitely. More preferably, when the mounting surface 13 is inclined, the opening portion 24 is disposed so as to be positioned on the lower side of the inclination (the respective arrow sides in FIGS. 1 and 2). As a result, the water on the mounting surface 13 naturally flows through the open part 24 and flows out to the outside of the annular part 23 and flows into the drain hole 17 (shown in FIG. 3) of the base 11 on the lower side. be able to.

As described above, it is desirable to arrange the holding piece 22 so that the open portion 24 is formed on the lower side, but in addition to this, the open portion 24 may be formed on the upper side. As a result, during cleaning, water can flow from one open portion 24 and flow out from the other open portion 24, so that the inside of the annular portion 23 can be made clean. In addition, even when melted soap or the like accumulates, the holding piece 22 is made detachable by being made of silicon resin or elastomer, so that it can be easily cleaned by removing it from the mounting surface 13 and washing it. it can.

The present invention can be implemented with various modifications in addition to the above-described embodiment.
As the overall shape of the holding member 21, various designs can be adopted, and as shown in FIG. 4A, it is not necessary to have a symmetrical shape in the front-rear direction, and the width of the holding piece 22 is also constant. It is not necessary to make it, and it may be changed.

Further, as shown in FIG. 4B, the rear (upper side) arm portions 26 of the holding piece 22 are brought into contact with each other so that the open portion 24 is not formed, while the front (lower side) arm portion 26 is formed. You may make it form the open part 24 between each other. Although not shown, the holding member 21 may be formed of a single substantially annular member without being divided into a plurality of members. Specifically, it can be implemented as a case where the arm portions 26 on the rear side (upper side) of the holding piece 22 in FIG.

Further, as shown in FIG. 4C, the annular holding member 21 may be configured by using three or more holding pieces 22. In this case, the holding pieces 22 may have the same shape, but may have different shapes. The holding piece 22 is not limited to a curved one, and the arm portions 26 on both sides of the central portion 25 may be linear. Even in this case, the arm portions 26 of the respective holding pieces 22 are arranged so as to be adjacent to each other, so that the whole can form an annular shape.

Next, as shown in FIG. 5, the end face and the cross-sectional shape of the holding piece 22 can be variously changed. For example, in the previous example, the lower portion of the holding piece 22 is formed so as to form a pentagon as a whole by not changing its width up and down. However, as shown in FIG. The width from the upper surface to the lower surface of the piece 22 may be changed up and down so that the whole forms a triangle.
As shown in FIG. 5 (B), the upper surface of the holding piece 22 may be constituted only by the inner inclined surface 27, and the top portion 29 may be made coincident with the outer surface.

As shown in FIG. 5 (C), the outer inclined surface 28 may be made larger than the inner inclined surface 27 so that the top portion 29 is positioned closer to the inner side of the ring, as shown in FIG. 5 (D). The inner inclined surface 27 and the outer inclined surface 28 may have substantially the same size, and the top portion 29 may be positioned at the approximate center in the width direction of the holding piece 22. Furthermore, although illustration is omitted, the width of the inner inclined surface 27 and the outer inclined surface 28 may be changed by meandering the top 29.

Further, as shown in FIG. 5E, the material of the holding member 21 (holding piece 22) can be changed up and down. For example, the lower surface is made of the above-described silicon resin or elastomer, and the upper surface is made of a hard resin. It is good.

As shown in FIG. 5 (F), the entire lower surface of the holding member 21 (holding piece 22) is not implemented as a flat surface, but can be implemented as having concave portions 30 and convex portions 31. In this case, the recessed part 30 can also be implemented with the function of a drain outlet as a size capable of draining water from the annular inner side to the outer side. If it does in this way, even if it forms the holding member 21 from the single member which formed one cyclic | annular form as a whole, it can drain from the recessed part 30, and it can prevent that water accumulates in a cyclic | annular form. In addition, although illustration is abbreviate | omitted, it is also possible to form an unevenness | corrugation in the holding member 21 (holding piece 22) upper surface.
