Description
The present invention relates to an animal system toilet used for animals such as dogs and cats.
Conventionally, animal toilets that can be installed indoors have been used to treat the excrement of animals raised indoors. For example, an animal toilet has been proposed in which an absorbent sheet that absorbs urine is fixed by an outer frame that holds the outer periphery of the absorbent sheet (see Patent Document 1).
In animal toilets such as those described above, since the animal rides directly on an absorbent sheet that absorbs and retains excrement, contamination of the soles of the animal due to the return of excrement from the absorbent sheet is inevitable, It was unsanitary. Therefore, in order to prevent the excrement from the absorbent sheet from reversing, a shallow receiving tray-shaped receiving tray, a plate-shaped absorbing mat stored in the receiving tray, and a liquid-permeable apertured film covering the absorbing mat An animal system toilet provided with the above has been proposed (see Patent Document 2).
However, in the above-mentioned animal system toilet, which uses a low-rigidity aperture film on the part where the animal directly rides, the dog can enter the toilet vigorously or move around in the toilet before excretion due to the dog's habits during excretion In many cases, the perforated film was displaced from the absorbent mat, and “twisting” or “turning over” occurred.
In the animal system toilet proposed in
Therefore, the present invention provides an animal system toilet in which “slipping”, “swinging”, and “turning” of the member do not occur without impairing the workability of the replacement work of the member placed on the part on which the animal directly rides. The purpose is to provide.

Further, the liquid permeable panel has a plurality of holes penetrating in the thickness direction of the liquid permeable panel, and the cardboard paper through which the liquid passes through the plurality of holes in the thickness direction of the liquid permeable panel. Preferably it consists of.
Moreover, it is preferable that the upper surface of the liquid absorption mat and the lower surface of the liquid transmission panel are in close contact with each other.
Further, the liquid-absorbent mat is a flat mat, the bulk density is less 0.05 g / cm 3 or more 0.3 g / cm 3, it is preferable that the thickness is 3mm or more 30mm or less.
The upper surface of the liquid-absorbing mat that faces the liquid-permeable panel is a flat surface, and the lower surface of the liquid-permeable panel that faces the liquid-absorbing mat is the same horizontal plane as the end on the lower surface side of the liquid-permeable panel. It is preferable to be configured by a flat surface located in a uniform shape.

According to the animal system toilet of the present invention, the liquid-permeable member placed on the part on which the animal directly rides is less likely to be displaced, twisted, and turned up. Animal system toilets can be used.

Hereinafter, a preferred embodiment of an animal system toilet according to the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a perspective view of an animal system toilet 1 according to the first embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 2 is an exploded perspective view of the animal system toilet 1. 3 is a cross-sectional view taken along line AA in FIG. 4 is a partially enlarged plan view of a liquid permeable panel used in the animal system toilet shown in FIG. 5 is a cross-sectional view taken along line BB in FIG. FIG. 6A is a partially enlarged cross-sectional view of the liquid absorption mat 4 and the liquid
As shown in FIGS. 1, 2, and 3, the animal system toilet 1 of the present embodiment includes a receiving
First, the liquid permeation |
The thickness of the liquid
Further, as shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, the liquid
Average area of the openings of the plurality of
A preferable structure of the liquid
As the liquid
As shown in FIG. 4, the corrugated honeycomb structure is formed by arranging the
In the present embodiment, the
As shown in FIG. 5, the
Further, since the corrugated honeycomb structure panel has a high compressive strength in the thickness direction, deformation in the thickness direction due to a load during excretion of a dog or the like hardly occurs, and excrement from the liquid absorbent mat 4 hardly occurs.
The liquid
Next, the liquid absorption mat 4 will be described. Liquid absorbent mat 4 has a liquid-absorbent, the bulk density is at 0.05 g / cm 3 or more 0.3 g / cm 3 or less, a thickness of tabular mat is 3mm or more 30mm or less. By setting the bulk density to 3 mm or more and the thickness to 3 mm or more, the liquid-absorbing mat 4 can be a flat mat having preferable rigidity. If the bulk density exceeds 0.3 g / cm 3 , the water absorption decreases, which is not preferable. If the thickness exceeds 30 mm, from the lower end of the receiving
Bulk density (g / cm 3 ) = Weight (g) / 36 (cm 3 )
Moreover, as shown to FIG. 6A, the
As a material constituting the liquid absorbent mat 4, a wood fiber such as pulp, a vegetable fiber containing a component such as cellulose, or a clay mineral material can be used. The liquid absorbent mat 4 preferably contains 50 to 95% by weight, particularly 70 to 90% by weight of vegetable fiber or pulp or a mixture thereof, to improve the absorbability of urine and other excreta and the deodorizing effect. It is preferable from the point that the necessary rigidity can be imparted. Moreover, it is preferable to add the surfactant which has antimicrobial property as another component. As a result, the absorbability of urine and the like is improved and the malodor is prevented from being emitted, so that the liquid absorbent mat 4 can be used for a long period of time.
The liquid absorption mat 4 can be manufactured by a conventionally known dry method or wet method.
